I recently had surgery at Hale Private Clinic and wanted to express how impressed I was with the care I received. From the moment I arrived, all of the staff were professional, friendly, and incredibly supportive. In particular, the nurses Paul, Kadi, and Ade were absolutely outstanding. Their warm bedside manner, kindness, and genuine care immediately put me at ease. They were attentive, reassuring, and made what could have been a very anxious day feel surprisingly relaxed and even enjoyable. I've attended numerous private clinics over the years, and I can honestly say this was the best treatment and care I have received. Every member of staff made me feel valued, comfortable, and exceptionally well looked after throughout my visit. Thank you to Paul, Kadi, Ade, and the entire team at Hale Private Clinic for providing such a high standard of care. I would not hesitate to recommend the clinic to others.

I went for a breast augmentation a couple of days ago, from when I arrived till I left, I felt comfortable, happy and well looked after . Everyone of the staff were lovely , especially the nurses , and the gentleman who gave me the anaesthesia , and the lady who was with me distracting me, I was very nervous and they made me feel completely calm . The clinic was immaculate and the care I was given was amazing . Thankyou to you all for making it a lovely experience , and I would highly recommend anyone considering surgery to come here , thankyou again .

I'm three days post op (breast re augmentation) and I'm still on a high from the service I've received at Hale Private Clinic. I had my surgery with Dr Kian Tan who I cant recommend enough . His professionalism , manner and attention to detail is second to none and he has delivered exactly what I asked for. My experience at Hale Private Clinic was exceptional , and I only wish I could have stayed longer! My nurses were Angela and Kadi who were just lovely. They really couldn't do enough and being in their company felt comforting. They are a credit to the clinic . A special mention for Nieem (I hope I've got his name right!) , the anesthetic assistant who was also the entertainment! Thank you for the laughs on the way to theatre, your character could calm the most nervous of patients , you are also a credit to the clinic . For anybody out there, looking to have their surgery at the clinic, don't go anywhere else , you've found the place and you won't be disappointed. Thank you all, so much .

Very welcoming, beverages always available. Was seen when I had booked for. Very comfortable environment. Didn’t feel awkward at all like I have at other clinics in the past.

Lovely relaxing and calming environment. Decor is smart and stylish which creates a realxing ambience. Extremely clean and tidy and I look forward to visiting again.
