Dr Turner was excellent in his clinic but my appointment was late due to a chat with his assistant for 15 minutes. I have also found her to be very abrupt, bordering on rude during our communications.

I met Dr Turner just before Christmas following a seizure earlier in the year. From the outset, he treated me with professionalism, understanding and respect. He listened carefully and explained things very clearly at every stage. He carried out very thorough tests before diagnosing and prescribing medication. Following an earlier experience with a different consultant, I was relieved to be finally taken seriously and was treated with kindness and empathy at every stage. I can’t recommend Dr Turner highly enough.

I'd been having intensely painful tension headaches accompanied with dizziness for over 3 months. My appointment with Dr Turner proved to be the turning point with my condition - he accurately diagnosed the issue and provided me with reassurance that the condition would get better in time. His prescription of amitriptyline significantly reduced the frequency and severity of the headaches, and I've been able to go back to being my old self thanks to him.

I have been seeing Dr Ben Turner for treatment of my lifelong migraine issue which ebbs and flows however has worsened in recent years. After suffering for most of the year and my GP prescribed preventatives were not doing enough, Dr Turner introduced Botox for migraines and I cannot explain what a life changing difference this has been for me. I have felt so unbelievably well, back to myself and it is a huge relief! Thank you for helping me manage my condition

Dr Turner has been helping me through a persistent Migraine. We have tried various medications alongside changes to lifestyle. This was a very difficult time with symptoms of Migraine and Medication making day to day difficult. After several medications we finally arrived at one that has helped reduce the Migraine, and allowed me to resume a normal life again. The last 10 months have been hard, but we have continued to work together to get to a good end point.

Dr. Turner provided exceptional support and guidance during my journey to an MS diagnosis, which took just over a month. His expertise made the process calm and efficient. After my initial private diagnosis and treatment, Dr Turner helped me transition smoothly to NHS care, and provided clear advice from the outset on how to navigate NHS systems. Dr. Turner is clearly highly respected among his peers, and I always felt safe and reassured under his care. I plan to continue seeking Dr Turner’s advice privately throughout my MS journey. I especially appreciated Dr Turner’s thoughtful visit to check in on me during my initial Ocrevus treatment and his willingness to answer my (and my family’s) 1000x questions about immunisations, treatment plans and lifestyle advise. Dr Turner’s support has made this experience much easier and I am most grateful to both Dr and his wider team. Thank you!
