Mr Malek approach to patients is really good. He explains everything so well and really cares. I had an hip replacement October 2025 and the way it was all planned was really good and made it so much easier for me . All the pre opp procedure was organised on the day of my hip replacement date . My procedure again was really good so informative with what to expect and all went just as I told it would .Tjis really puts your mind at ease . Cannot believe how small the cut was given I had a new hip which helped it heal in no time and I was up and walking within a week and five weeks later played golf again just fantastic. The whole experience from my first consultation with Mr Malek to now has been first class . Would certainly recommend him to anyone who is worried about picking the right person . From the moment I enquired about an appointment, Miss Theresa Richardson was incredibly accommodating and managed to fit me into her schedule. She was exceptionally thorough, taking the time to explain everything clearly and explore all possible causes of my symptoms. She carried out detailed investigative tests and did not stop until we had clear answers. She truly goes above and beyond for her patients, with outstanding communication and response times throughout. Miss Richardson is extremely knowledgeable, genuinely kind, and reassuring at every stage. She is without doubt one of the best doctors I have come across, and I could not recommend her more highly. I had a very positive experience at my recent doctor’s appointment. The staff were attentive, friendly, and truly made me feel cared for. I was especially impressed that the doctors themselves came to the waiting area to welcome their patients (shake their hands 🤝) and personally guide them to the examination rooms — a small gesture that makes a big difference. I also appreciated that I was offered help without having to ask repeatedly, which has unfortunately been my experience at my local GP in the past. Mr V instantly made me feel heard and understood. Mr V’s explanations using models were clear and helped me understand what I was experiencing. He also laid out the options of treatment in a balanced way, making me feel as though it was my choice, and that he supported whatever choice I made. He was also very clear what I needed to do post treatment to fully recover and avoid the issue reoccurring.

they were very considerate considering I was terrified as once before I had to press the button. I couldn’t go through with it and I had to go to an open scanner as they were about to place me through. I had to stop them. They gave me time to recompose and got me to look backwards and upwards and out through the exposed end and that made the whole experience different can’t tell you how relieved I am to get through that. I’m highly claustrophobic so yes, the experience was a positive one.

The team on the OCD ward incredibly kind caring and compassionate. It's like being part of a family, including the other 5 patients here. Although, it was challenging at times, I've learnt so much about my condition and I now realise that my beliefs does not necessarily mean it's true. If you're suffering with OCD and feel like you're alone or you have nowhere else to turn to, I highly recommend the Nightingale's 28 day inpatient stay.

Elsewhere I was informed that the I would require dye in my eye which would impair driving etc for a few hours, however, this was not necessary due to leading technology at Dr Sheeraz’s practice. Dr Sheeraz talked me through the findings and was able to put me at immediate ease. Highly recommended!
