I have an ongoing patient relationship with Professor James East due to a genetic condition, which means I regularly interact with a wide range of medical professionals across different specialties. Professor East is, without question, my favourite doctor to work with. He combines deep expertise with genuine compassion. He takes the time to clearly explain things, answers questions with patience, and never makes you feel rushed. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble for him when it comes to putting your mind at ease. Living with a long term condition can be stressful, but Professor East has a calm and reassuring way of making you feel supported and understood. I feel very fortunate to be under his care and would highly recommend him to anyone needing his expertise.
