I had an online appointment with Dr Javaid, i am extremely satisfied with my experience, she explored my concerns in detail and prescribed medication that I have received promptly in the post. A great doctor with years of experience in menopause management.
Dr Javaid was kind, compassionate, and understanding. She gave me honest clear advice and options, answering my questions and concerns, not just none committed answers for me to try interpret.
Dr Samina Javaid, is what every doctor should aim to be! I was listened to, understood, and actually helped. She looks at the whole picture and not just what is in front of her. Offered a leaflet with lots of helpful information about herbal supplements that can help and brought up other things that could be an issue and make my symptoms worse, I genuinely cried at the relief of being heard and understood. I can not put in to words, but Dr javaid is definitely a doctor for the best reason, that is because she cares and wants to help, and you really really can tell
Dr. Javaid was fantastic. She explained everything clearly to me and asked me if I have any questions. I didn't feel rushed at all. I wish all doctors were like her!
She was amazing explained everything to me understood that I had been given the incorrect treatment that was making me worse and looked to rectify the mistake and was just generally lovely
I was explained options well. Procedure was done straight away and quickly. The doctor took into consideration my nervousness and the nurses looked after me whilst in recovery.
Dr Javaid was very helpful in signposting me to resources and information that will inform me and the choices I make beyond the appointment.
