I had four wisdom teeth extracted by Raf Niziol and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I was very nervous beforehand, but from my very first consultation Raf was incredibly friendly, calm and reassuring while also being extremely knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to clearly explain what was going on and exactly what needed to be done, which immediately put me at ease. He also has an excellent team around him, especially Dr Imran Ahmad, my anaesthetist, who was equally kind, professional and reassuring. On the day of the surgery Raf made me feel comfortable and relaxed, and the whole process was handled so smoothly. Even after the surgery, during my post-op consultation, he was just as friendly, thorough and professional. I genuinely can’t recommend Raf enough. I’m extremely grateful to him and his team for such a positive experience during what could have been a very stressful procedure.

Daleswood Health is like a breath of fresh air in the midst of health services in the UK. My GP tries to the best they can but frankly they just cannot be flexible and I'd spend visits trying to to fit in their calendar, leaving me waiting for a rushed 10 minute appointment only to then refer me somewhere else. Something had to change. I'm lucky enough that I can spend a little to get a great service and Daleswood Health really deliver exceptional service. My recent visit was for a mole removal. In and out within 50 minutes and the mole had been removed, fantastic service from Dr Oliver Denton and also not forgetting Mary on reception. So glad I've found them. Definitely my go to for health services and fully recommended from me.

From the moment I was admitted to being discharged, the whole experience was exemplary! All of the staff from the receptionists to the doctors, nurses, auxiliary assistants, catering staff, cleaners, porters and obviously the surgeon (Sam Rajaratanam) and anaesthetist (Barry Phillips) were all amazing. The care was absolutely 1st class. Not only was everyone extremely diligent and professional, they were all personable, friendly and charming. Whilst undergoing major surgery, I felt thoroughly looked after and in safe hands from a great team. I really can't thank everyone enough and recommend this fantastic facility more highly. Top Class!!!

I needed a Total Hip Replacement. East Sussex gave me the option of choosing Sussex Premier health. I found Mr Buckle to actively listen to me, he was clear about the operation and there were no surprises. My post op appointment was great; clear and straightforward. I know what is and is not possible going forward. Mr Buckle should give what I guess might be called “bedside manner” coaching to some of his contemporaries and others coming up the “medical ladder” so to speak.

Lovely helpful doctor, didn't feel rushed, was listened too. Only reason no 5 star was hard to get through to reception and the inconvenience of being sent a letter for telephone appointment instead of agreed face to face appointment and not being able to get through to reception until the 11th hour to confirm and endure we had the correct appointment. Hospital was clean and looked well kept and staff were very friendly and attentive.

From arrival to leaving, staff were very friendly and helpful. I was treated respectfully and with care. I visited the facility twice this week and on the first occasion - late afternoon, there was no option for purchasing refreshments. On my second visit, which was earlier in the day, the facility to purchase drinks and snacks was open, and was very good.

Mr Ghobara always provides the best care and information. He always takes his time to explain everything that is happening so I get a good understanding. He takes time out of his day to check on me to make sure everything is going okay and I am feeling well when I am going through an IVF cycle.

Dr Rajashanker was extremely professional throughout. She listened thoroughly to my explanations and I felt that she took everything into consideration. She was very reassuring when providing a diagnosis and made sure to explain everything fully. Couldn't have been better.
