My experience with Prof James and his team so far is being great. As a professional he listens and gives the importance of what we say. The gastroscopy was very respectful and he and the team were very kind and professional!
My visit yesterday was made very reassuring, all staff explained everything to me, including prof James East, I had phone calls before hand to go through things. I cannot thank everyone enough, excellent staff.
I have an ongoing patient relationship with Professor James East due to a genetic condition, which means I regularly interact with a wide range of medical professionals across different specialties. Professor East is, without question, my favourite doctor to work with. He combines deep expertise with genuine compassion. He takes the time to clearly explain things, answers questions with patience, and never makes you feel rushed. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble for him when it comes to putting your mind at ease. Living with a long term condition can be stressful, but Professor East has a calm and reassuring way of making you feel supported and understood. I feel very fortunate to be under his care and would highly recommend him to anyone needing his expertise.
Smoothly handled, well communicated, effective. Helpful reporting including written documentation sent home with me (reminding me what he said while I was still groggy)
Covered all my issues with empathy and clarity. Thank you.
