Dr. Touqmatchi recently delivered our 3rd baby, our 2nd delivery with her. She is amazing! She is immensely knowledgeable and overall such a genuine and caring person. She has been there for our family and has cared for me during 2 of the happiest times, the birth of 2 babies she delivered via c-section (sterilization as well during my last delivery), and 1 of the saddest times, a scar ectopic pregnancy for which she performed a D&C. During every step of care Dr. Touqmatchi has been reassuring and comforting, and has helped us to make informed decisions while allowing me to make decisions about my own care. I will continue to see Dr. Touqmatchi for routine gynecological care.

Post op came to see me and explained the procedure... with photos. Calm and reassuring. I chose this surgeon as I had witnessed his behaviour with patients on the ward where I work. Follow up care continued for 2 years. I have lost more than 70% of my excess weight. For those thinking sleeve gastrectomy is a quick and easy fix... it's not! But the surgery has changed my life for the better. I would absolutely RECOMMEND Mr Decadt if you are thinking of having weight loss surgery.

Matt Frost was terrific. I'm surprised he wasn't a senior ages ago! But congrats all the same! He's worth every bit of it. Interestingly my hearing had improved slightly from last year and I seriously wonder if this was because I had complete confidence in him. Others always good but Matt inspires confidence in a special way. He also explained the most recent Phonak model clearly so that despite my age and life expectancy, I'm going to give it a try despite the cost. Finally he adjusted my current aids and there is notable improvement. in my hearing. Thanks Matt - and all of you in the office who are always helpful

I have been attending Cathedral Eye Clinic since May, when Mr Niraj Mandal carried out cataract surgery on my left eye. A follow-up operation to stitch the iris was also successful. Although I still experience some blurring at distance, tests show 6/6 vision, and this is due to be corrected with laser treatment in the New Year. I am very pleased with the way the consultations and overall service have been carried out. The care has been professional and reassuring throughout, and I am looking forward to improved distance vision in 2026

My overall experience was excellent, from the reception staff, being taken to the room, the 1:1 pre-operative discussions with Dr Lowe and Dr Barnard, to the nursing staff (continuity of the nursing staff and Daisy's approach and empathy), the theatre team and the post procedure care. I mentioned to Dr Lowe how impressed I was with the communication between the theatre team, which provided a great deal of confidence. I should also mention how well they communicated with me on a 1:1 basis explaining what they were doing.

When going in to get a third temporary crown I told Dr Koloutsos that I was not confident the crown would stay in place so was reconsidering my options. He was quite dismissive of this saying they are temporary crowns so are meant to come off easily. This comment was not appreciated. I finally did agree to have the full crown fitted but only after I was given a guarantee by Dr Koloutsos that if the crown falls off in the first year I would receive a full refund of the cost of the treatment.

I saw Mr Konan following a successful hip replacement operation. He gave me a clear explanation of what had been done and what they had tried to achieve, and I was able to discuss with him how things are likely to move forward and when I could expect the new hip to have settled down. He dealt with all my questions to my satisfaction. I left with a clear picture of what to expect. I had ample time to raise any issues.

Flavia treated my son with severe acne. She explained the treatment in details at the beginning, and highlighted the associated risks. She was very careful throughout the treatment, double checking that my son didn’t have side effects and she always explained her decisions clearly. Nurses were all keen to offer care, and talk, which I appreciated, it's easy to get in your own head, and I appreciated the distraction! One thing I would comment on is that there is always a long wait. I was asked to arrive at 8:30am, but I didn't actually have my procedure until 10:30, which gave lots of time to think. A more streamlined appointment process would be helpful
