Mr Arthur Okonkwo

I’m so grateful to Dr Arthur for everything he has done for me during and after my cornea transplant. From the beginning, he has been so kind, reassuring and professional, and I’ve always felt that I was in very safe hands. At every follow-up appointment, he has been so thorough, checking everything carefully and taking the time to answer all my questions and concerns. He has always reassured me that my eye is healing really well, which has given me so much confidence throughout my recovery. I recently had an eye test for new glasses as my eyesight has changed since the surgery. When I told the optician I’d had a cornea transplant, he was amazed and said he wouldn’t have believed I’d had surgery at all. He even said that whoever had done it had done an amazing job! I honestly couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received from Dr Arthur. I’m incredibly grateful for his skill and kindness and would recommend him without hesitation.

The place is clean and tidy. Everyone is always eager to help. Waiting times were minimal, and waiting areas are very comfortable.. Arthur is brilliant. Really nice man, very understanding, and knowledgeable.

Dr Okonkwo recently operated on my right eye and attended for a check up today. I have found him nothing but professional with a genuine interest in me and my eye health explaining everything that has changed and hopes for the future improvements. He takes time to answer any questions I may have. I couldn’t have ask for a better Doctor to look after me
