What an amazing experience! From the moment I got to clinic, everyone was so welcoming. I was anxious as I'd had a couple of awkward and uncomfortable experiences with a nurse and GP prior to this appointment. But, the appointment it's self with Mr Treharne was so good! He explained the procedure clearly and had a good sense of humour. Him and the nurse prepped me and talked me through what was happening. They were both chatty, calm and good energy. This really was unlike any experience I'd had before. Also, during the scan, Dr Treharne noticed something unusual (but normal) and talked me through the findings. I really can't thank him, the nurse and the reception team enough. Also want to thank the lady that I initially booked the appointment with, she was attentive, answered additional nervous questions I had and they were able to give me a quick appointment (for which, I'll say was very reasonably cost too!) Thanks again for all of your help. I would 100% go back to Mr Treharne for anything related to this (or anything else TBH!) Diolch

My almost 3 year old child recently saw Mr Hartley for adenoidtonsilectomy and grommets. The whole experience was brilliant, he reassured me and her through the entire process. He was extremely understanding of my concerns and addressed all thoroughly. Her recovery was amazing and he saw her as an emergency when she had a suspected ear infection without question. It was extremely easy to get an appointment with him and surgery was booked for the following week. I cannot recommend Mr Hartley more, in fact he is doing my other child’s procedure in a couple of weeks which was initially booked with another consultant but moved to Mr Hartley as I trust him and his team with my children’s lives. I wouldn’t want to see anyone else. And as a bonus, his Secretary Angela is amazing, she’s so helpful, knowledgeable and understanding, they all made an incredibly stressful, emotional experience a calm and positive one.

I went as an NHS referral for cataracts and they explained about the various options for both NHS and private. As I work full time and do a lot of computer work I decided to pay to have Rayone Galaxy toric lenses. I am so pleased with the result. After wearing glasses since early teens I am now glasses free! Mr Injarie and all the staff at the clinic were friendly and professional and made you feel at ease. Mr Injarie took time to explain everything and obviously is a brilliant surgeon. I can't thank them enough. I was so nervous about having eye surgery but from start to finish I felt in very safe hands. I would highly recommend.

I had a thoracoplasty surgery with Mr Panagiotopoulos to fix an acquired slipping rib and my experience with him from our consultation to the surgery was amazing. He understood the nature of my issue immediately and took his time explaining the problem and my options thoroughly. I struggled with chronic pain for a long time due to the slipping rib, and finding Mr Panagiotopoulos gave me the peace of mind regarding a path to recovery I needed. I am so glad that I got Mr Sahemey as my Surgeon at both Solihull and Good Hope Hospital. He clearly explained the procedure, risks and the thought process behind the choice of prosthesis. Unfortunately, after the second joint replacement, I developed an infection. Mr Sahemey and his team had me seen within 2 days and constantly checked in and supported me until It had healed with the agreed antibiotics. I could not have had a better experience throughout these surgeries and it has renewed my trust in medical professionals.

Experienced staff, many with lived experience who are non judgemental, kind and compassionate throughout the stay. Genuinely friendly and supportive and go out of their way to make sure that guests are as comfortable as possible through the detox and throughout the programme. Staff are always approachable and will support or direct you to whoever can. My vegetarian needs were fully met and the food was plentiful with lots of healthy options. Plenty of options for between sessions with yoga, gym and creative activities.

Went in for atrial fibrillation ablation procedure. Couldn't have gone better went in slightly late but whole procedure was very smooth. I felt fully informed of what was going on and in safe hands all the way through. Came out the other side with very little pain or discomfort and feel very confident that this procedure will be a success, even though I am aware and have been informed that it's around 70-80% in reality. Overall can't fault Dr. Eysenk at all
