Mr Ashraf quickly struck up a nice friendly rapport with myself and Charlie. His explanations were clear and helpful and we have a good understanding of the next steps.
Dr Ashraf carefully and in detail understood the problem my son encountered. He reviewed the recent reports we brought. Then he did a physical examination for him. Finally, he explained the next treatment method and further examinations. He also patiently answered our concerns.
