The cavell is a really lovely hospital. The reception staff were friendly & welcoming & I felt relaxed after talking to them. As a self funding patient I have been made to feel uncomfortable at another private hospital but I genuinely felt like everyone was treated equally at cavell. My consultant was running a little late but gave me the time I needed. I felt listened to & she was thorough with her questions & looking at previous nhs test results. She was very pleasant & kind & very apologetic for keeping me waiting. I feel confident that she will be able to help me.
Dr Subba was very professional and kept me at ease each step of the way. Very knowledgable would definitely recommend!
