I’ve worked with Rebecca on my left knee for nearly a year. Before this I had worked with another physio for a year and as per my orthopaedic surgeon, Pure Sports Medicine was the last option before we attempt surgery. And right he was. Rebecca’s programme has completely stopped my pain, I can now use the stairs again, squat and even take on challenging hikes. I am slowly making my back to tennis even. Rebecca’s initial appointment on assessing my knee was more than just taking measures. She asked about my goals and what kind of physical activity I want to be able to so. She also factored in my mental health condition. I have never experienced physio with such a 360 approach. Made contact with the Spire and was offered an appointment within days with Dr Hodge. He was kind, thorough, knowledgeable and reassuring. He took a detailed history of our 8 month old, carried out skin prick tests for various allergens, provided advice on the milk and soya ladders, assessed our baby’s eczema and referred us to his dietician contact. We had our baby’s peanut allergy confirmed and were provided with an action plan for this. Would highly recommend to anyone on the weaning journey, whose baby has had an allergic reaction, which has caused them worry about introducing other allergens. Thank you, Dr Hodge.

I visted the 2Me Clinic with Dr. Amaechi for a coil removal that I was extremely nervous for after 1 failed attempt by the NHS. From consultation phone call to the procedure, Dr. Amaechi met me with so much compassion, kindness and understanding. She was able to sucessfully perform the prodcedure quickly and effectively - ensuring I was calm and comfortable the whole time. It made a world of difference, thank you!!!

Arrived very early went first to reception asked very kindly to come back about 15mins before my appointment and then on for a cup of tea in the cafeteria which was excellent. With 15mins before my appointment went to reception informed was already checked in and take a seat. unfortunately there was some form of medical emergency and correspondingly 2 hr delay However overall kept informed and a lovely experience

Mr. Kulkarni has been my eye specialist for a great many years. Originally I went to him because I had some pain in one eye and had some laser treatment for that and it was cured. Later I was operated on for cataract and the miracle of not having to wear glasses all the time only for reading has been wonderful. I return annually or more often. Recently after a fall on my face I had my eyes checked just in case.

The whole experience of phoning first thing in the morning to make an appointment to have my earwax removel - through to later in morning when it was carried out felt like a “model” experience in care. My audiologist was patient, explained the process and worked efficiently to remove all the wax bringing much needed relief. She also gave me advice on oiling my ear to help the wax dispersal in future.

We asked Dr. Vadamalayan if they could be performed together so she would only need to undergo general anaesthesia once. Parking good, reception good, pharmacy good, everywhere very clean. All staff were friendly and efficient. They made sure that they had the right person for the right procedure, made sure I was hydrated and well, and checked that I would be looked after at home afterwards. I was very impressed. Also the sandwich afterwards was lovely.
