Lovely staff put me at ease Told me everything that was happening No problems at all
Well it was great to get the appointment after a very long wait. I was very anxious and apprehensive. The staffs were great and very helpful. As for Mr Aldrin Khan, I am very happy for the work he’s done to my left eye and today my vision has improved greatly. He communicated very well and looking forward to have my right eye done. Thank you very much and good luck to you all. WELL DONE….
I felt very confident of the professionalism of all the members of the team
Have been several times to Newmedica, Leeds and it has always been a very good experience. Staff are pleasant and welcoming. Consultant very good, only comment is that sometimes there is not time to discuss matters. I have been referred to hospital based glaucoma treatment now, but had to have a follow up call with the consultant to understand what this means. It’s not a criticism, but with other patients waiting, it was difficult to process the conclusion of the appointment in the time allowed. Mr Richard’s called me back and provided a full rundown of my specific scenario and why community based care can no longer meet my needs, triggering the referral to Seacroft Hospital in Leeds for ongoing care.
Everything top class from entering the building to leaving! The operation was a great success and can’t wait for my right eye to be done ! If I have one criticism the lift been out of order ! Looking forward to seeing you in the future for my right eye ! And Thank you again !

Everything about Newmedica is really professional. The staff are very friendly and make you feel at ease. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them
Went for cataract surgery. Was very anxious initially but Mr Khan explained procedure as he was performing which helped. Seemed like was ages but on reflection was a smooth and actually quick procedure. Feel won't be anxious when getting my next one done thanks!
