Had 1hr appointment with Dr kitova. She was on time and very friendly. Good hour spent with me talking and listening to my problems. Very confident can help me. Explained very well what is going to happen and what I need to do.
Just wonderful. Warm, empathetic, and made me feel safe. There was time to discuss and explore, without feeling rushed. I felt this was someone who genuinely cared for me.
No one was at reception when I arrived for my appointment at 10am but as I have been here several times before, I knew what to do and started to sign in on the laptop, unfortunately it didn't allow me in but Dr Kitova met me in reception anyway so I was able to go straight in with her.
The visit was very helpful. Specific issues were targeted and a constructive plan of action was made. Advice as to the correct protocol for the supplements was clarified and also as to ways for dealing with eczema and neck and shoulder pain. Dr Kitova was very generous with the time and empathetic. I came out feeling better than when I went in.
Excellent one to one consultation. Felt listened to and left feeling positive.
Brilliant appointment with the Dr. She was happy to listen and asked all the right questions. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a private GP as she is very knowledgeable.
Dr Margarita is great, really understanding and is brilliant at looking at the bigger picture to help guide me through my very complex health journey!
