Very professional and efficient from the start. Aidan was very easy to speak to, made me feel as ease over what to me was a very stressful situation. He talked to me throughout my surgery explaining what he was doing- which I’d asked him to do . I never felt rushed and when I did have a problem post op he contacted me promptly with a solution which worked. I’d highly recommend him.

Because I was not told to not wear my contact lens before the appointment, the reason was the consultant did not know what I was coming for. Why did he not know this? Surely information should have been passed on the consultation was not worth the full price of the consultation and it is a pricey amount for no checks done. I would have expected the price to be reduced due to this error from your side. However the consultant was friendly and professional and explained next steps well . Waiting time was more than expected .
Sorry to hear about the confusion re contact lenses, this is a common problem we have especially when the booking system may not capture the reason for your attendance in clinic. Regarding payment - I perhaps didn't make it clear enough on the day that you wouldn't be charged for the next clinic visit when you came back for measurements and a further discussion. Can't do better than a 2x 30 min appointments for the price of one I'm afraid. Also think I gave you some advice in the first visit which will probably save you over 1000 pounds so it should hopefully still result in a value for money proposition. Again I am sorry that what I thought was a positive clinic experience has lead to my first negative review but this is the value of feedback so thanks for taking the time!
