Mr Hawary is be far the best medical consultant I have ever experienced, his empathy and compassion for his patients is simply exemplary. I was in a terrible state when I went to see Mr Hawary who then reassured me, did not make me feel like I was over reacting he instead empathised with me and I felt so much better. I have never seen a more compassionate and passionate consultant in my life. If consultants could follow his lead I am very sure this could revolutionise the medical world. This may seem over the top, it’s not. He is a wonderful consultant who really genuinely cares about his patients he cares about the pain I experience and asked very detailed questions to ensure I walked away feeling better, and able to cope he did not at any point marginalise how I felt, he is an impactful knowledgeable caring consultant and I hope I never see him again in the nicest possible way, but I will not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who faces the same issue I did. He has had a a very big impact on me and I am sincerely grateful for the caring and compassionate treatment I have received from Mr Hawary. I would not even hesitate to go to him again should I need anything. He is amazing at his job and I hope he gets the sincere recognition he deserves. If I could give him a knighthood I would. Outstanding patient care, outstanding sense of humour, which always helps in these hard times, and a real genuine compassion for his patients I could not has asked for anything more. I am very pleased with the care and the outcome of the treatment I received from Dr Sheth. I came to consult Dr Sheth for a second opinion on the treatment of a stubborn BCC, after having already undergone one surgery with someone else. The BCC was located on my chin, and while I wanted to get rid of it, I was also nervous about the aesthetic and functional consequences of having another surgery. Dr Sheth clearly described all the options available to me (including surgery, PDT, and cream). He took the time to patiently answer all my questions -- even the ones I asked several times because I was nervous and wanted to be sure I was making the best decision. He made sure I had all the information I needed to make an informed choice, providing guidance and expertise without pressure or judgement. I ultimately chose to have another surgery, this time Mohs. On the day, Dr Sheth was kind, professional, and kept me informed at all times about what was happening, what the next steps would be, how much he was going to remove, and how and why he would close the wound in a particular way. I do have a scar but it is neat, balanced and subtle. I am deeply grateful to Dr Sheth and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him .

I recently visited the London Gynaecology Centre for an appointment with Ms. Mishra, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care I received. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease. Ms. Mishra was incredibly thorough, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. What stood out most was her kindness—she approached every part of the consultation with genuine compassion and professionalism. It’s rare to find a clinician who is both highly knowledgeable and truly empathetic, but Ms. Mishra embodies both. I left feeling reassured as I could be-in my situation, informed, and very well looked after. I would highly recommend Ms. Mishra and the London Gynaecology Centre to anyone seeking exceptional care.

I am Betty's daughter. My mum has mobility issues. Getting her from the car park into the diagnostics centre was incredibly difficult. We borrowed a wheel chair from the helpful car park attendant. But it was raining so heavily that by the time we got inside my 87yr old mum was soaked to the skin. She had to sit in wet clothing for 4.5hrs until I got her home and changed. Luckily the car park attendant helped us back to the car at the end of her procedure. You REALLY need a drop-off right zone at the door to the centre, with seats inside to help relatives get their lives ingress in safely.. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful, but even with their help, this was a very stressful visit fdue to lack of access and horrendous weather conditions.

From start to finish, the whole process was outlined and explained clearly in an efficient and timely manner. I was taken in for my partial knee replacement as soon as was available and everything ran extremely smoothly. I was discharged from hospital the day after my surgery and given exercises and my follow up appointment with Mr Simpson. I followed all recovery instructions well and my scar has healed amazingly well. People cannot believe I had this surgery 6 weeks ago with the mobility I have back and the neatness of my scar. I had back pain as well before surgery which has now gone due to holding my frame in a new and better way. I cannot thank Mr Simpson enough for giving me back my mobility.

The surgery was very efficient and I recovered well. I did find some of the administration was confusing. I had letters sent changing times and dates. My first operation was cancelled as I was about to go into theatre and then I had a letter with a new appointment which was the date of the cancelled op. Phone numbers given were for the general switchboard who had no idea where to direct my call. However Dr Moussa’s secretary was extremely efficient and helpful. She had various queries from me as I kept getting letters with different times for various tests. All the staff I saw were helpful and caring and working under a great deal of pressure.

For private treatment it was very disappointing. The overall building and facilities were shabby and rundown. There was no reception or anyone to direct me as where to go. If your Trust is to offer private treatment, it has to be more professional and provide better quality facilities otherwise it is taking money under false pretences. It is not want private treatment should be.
