Mr Holland also took time to explore all available treatment options and was supportive of the path I chose. He ensured I understood each step and never made me feel pressured in my decisions. His calm and reassuring manner made a significant difference, especially when I was feeling anxious before surgery. He was always available to answer questions and provided excellent post-operative care. I felt fully supported throughout my recovery. The staff was very helpful, provided clear directions and were efficient throughout the journey: reception, the specialist assessment and analysis with the Opthalmic surgeon., the subsequent administration for immediate treatment, and finally the nurse supporting in administering the laser treatment. The process was supportive and positive, and took less than an hour in total. While the process of patient care and management was smooth, the parallel path of document and papers was that despite providing all information up front with respect to insurance, previous treatments, etc. there was still considerable amount of paperwork to fill out during the journey, as well as several corrections to be made on filled out pages. Which can be tricky with dilated pupils.

This relates to the physiotherapy department. I was guided by Chippy Raju. This lady was consistently professional, patient, encouraging, and in every way the epitome of an excellent medical professional. This is also true of the physio' manager,Gary, who maintained personal contact, and effective control of the activities. Last, but importantly, Dona, the administrator, displayed warmth and friendly efficiency to everyone with whom she dealt. A privilege to have met such a great team.

I came here for my pre operative appointment with Mr Dunbar. It was such a serene environment to be, the reception area is quiet comfy, the receptionist was highly helpful, all the staffs there were amazing. Waiting time was within 10 to 15 minutes. Mr Dunber is an amazing Surgeon, he did my right hip replacement now am here for my left knee replacement. Optimised Care Hospital is really a beautiful place to be and I highly recommend them to anyone ready for his or her surgery.

The treatment received at Spire hospital was excellent. The booking procedure however was not. Booking via Vitality led to my details not being set up and me having to call a central call centre (which did not have a clue) to arrange follow up treatments. I actually raised a separate complaint about this as the process was clearly not working as well as it should which is a shame as the hospital itself is good.

Extremely happy with my experience at this clinic. Had a very painful tendinopathy which has now fully healed. I was given a detailed assessment, followed by targeted exercises with 1-1 PT, soft tissue massage and a course of shockwave therapy. I am not in pain any more and I keep doing the prescribed exercises to strengthen the muscle to avoid further issues.

Had asked in advance for gluten free food kept getting gluten or no clarity. Tea coffee making facility for guests patients is unsafe & ineffective. Care is good. Staff are caring and well trained. Food and beverage still leaves room for improvement especially for any special requirements.
