From the moment I arrived at reception and was welcomed by the receptionist, the cleanliness was first class , after 30 years of working in hospital cleaning standards I was well impressed. The waiting time before I was called was true to my appointment and I was taken through to start the procedure, everything was explained to me and I was given every chance to ask any questions I had. The whole experience was first class.

The staff and nurses were very friendly and commuutive And thr surgery was excellent, looking forward to my right eye surgery. Tha results so far are amazing, so clear a d bright.

Dedicated staff as soon as you arrive. Put you at ease. They explained the process of the Cataract surgery and Carmel was a Brilliant surgeon. My double vision has gone and long distance and colour is great. Many thanks

This was my second cataract surgery at Newmedica and was just as excellent as the first one. The care and concern shown was second to none by everyone there. The aftercare procedure was explained thoroughly and the follow up phone call next day is a welcome, you are not just abandoned which is very reassuring.
