I have been diagnosed with resistant depression disorder and generalised anxiety disorder and had a recent dip on my mental health and requested urgent treatment. Dr. Sarkeel immediately moved my appointment to accommodate my needs to ensure that I had the appropriate care. Not only by being caring and treatment me with the upmost respect, but also by being one of my biggest cheerleaders and celebrating every milestone that achieve. Dr. Muheden was kind and attentive to my concerns and provided exceptional care during my visits. His attention to detail and genuine concern made all the difference and he ensured I understood every step of my treatment. The entire Pixie and Sera team was extremely professional from scheduling either online or by phone to reception at the clinic. They all ensured I was seen within minutes on my appointment days. Keep up great job! Suggestion - If we could get appointments and at least tests and labs done over the weekends. Maybe half days on Saturdays? It is hard for some of us to come on weekdays hence all my appointments had to be done late in the evenings. If I had an option for Saturday I would've preferred that than late in the evenings. Thank you!

Ms Naeem, was understanding of my frustration of only being provided 4 weeks supply of Testogel at my clinic appointment 10 months ago and then only just getting a followup appointment 10 months later. She explained that it can take minimum of 3 months to feel any effect, so it is necessary to start again with a longer supply, and leave my case with an open appointment for ease of returning if necessary. She will also write to my Dr's to request they take over prescribing if no problems and the prescription works. Also explained that I'll need to take boods again to check my testosterone levels when the supply finishes. I appreciated the plan and full explanation.

Mr Sidebottom is very professional and he spends the time listening to your concerns and issues, he explained what was causing the issues in a manner which I understood and easy to absorb long term. The treatment was self administered through the use of massage of the affected area and the use of pain relief gels and the use a mouth splint. Having been reviewed periodically, I am very pleased with the outcome and with Mr Sidebottom professionalism. Definitely recommend to others.

His style of consultation suits me well as I tend to read extensively on my medical situation and he is always happy to answer any queries.
