Mr Hoyle was excellent - extremely approachable, caring, and professional. Discussing concerns about your penis as a younger man can be a stressful and embarrassing experience, but Mr Hoyle put me at ease straight away. His patient care and communication skills are outstanding. He listened carefully to my concerns, examined me with dignity, explained everything clearly, and involved me in agreeing a plan for moving forward. I felt heard, respected, and never rushed throughout the consultation. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would have no hesitation in seeing Mr Hoyle again. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking urological care.

I am hugely grateful for this wonderful feedback. Medicine is about more than cold facts, but about that human connection, understanding and professional relationship.. Many men come to me with embarrassing problems and have often put off discussing it as a result. I hope to help men feel listened to, giving them a positive health experience and taking down the barriers for future health engagement.

Thank you for such lovely feedback. It is great to see such a positive surgical and clinical outcome for you. Your feedback reminds me that medicine is more than just a treatment for a problem. The human element is so important. I aim to look after my patients throughout their whole journey, from understanding the problem, making treatment decisions that are right for you and ensuring that your aftercare is smooth with ample opportunities to discuss progress. Many conditions I manage require the involvement of multiple medical specialists to achieve the best outcomes for my patients. I see the huge benefits for my patients when working in world class teams, and enjoy seeking the positive outcomes such as this when everything comes together. I feel it is important for me to facilitate the smooth transition between allied teams so that the patient experience remains positive and patients don’t feel lost. This feedback validates everything for me!
