Mr Dunleavy was very patient...never rushed me and made the whole process very smooth. Explained the procedure so I knew what to expect , and "The staff is always friendly and kept me upto date. Fabulous team.

Everything went well from the initial eye test to seeing the glaucoma consultant David Richards.. This was my final review & I received very informative information & reassurance for my sight going forward.

I recently had cataract surgery with Mr. Aldrin Khan, Consultant Ophthalmologist, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He is exceptionally professional and has a calm, reassuring manner that immediately puts you at ease. Before the procedure, he explained everything clearly and made sure I understood each step. During the operation, he continued to talk me through the process, which was incredibly comforting and helped me feel fully informed and relaxed throughout. I’m very grateful for his expertise and care, and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing ophthalmic treatment

I can’t praise the whole team enough for their excellent care and treatment, by Dr Mohamed Fadi Safii and Mr David Richards. I was very anxious before my first visit, but I now feel much happier in myself and confident knowing I’m getting the best possible care for my eye condition. I have been treated with the upmost respect at all times. it’s very reassuring the way my treatment is explained and the time taken to discuss any concerns. Thank you very much.

Friendly and professional

Apart from lack of parking which I didn’t realise until I had chosen Newmedica, my whole experience was very good. Staff friendly and professional. Hope the next one goes as well.

On Sunday 8th March i had Cataract surgery on my right eye, I was very nervous but I needn't have worried as everything went smoothly and the procedure was quick and painless
