Friendly and efficient. Very busy practice but everyone coped well with the pressure and were very polite and hospitable, including escorting me to the areas where I needed to go.

Very quick, seamless and efficient

Efficient and friendly, have not had to wait for very long at all and additional tests including scans were mostly done immediately on the same visit, though this is not always possible. The building is mostly old and can be a bit confusing but the staff are very helpful in conducting you to exactly where you need to be. Could do with more patient loos, in my opinion.

The Physician's Clinic is excellent. The staff are courteous and professional, and the venue is lovely.

Reception staff that checked me in were friendly and efficient, was promptly seen with a warm greeting !
