I recently had an endoscopy appointment with Professor East at the New Foscote Hospital in Banbury. The facilities were excellent. Professor East and all of the staff were reassuring, attentive helpful and kind. Professor East is, of course, a renowned expert in the field, and he was meticulous in his search for the cause of my ongoing anaemia. He successfully identified a very probable cause which can now be treated - an excellent outcome.

It could not have been easier. There was no waiting around, everyone was kind and friendly. I was seen without having to wait too long. The procedure was not scary. It was not in any way painful. I was given a nice meal afterwards and my nurse stayed with me until my friend picked me up Linda L.

Professor East was excellent. He listened to the problems that I had been having and suggested a different test to the one I thought I may be having to try and get the bottom of my problems.
