An excellent experience over all ; - Making an appointment to see Mr. Kevin Oneill was handled both professionally and warmly by Ruby Bhangu . - The receptionist ( sorry can not remember her name )at the welcome desk On Monday 8th 5.oo pm , was again friendly and professional - My appointment with Mr. ONeill was brilliant , clear discussion's and clear explanations for him which made me feel confident and in good hands , his demeanour was excellent and he talked with me in a way that I fully understood. - After my appointment MR. ONeill personally handed me over to the young lady who brought me to his office and she kindly directed me to one of the assistants who booked my MRI and Xray . Both of these team were again very professional but also made me feel they truly cared . Over all I feel extremely thankful to have such support .

I had knee surgery with Mr Bailey in June of this year. It was my first time being treated by him, despite having had three previous knee surgeries over the past 14 years post a ski accident. Without question, his surgery was the best experience and outcome I’ve ever had. His manner was brilliant, calm, reassuring, and genuinely supportive. I felt completely confident throughout the whole process. My knee has felt the best it has since I was a teenager, before my ski accident. Thanks to his exceptional skill and care, I was able to run a 76-kilometre ultramarathon in November, just five months after surgery and finished in 9 hours and 21 minutes. I consider that an incredible testament to his work. I’m now returning to him for treatment on my other knee and I recommend Mr Bailey to absolutely everyone.

She goes above and beyond, and still looks truly stunning doing it! She has helped me through so many new diagnoses and investigations, always supporting me and checking in. She is never too busy for a phone call or email. Her team are just as kind, empathetic and lovely as she is. The whole team make you feel understood, you can 100% be confident in the care you receive. This is what a doctor who does patient centred care should look up to, she is truly an inspiration to me, I hope to live up to her standard when I qualify. Truly the best medical care I have ever received and continue to receive.

My first visit Already aware of my main concerns. Asked what my concerns were. Asked lots of questions to see if anything else was concerning. Listened to what I had to say. Measured my weight and blood pressure. Confirmed medication I am on Colchicine one tablet was correct for my weight. Blood Pressure measurement high which has not been mentioned or monitored before. Read 190/122. Given a prescription for Candesartan 4mg. Explained dose might be increased after next consultation. Given appointment for ECG and Echo scan for 9th December 2025. Following day received email confirming outcome of visit and next appointment. Told if I had any concerns not to hesitate to make contact. Felt well looked after.

I had bunion surgery with Mr. David Gordon in late June. It was all straightforward, exactly how Mr. Gordon explained it in his online meeting. He did additional surgery on two of my small toes, which has also greatly improved my mobility. My recovery has been swift with almost no pain or swelling. I'm really pleased with my 'new toes'. The only slight niggle I have is with the coordation with the London Clinic. I paid for a package but got chased by their accounts department. Generally I think there needs to be an easy system that makes follow ups more stream lined.

Mr Iqbal was very kind and professional and i was very comfortable with him operating on my eyes.The procedure was explained in detail, it was recommended that I researched and thought about the eye surgery that we have discussed. I had 2 appointments with Mr Iqbal before surgery. Hospital staff were very helpful and I felt very well cared for after my operation. I would highly recommend Mr Iqbal and very much appreciated his work and thank him so much. I'm truly delighted with my eyes.

Everything was explained clearly so I knew what to expect with the surgery and I am very happy with the results. Parking is easy. Reception staff efficient. Dr Brasse is always welcoming, warm and professional. Whatever I have seen her for she has always been pro active with tests ie Dexa scan etc. Dr Brasse always makes you feel at ease whatever I see her for. More recently she has shown me her expertise in Aestetics and have to say I am very pleased. Highly recommended.
