Ms Sacha Pennington-Ellis

Ms. Sacha Pennington-Ellis is a highly qualified and experienced Physiotherapist with over two decades of clinical experience across both NHS and private settings. She graduated from Brunel University in 2000 with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy, followed by a Postgraduate Diploma in Neuro-Musculo-Skeletal Physiotherapy from Brighton University in 2011.

Before beginning her physiotherapy career, Sacha worked as a Fitness Instructor and Swimming Teacher, and also spent time travelling abroad — experiences that helped shape her holistic and patient-centred approach to healthcare.

Since qualifying, Sacha has worked in a variety of environments in the UK and Australia, developing advanced expertise in managing nerve, muscle, and joint conditions. She is recognised by the Musculoskeletal Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (MACP), an advanced clinical group for physiotherapists specialising in manual therapy.

Sacha’s treatment approach is tailored and evidence-based, incorporating techniques such as joint mobilisation and manipulation, soft tissue massage, acupuncture, ultrasound therapy, and specific exercise prescription to improve mobility, strength, and core stability.

She believes that successful treatment begins with a thorough, holistic assessment and clear communication, helping patients understand their condition, manage symptoms, and achieve their personal recovery goals.

Sacha is registered with HCPC, CSP, AACP, APPI, and MMACP, and is recognised by all major private insurance providers.
