I had four wisdom teeth extracted by Raf Niziol and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I was very nervous beforehand, but from my very first consultation Raf was incredibly friendly, calm and reassuring while also being extremely knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to clearly explain what was going on and exactly what needed to be done, which immediately put me at ease. He also has an excellent team around him, especially Dr Imran Ahmad, my anaesthetist, who was equally kind, professional and reassuring. On the day of the surgery Raf made me feel comfortable and relaxed, and the whole process was handled so smoothly. Even after the surgery, during my post-op consultation, he was just as friendly, thorough and professional. I genuinely can’t recommend Raf enough. I’m extremely grateful to him and his team for such a positive experience during what could have been a very stressful procedure.

This is my second surgery in the Cleveland Clinic and once again It was without fault and without equal. All the staff from the nurses, surgeon, anaesthetist, porters & dinner team are so friendly, kind and display genuine care to patients/my family. My surgery with Dr Nikolaos was easy, quick and surprisingly a nice day despite circumstances of my health! He is an amazing professor with a keen interest in rib problems which is rare in itself but he was also very bubbly, reassuring and friendly i look forward to seeing what he publishes next on all things slipped rib syndrome as this painful condition has been very challenging to me and he was the one to fix it! My recent follow up visit for my eye tests and consultation with Professor Viswanathan was excellent . I am very grateful to him for his professionalism and advice. My eye condition has stabilised and improved greatly and I genuinely feel extremely lucky to have been under his care . Alastair and Greeshma made me feel at ease during the eye tests and are so kind friendly and helpful and helped to make my experience very comfortable and enjoyable whereas previously I had always been very anxious . I didnt visit a practice, this was a blood test that was sent by post to me with an at home kit. So my rating is based on the blood test. I will visit a practice in early February to do a skin check. But everything was packed securely and sent quickly, and you appear to have received it very quickly and given me a result within a day of receiveing my blood, which I fully appreciate. The only thing I would mention about the process was the amount of blood I could get out of three fingers was less than what you asked for. Luckily it was enough for you to do the test.

Mr Nima Abbassi-Ghadi treated me with care and professionalism from my very first visit, he explained everything in detail and made me aware of all the pro's and con's of having my surgery. On the day of the surgery he made me feel completely at ease about the operation and what was going to happen. At my 6 week follow up appointment he again treated me with professionalism and explained everything in detail once again. He is a credit to the hospital and if I needed any treatment again in the future I would be more than happy to have him as my consultant.

I was concerned about my prolapsed and the discomfort it was causing. I had been referred to community gynaecologist after several visits to my GP and felt anxious about the wait to see someone for an assessment. Mr Martin Furrigia after an examination advised that my prolapse was mild and to continue with the pessaries twice a week including carry out pelvic floor exercises and to insist on a scan once I had seen the NHS community gynaecologist. His knowledge and confidence in his subject made me feel so much better and I felt less worried.

I found the number of emails related to the appointments to be unnecessary and extreme. I was asked to complete a pre appointment questionnaire online. I did so and then received 3 further emails and a text message asking me to do the same. I have also received 4 emails asking me to give this feedback. Please look at your system. Filling your clients inboxes with multiple emails is not helpful for anyone.
