During my recent experience at Cleveland Clinic London, I was under the care of Professor James Teo and Dr. Dipesh Patel for my diagnosis of myelitis. I’d like to share a review of the care, diagnosis, and treatment I received during my short inpatient stay and subsequent outpatient follow-up. Diagnosis: The professionalism and expertise of both Professor Teo and Dr. Patel were evident. They took the time to thoroughly review my medical history, listen attentively to my symptoms, and conduct a series of comprehensive tests. The diagnostic process was meticulous, involving advanced imaging and laboratory analyses, all explained clearly, which left me feeling confident about my care. I was admitted as an inpatient for a couple of days, and my stay was exceptionally comfortable and reassuring. The modern hospital environment and top-notch facilities contributed to a positive experience. The nursing staff was attentive and highly trained, providing outstanding care around the clock. I appreciated their responsiveness to my needs, ensuring I felt comfortable during my brief stay. Daily visits from Professor Teo and Dr. Patel allowed me to discuss my progress and any concerns I had, reinforcing my sense of being valued and cared for. Following my inpatient stay I transitioned smoothly into outpatient care. My follow-up appointments have been invaluable, with thorough evaluations of my ongoing recovery. The clinic’s proactive communication, including test results, appointment reminders and prompt responses to my queries, has greatly supported my journey. They also provided me with educational resources to help manage my condition effectively. In conclusion, my experience at Cleveland Clinic London, particularly under the care of Professor Teo and Dr. Patel, has been exemplary. Everything was made Clear and scan and xrays all shown and explained to me. I was shown the before and after the surgery. I could see the partial replacement all very interesting to me. It was explained to me that it could take a long time to settle down. The discomfort I have at this present time will heal, all in good time. Thanks to Mr Holton I will soon be back to walking pain free in a little while, which i am looking forward to that. Thank you Mr Holton and your fantastic team. The day team of nurses where lovely and many thanks to them all so very caring and were there for what ever care you needed. I'm afraid the night staff of nurses left a lot to be desired in the lack of care and understanding of the patients needs. The matron and her manager did come and talk to each of us on the ward also the men's wards made complaints also. It wasn't a very pleasant night for quite a few of us by what we heard. As for Mr Holton and his team and the day time nurses all brilliant many many thanks to you all for all your help in making my walking so much better.

Dr Parwez was highly professional throughout my treatment with him (diagnosis of and surgery to repair torn meniscus). The surgery itself went well and my knee feels so much better despite some mild discomfort at the 6 weeks checkup. Sometime I found it hard to understand Dr Parwaz’s explanations: overly technical, quiet and muffled in delivery, I often left a little confused as to what he was trying to tell me. My last visit to him (the 6week checkup) I drove 1hr for 12mins with him. This may be the norm but I left feeling a little rushed and perhaps a patient ‘now off the books’. Despite this I couldn’t be more happy with my knee and hope recovery continues. I wouldnt hesitate in recommending Dr Parwaz to others.

The waiting area had few chairs and not enough for the people waiting. The people around there that gave me paperwork and told me where to wait, were polite and helpful. The appointment with the consultant was really distressing, I couldn't ask questions and didn't discussed with me the plan, just set up steps without getting me involved on her treatment plan. This experience was very negative from what I expected when you go to a professional asking for advice and reviewing if your body is working well. Mr Rees explained the problem. He gave a very clear explanation of the options available go me. He also offered advice on what he felt was less like to be suitable for me. The appointment for surgery came through quickly. On the day of the surgery, the procedure went well. I went home with clear instructions and what to do if there were any problems. The post op appointment showed that the toes had fused and everything had gone well.. in summary, Mr Rees has been very professional, very kind and very efficient from start to finish. I would highly recommend him.

I can’t recommend Dr Lower enough! Without him I am certain I wouldn’t have had my two babies. He diagnosed my Ashermans syndrome in my first visit and I have undergone surgery with him twice. Both surgeries fixed my condition and I went on to conceive my first son less than 2 months after my first surgery and my second son less than 2 months after my second surgery. Worth every penny. Dr Lower has always treated me with kindness and took time to explain everything. He is simply the best! Worth every penny.

My planned visit to consult Mustafa after the festive period suddenly crystallised, such that the consultation and treatment occurred all in one evening visit. Arrangements were made and on examining the analysis of the X-ray of my knee, it was clear that Durolane plus Depo-Medrone would be the best treatment, at least initially. Mustafa then carried out the injection and, with some advice on what might happen during the next few days, I was free to go. That level of service is very hard to beat!

I had a very large ovarian cyst. At my first pre-op appointment, Ms Lou talked me through the scan. Putting my nerves to rest, explaining the procedure. We knew, I was in good hands. On the day of my operation, miss Lou spoke to me before and after. I am so grateful of the care I received throughout and to have a lovely chat, on the phone, three weeks after my operation with Ms Ying Yiing Lou to see how I was doing was a great comfort. Thank you to Ms Lou and all her staff.

It was lovely to meet Dr Ravi Ray on 15.02.2025 for my follow up appointment at the fracture clinic, Dr Ravi did brilliant surgery on my right humorous spiral fracture thanks to him my arm is on the mend with everything working normal i just need to strengthen my muscle more in that area as still weak but gradually getting there. The work he did on my arm was total perfection right down to the very neat and tidy scar, I can't thank him enough such a lovely man.

You are able to see a doctor quickly, they have all your notes in front of them and have excellent referal doctors should you need further support. I cannot recomend Dr. Nik Chopra and his team more highly. It also means you take pressure off your local GP who can then spend their time with patients who need to use the NHS service. Think outstanding service and value for money.

She made the experience feel fun, not onerous and was patient and engaging. I also found the organisation of the appointment to be well managed. I got lots of helpful reminders, the links to access the appointment were made readily available and it felt smooth.

Under the care of Mr Sunildath Cazabon on the 13th January 2026 I underwent laser vision corrective procedure for posterior capsule opacification following prior cataract surgery. A full series of tests was preformed before procedure. The procedure was completed successfully without any complications in under 15 minutes and a positive experience from start to finish with immediate improvement to my vision.

I am very grateful to the staff who kindly cared for me after I had a bad fall in the street. Nikki and Julia were extremely caring and thoughtful and looked after me superbly until they felt I was well enough to leave. The clinic facilities were excellent and it was so generous of them to provide the care without charge.
