I found Dr Branley very approachable and easy to communicate with and made me feel at ease. We had the time and space to discuss my issues in detail and for him to gain a good understanding. He also seemed to really understand my symptoms and they seemed familiar to him which was reassuring. I was able to ask questions and gain more clarity when needed.
I had an excellent experience with you. You treated me as an intelligent person. I appreciated being shown the CT and where the cancer tumor was located. I had the impression that your knowledge on respiratory matters was more extensive and more up to date that what I was expeeriencing with the Italian pulmonologist that I consulted with.
Great - really well explained to a lay man like me and thorough.
the Doctors surgery was very efficient and Handled what could have been a bad situation Very pro-actively .
Manner and professionalism at highest possible level.
Professor Branley was relaxed, conversational & there was no stress of making sure you made the best of your short time with him! The time wasn't short, he took his time. A great 'person to person' bedside manner, easy to be open with him regardless of the subject. After the visit I was confident that we'd covered all subjects that I'd intended to discuss in addition to the questions which he followed up with!
I felt safe and being listened to and the consultation helped me feel less concerned.
Professor Branley put me at ease from the moment he started my appointment with him. He was very very professional and certainly eased my mind concerning my condition.
