Ana is absolutely wonderful. She has such a special way of communicating that immediately makes you feel comfortable and makes everything so much easier to understand. She is incredibly friendly, approachable and reassuring, while at the same time being extremely professional and knowledgeable. I genuinely love being in the treatment room with her. She creates such a relaxed atmosphere, and you can tell that she truly cares about the experience as well as the treatment itself. I always feel listened to, understood and completely in good hands. Ana is a real asset to the clinic, and I couldn’t recommend her more highly. I’m already looking forward to my next treatment with her.
