My appointment was 11.30am. I was called on time and taken to a Patients Lounge where 2 other patients were waiting. I had several eye drops at intervals . Mr Kamran Khan the Ophthalmologist Consultant came in to briefly explain the procedure . There was 1 patient outside the lounge waiting to have the operation and the 2 others inside the lounge so I was the 4th patient to have the operation, I was taken to the theatre at 12.30 and the operation took about 15 minutes. I felt very comfortable throughout the whole procedure and everybody was very helpful.

This was my 2nd operation and like the first things progressed well.

Right from the word go I was made very welcome and put at ease from everyone there Mr Aldrin khan the surgeon was excellent very kind and funny with the jokes The young lady in the recovery room was very kind and gave good clear instructions for aftercare Everyone was excellent and I thank them so much for the amazing difference the surgery has made to my eyesight

Mr Dunleavy was very patient...never rushed me and made the whole process very smooth. Explained the procedure so I knew what to expect , and "The staff is always friendly and kept me upto date. Fabulous team.

Everything went well from the initial eye test to seeing the glaucoma consultant David Richards.. This was my final review & I received very informative information & reassurance for my sight going forward.
