Qualifications and background

Dr Corden is the Clinical Lead for Heart Failure in Gloucestershire and a key member of the Cardiomyopathy and Inherited Cardiac Conditions Service at the Bristol Heart Institute. He also reports advanced cardiac MRI scans at Bristol and Cheltenham.

He studied medicine at the University of Cambridge, completed a PhD at University College London, and trained at leading London centres including Hammersmith and St Bartholomew’s Hospitals. He has also conducted research at the Royal Brompton Hospital and the National Heart Centre Singapore, focusing on heart muscle disease and advanced imaging.
