Mr Parag Jaiswal has a good friendly, relaxed aptitude and was extremely honest with my diagnosys of End-stage left hip osteoarthritis with complete cartilage loss and secondary bone changes We went through the various options and with this information in mind, we both quickly agreed on the forthcoming treatment, of Total hip replacement (Corail/Pinnacle) with minimally invasive approach and ceramic bearings. With this, all the details were outlined in simple terminology, including risks, recovery and life going forward, with questions answered to my queries. Upon the day of the operation, I was visited pre-surgery to outline the procedures and risks associated once again. Mr Parag Jaiswal has a straightforward bed manner and is careful to answer all questions presented. After the operation I was visited to make sure all was alright, and I was comfortable and informed that the operation was successful with no complications. My scar is small and is totally covered by my underwear. In my follow-up appointment three weeks later, Mr Parag Jaiswal was very pleased with my recovery and after a range of movement assessment, was discharged from his care, so confident was he of my recovery but, I was most welcome to get in touch if I had any issues going forward. I can honestly say that i wouldn't hesitate to undergo any more surgeries with this top-class specialist/surgeon in the future. My recovery has been almost miraculous and is a credit to his work and expertise. I write this 14 weeks after my surgery. I was hitting golf balls after 6 weeks, (tentatively, with the go-ahead from Mr Parag Jaiswal and my excellent physiotherapist). I am now in the gym with a ex-Army rehabilitation instructor who is putting me through my paces, with no niggles or pain from the affected hip. It's like I never had the injury! Kudos to Mr Parag Jaiswal's skillsets and professionalism.

Was brilliant! For a few of days I was having worsening pain in my ear - I couldn't get a GP appointment, and the pharmacist wasn’t able to do anything as couldn’t look in my ear or prescribe. By Saturday morning I was having horrendous pain / infection / bleeding from the ear. Was not appropriate for A&E or UTC. I couldn’t wait for the GP to open Monday, and being a single mum to a 2 year old I just needed something desperately. So on Saturday morning I went online and found this place. I phoned and had an immediate appointment sorted in minutes. Drove to the Doctors lounge, seen straight away. Brilliant Doctor, really understanding and helpful. Took a history, examined me and prescribed me what I needed. She was also really patient with my 2 year old (even let her listen to her toy giraffe with her stethoscope). When I left, I went straight to get my prescription and it was all sorted. Started taking the medicine right away and the relief was huge. Also just felt really reassured that I had been seen by a professional about this as was staring to worry. Can’t fault it at all. Will absolutely use this Doctors Lounge again if needed.

I went to my consultation with some trepedation as I didnt know what to expect but I was quickly put at ease once the consultation began. I was impressed with the detailed checks and scans that were carried out and everything was clearly explained at each stage. I was quiete surprised to be told that I wasnt ready for treatment at this stage and that any improvement that they could make for my reading vision, could potentially, make my distance vision slighly worse than it is at the moment. i was really impressed at the honestly and professionalism of the Consultant who gave me his honest opinion and did not try and sell me a procedure that I didnt need. For me this is very comendable in this day and age, Perhaps in a number of years time my situation will have changed and I will not hesitate to return to Cathedral for further advive/ analysys.

We found TCM on google and the reviews seemed really good. My wife and I had been TTC for many years naturally but also involves some surgical procedures that had a negative impact. There was no monthly cycle for almost a year before we found TCM and gave it a go. Professor Au was friendly and thorough during the first consultation and referred us for a blood test. The conclusion was a severe hormonal imbalance that was probably a stress and trauma response to a number of things. Long story short after 10 weeks of following the course of custom remedies we had a breakthrough. My wife went from borderline clinical menopause to having a full on healthy period. From initial consultation, the robotic assisted total knee replacement surgery, through to Mr Houlihan-Burne personally removing the staples and reviewing the result, the interaction has been exceptional. Mr Houlihan-Burne was clear in communicating the state of my knee, quick to understand what I was looking for, to explain what he thought could be the outcome - together with the risks, and post op in explaining that the surgery has gone exactly as planned. I have not had to deal with any substantial pain, and I have a clear rehab plan with his recommended Physio. I feel confident that I will be able to play Golf, tennis and ski in relatively short order, provided I follow the rehab plan diligently.

We visited Dr. Deepa Srinivasan on 9th July for a scan. I am the husband of patient Y. Patel. We were very worried about our baby’s head size, but Dr. Deepa checked my wife carefully and explained everything clearly. She confirmed the situation, told us what further tests might be needed, explained both the benefits and risks, and also gave us helpful ideas on what to do next. What we appreciated most was the way she kept our morale high, especially for my wife, who was anxious. She was very kind, patient, and supportive. Even though I am writing this review a little late (because I saved the link), I want to honestly say that we were very happy with her care and guidance during the scan.

I saw my doctor. My doctor is amazing. I had blood tests. The process was OK, but not all tests as expected were reported. I collected medicines from the pharmacy. Their records of my needs were lacking and they refused to resolve the issues. I had to return to the hospital another time and they had corrected themselves and I received what was prescribed. The fee charging system from Imperial is haphazard and I receive charges that are not even incurred. There are no explanations or discussion. My medicine is charged a price 35% higher than a comparable cancer hospital not far away. Imperial needs to be more transparent and fair in their charges.

Jemma was incredibly validating and knowledgeable. I was worried the ADHD assessment might feel like a test, but it felt more like a guided chat. It was very helpful in increasing my understanding of myself and my difficulties. Jemma was trauma informed, and acknowledged when parts of my life have been difficult and have impacted my current life. She was also neuroaware in general, and we spoke of the helpful aspects of my ADHD, such as my creativity. She was balanced regarding medication, and I felt well informed and that starting it was my choice, and not something pushed upon me.

The facilities were spotless and tidy, and the food was genuinely good. It was such a nice touch that my husband could order meals and eat with me during our stay. The views over the Houses of Parliament were an added bonus! The midwife team was outstanding – always available, supportive, and especially helpful with breastfeeding throughout the night when I needed it most. A special thank you to Tilly (trainee midwife), Molly, and Fabienne (sp?), who went above and beyond to make us feel cared for.

I had a fibroscan which was really thorough and detailed. It was clear that the clinican was very highly trained and knowledgable. There are lots of places at the moment which primarily specialise in private baby scans but also offer health scans. I have previously been to one such place for for an abdominal scan and it was very basic - absolutely nothing like the attention to detail of the scan I had at Duality Healthcare. Dr. Hickey was charming, very explicit about the spot on my knee, which he pointed out is situated in an awkward place if surgery is required. I am of course reluctant to go ahead with the surgery if, as he pointed out, I would be laid up for a month. I wonder if he could perhaps look at an easier method if it turns out to be cancerous..
