I’ll be frank, the experience was unpleasant from the start. I was ushered into taking pictures without even having spoken to a specialist, after the pictures i was introduced to Dr Barbara and her assistant. The assistant took 6 pictures of my scalp, gave a bare-boned analysis, and proceeded to try and shill shampoo and minoxidil. The Dr barely gave an opinion and the “assistant” spent the entirety of the time focused on cost and budget. For a clinic who presents itself as refined, the interaction was all but that. I understand I am a young man but I would not be showing up to a place I cannot afford, the constant mention of budget and more “affordable” options were offensive and quite frankly comical - you are the cheap option, you just happened to be by my house and thus easy to get to. I would also add, if you are to take yourself so seriously, being timely cannot be overlooked. If I am told I will receive a follow up email on a Monday I expect it then. You spoke a lot about budget, but the experience was as the price suggested: cheap. From the office to the interactions. Thank you for wasting my time!

Botox top up and a new fylla

Nothing gives a better glow up than Dr Kubicka. She just knows exactly what my face needs. Today was about more than just my face. Alongside my usual collagen treatment and a touch of Botox, I felt my hands needed a little SOS too. They had been feeling dry, tired and lacking their usual softness, so we gave them some well deserved attention. And the hand massage was exceptional. Such a simple thing, but it felt incredibly relaxing and restorative. The whole team is wonderful and always makes you feel so well looked after. They really are the best. ✨

As ever, always looked after and exceptional care received from the team. This was my first visit in 12 months, as I was so well looked after last April, I have not needed to visit - skin still looks tip top.
