I recently had cataract surgery carried out by Mr J Ho, and I would like to share my wonderful experience. From the very beginning, his advice about the operation, the type of contact lens, and the value of the replacement lens was absolutely perfect for me. The cataract has now been removed, and my vision is 100% improved. I am completely satisfied with the results. I would also like to thank Mr Ho and the staff at Princess Margaret Hospital for their excellent pre- and post-operative care. They were professional, kind, and reassuring throughout the whole process. Before the surgery, I was quite apprehensive about having an operation on my eye. However, the procedure was painless and very quick. This has given me much more confidence, and I am now looking forward to having my other eye operated on in the New Year. Overall, I am extremely grateful for the care and excellent work carried out by Mr Ho and his team.

He immediately dealt with my varicose veins and pelvic congestion. I now am pain free and have slim legs. Professor Brookes changed my quality of life. Professor Brookes has a charming personality. He is warm, friendly and sympathetic. Medically he is the best in his field. If you are fortunate enough to see him in clinic on the NHS you will notice that he has a big que of patients that only want to see Professor Brookes. I am absolutely terrified of the dentist but recently I was suffering from toothache so really had to put my big girl pants on and book an appointment with one. I was recommended Dentalia by a friend so gave them a call. From the first call to book an appointment to actually receiving the treatment was first class. They were all so friendly, kind and patient with me, and put me at ease. I have actually booked an appointment to go back for a proper checkup which believe me I didn’t think I would ever do. I would highly recommend Dentalia, so give them a call if you have phobia like me.

My experience at the McIndoe centre was incredible. Throughout my surgery and stay the entire team were incredibly kind and caring. I was given plenty of reassurance prior to my surgery, everyone involved during my surgery was incredibly professional and the aftercare following my surgery was incredible. All of my nurses were incredibly kind and helpful and made the process so much easier. I had a great private room and bathroom, and the food was also great! Cannot recommend the McIndoe centre enough, they will be my first choice should I have any more procedures in future

Dr Oliver was absolutely wonderful. From the moment he arrived, he was friendly, calm and incredibly reassuring. Vast majority of the people were super friendly and made my hospital stay very comfortable. Hospital was clean and everyone was extremely professional. I did get the feeling though that you get rushed a bit when it gets to recovery and need to get going post-surgery which is not ideal as sometimes you are just not feeling fit enough or ready to go home straight away, especially after general anaesthesia. Overall extremely positive experience.

I was seen late because apparently they'd fitted somebody else in before me . . . My Consultant had specified an Echo with Contrast but when I mentioned this to the member of staff, who was just about to start the treatment, he said it wasn't necessary to have the Contrast I didn't see Dr Kennon that day but it was him who requested the Echo with Contrast at a previous appointment
