Mr Craig Parkes operated on my very dense cataract - he explained all possible outcomes both negative and positive of having the op clearly but gave me confidence in his ability. He is courteous and has a friendly but professional approach. The result of the operation was amazing with no complications thanks to his ability. The service i experienced both from Helen Rostron and Craig Parkes was outstanding with a clear explanation of what how and when the proceder would take place. However as with most things in life they were let down by the phone calls from some call center in the north east on behalf of Spire Healthcare but upon arriving at the clinic everything was excellent once again...

I was referred to Mr Parkes by my Optician for assessment of the cataract in my right eye. Both at this visit and the subsequent procedure and followup I received a thorough examination and explanation by Mr Parkes of the test results and the subsequent procedure. Any fears I had about surgery to me eye were dispelled by the efficiency of the procedure and the excellent support of the team. I haven't words to describe the powerful effect on me of having the sight of my eye completely restored. I am hugely grateful to Mr Parkes and his team for the expert care I received.
