All very smooth running. Everyone polite and professional. A positive experience.
The only one comment I would make that needs to be addressed, I was informed by the Consultant to take the Request Form provided down to reception and they would make the required appointment for me only for this not to eb the case. I had to call a number on the request form myself (which is fine) however a clear disconnect between the Consultant and Reception. I fed this back to the Practice Manager when they called me back to make the necessary appointment.
