I had a very good post-op consultation with Professor Vaz after surgery to remove a nasal polyp. He explained very clearly that the tissue was not malignant and there was a slim chance of regrowth. He checked that the wound was healing well and gave me a full discharge . I cannot recommend him highly enough ..

I attended Harley Street Clinic on the 14th April 2026 for a follow up consultation with Professor Francis Vaz. Professor Vaz is familiar with my complex case, I had seen professor Vaz the previous week for an initial consultation and on site treatment. He explained my condition to me that he has diagnosed me with and explained why I was experiencing the symptoms I was experiencing. He used a medical anatomy aid to help me better understand why I was experiencing my current symptoms. He explained things to me in a way that I could understand and helped me feel reassured that I was receiving the highest standard of care and the best possible care from him. This in turn helped me to feel reassured and calm as well. He was very patient with me and explained things to me a few times. I needed to ask a few questions, and he was very understanding and was very happy to answer any and all questions I had. He explained to me the course of treatment that I needed and prescribed me appropriate medication to help ease my symptoms. At no point during my appointment did I feel rushed. Professor Vaz is very friendly and is very approachable which helped me feel more at ease. but maintained a professional manner throughout at the same time. Should I need to book in a consultation with Professor Vaz again, I know that I will be in very very good hands. I can't recommend Professor Vaz enough for anyone who is suffering with ENT issues. I would absolutely recommend him to family and friends as well. His continued help and guidance is truly appreciated.
