I was very glad to see that Andrew had returned to work after his absence. Although there was nothing at all wrong with the other doctor I saw when he was away, having been a patient for a number of years and liking routine, I was disappointed not to see Andrew. Over that length of time you build a strong rapport and absolute trust Not only has Andrew helped me through my, sometimes difficult, medical conditions, he has also helped me to improve difficult life situations. He takes a holistic approach which clearly benefits his patients' physical and mental health. I can't speak highly enough of his empathy, expertise and professionalism. You can see he genuinely cares for his patients. He is a truly dedicated Consultant and a credit to the Gloucestershire NHS. Therefore this visit was especially good. Not only was Andrew professional and caring (as is the norm) but he listened to what I was saying/asking and answered any queries I had, allaying any fears I had about losing him as my consultant which I would find extremely difficult. I left my appointment much happier than when I arrived and armed with information to improve my wellbeing.

I wish I started visiting Dr Lola earlier! She has extensive knowledge in the treatment of specialist issues like MCAS and the natural treatments and alternative testing have changed everything for me and my health after 10 years of struggling and NHS prescribed antibiotics and waiting times causing damage. Being looked at as a whole person is so comforting but also makes all the links to see what the causes of symptoms are instead of temporary and damaging solutions. Would highly recommend and well worth the price especially with a detailed report afterwards and the option to buy some of the supplements online without taking a cut like other practitioners. I’ve seen a naturopath before but also having a specialist doctor is a game changer and know you are taking exactly the right things and not wasting money.

I’ve been working with Simon Cabot for a few months on an ongoing elbow issue that was affecting my tennis and gym training. Coming from a finance background, I spend a lot of time at a desk, but I’m also very active with sports — tennis, basketball, and strength training — so finding someone who understands both performance and recovery was key. Simon quickly pinpointed the root of the problem and built a structured program that combined rehabilitation with plyometric and strength sessions. The improvement has been noticeable — not only has the pain subsided, but my movement and power on court have also improved. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a physiotherapist who blends deep technical knowledge with practical, sport-specific training.

Had appointment for ear wax removal. Arrived at wrong address as was unaware that location had moved, luckily spotted new location across the road. Receptionist was not welcoming and was more interested in arranging diary on computer with her colleague. Was informed during my ear examination that there was inflammation in one of my ears and that report would be emailed to me for my GP, never received report. Audiologist was very pushy on when my last hearing test was and had keep repeating that I just want ear wax removal. I have been coming to Ruislip ear care for many years but none of the staff that day were familiar to me and when booking there was no choice of practitioner. No sign of Jo Jolly or Paul so maybe under new ownership?

When I arrived I went to reception who told I had been recorded in and I would be called shortly. It was 10 minutes prior to my appointment date as I had been able to park relatively quickly. After a while a different staff member came across as she had noticed I had been waiting a long time. I said I had an appointment for 14:00 and was waiting to be called. It was 14:30. She went and check and said I hadn't been signed in. The consultant was finished seeing patients but Dr khan agreed to see me as it wasn't my fault that I had missed my appointment. It was a brief meeting and he wasn't as engaged as in a previous meeting.

Great doctor with a really nice approach. I visited recently dr Viegas for some strange headaches that I had. He explained to me the procedure that he will follow and what the next steps would be. After a detailed exam, covering different aspects, he told what the possible causes could be but he recommended MRI and blood test to check all possibilities. Follow up meeting was also great as he told me from the beginning what the outcome was and answered to all my questions

Mr Akthar was my consultant / surgeon following a skiing accident in March in which I broke my shoulder. I had 4 appointments with him and he performed the operation when the bone displaced. He was excellent throughout. Easily contactable (he liaised directly with my physio regarding the physio required at various stages of recovery), nice manner, he explained things well and the operation itself was a success. I would strongly recommend him to anyone.

This was my second visit to Dr Ohri as my previous experience left me so thoroughly reassured and actually listened to. She has such a warm, calming manner, I felt that I could really talk to her without being rushed, clear in the knowledge that she was truly listening. Dr Ohri is an extremely professional and caring doctor, providing an excellent service to her patients. I will certainly be visiting Dr Ohri for any future appointments I may need.

If a doctor promises a result and is on leave he/she will arrange another doctor to fulfill the call They are fairly dear especially for same day appointments but quality of medicine is good They probably saved my life because of of the GPs had a hunch I h ad aortic stenosis. He was right. The private cardiologist then referred me to his NHS practice

I did some research online about using an emsella chair as a preventative method to strengthen my pelvic floor muscles. I have no current incontinence, type issue but it seems sensible to me to be proactive and maintain and improve my pelvic floor strength for long term benefits. I’m very pleased with the results and rate highly the service from the clinic, both prior and during the sessions.

I would like to make mention of the pre-operative theatre experience. The anaetheatist and his ODP colleague were welcoming and made every effort to put me at ease. It was explained that I may hear noises during the surgery and was offered an extra level of anaesthesia which would ensure I would sleep throughout the procedure. Ther was a decernable rapport between the whole team.
