The process is very simple, quick, and painless, and the results are instant. No post treatment infections or problems arose
Mr Parkes was very professional at all times. He made sure during the first consultation that I understood the cataract correction procedure, explaining in detail what to expect. The surgery went well at both occasions and also the follow up appointments were satisfactory.
Staff were pleasant and put me at ease. There were no delays and my treatment was done quickly and in a professional manner.
Mr Parkes made me feel at ease at the initial consultation as I was a bit anxious about the procedure. He was very professional in his explanation and advised me on the best option.
A slight delay in getting to see Mr Parkes, but otherwise excellent - clear explanations and a very satisfactory outcome.
Mr. Parkes explained the procedure in detail, along with any possible risks. His explanation put me at ease
Given I was nervous, I was handled in a very professional manner. Mr Parkes was extremely reassuring and explained everything clearly. I hadn't appreciated he didn't have my full notes available, had I done so I'd have been able to tell him the nerve damage in my eye is long standing and well known to my opticians. I am pleased to say he has fully restored my eyesight in my left eye to where it was previously. Please pass on my extreme gratitutde.
Mr Craig Parkes operated on my very dense cataract - he explained all possible outcomes both negative and positive of having the op clearly but gave me confidence in his ability. He is courteous and has a friendly but professional approach. The result of the operation was amazing with no complications thanks to his ability. Would have no concerns about seeking any further treatment if required.
The service i experienced both from Helen Rostron and Craig Parkes was outstanding with a clear explanation of what how and when the proceder would take place. However as with most things in life they were let down by the phone calls from some call center in the north east on behalf of Spire Healthcare but upon arriving at the clinic everything was excellent once again...
I was referred to Mr Parkes by my Optician for assessment of the cataract in my right eye. Both at this visit and the subsequent procedure and followup I received a thorough examination and explanation by Mr Parkes of the test results and the subsequent procedure. Any fears I had about surgery to me eye were dispelled by the efficiency of the procedure and the excellent support of the team. I haven't words to describe the powerful effect on me of having the sight of my eye completely restored. I am hugely grateful to Mr Parkes and his team for the expert care I received.
