Had the pleasure of attending Dr Nayaks treament centre in Romford and could not be more complementary about the experience. Dont get me wrong the procedure itself, as you can imagine, can be painful at times and is a long day, but the staff from start to finish were exceptional. Dr Nayak made me feel at ease and is ectremely engaging and professional, along with the two ladies i spent the majority of the day with who were fantastic and really listened to my needs and were extremely professional but also made it a calm atmosphere. Today I came to the practice to visit Dr Andy Brown. I was initially quite nervous however every member of staff was so welcoming and comforting. Upon entering I was greeted by the front of house and offered a hot drink. The waiting room was soothing and I didn’t have to wait very long before the nurse called me in. I expressed my concerns and worries and Dr Andy talked me through all off them and really reassured me. He gave me options and explained them all thoroughly as well as giving me advice on what I need. I highly recommend going to him.

Everything was excellent from the first contact to the last. The doctor was very pleasant and professional. I felt very fortunate to be treated by him. All the support staff, nusing and admin, including the doctor's NHS secretary, were excellent also. The NHS secretary for the doctor was very helpful in resolving queries and My only suggestion for improvement relates to the end of my treatment appointment, at the moment I was discharged by the nurses, when I felt poorly informed about what would happen next.
