Mr Ilyas Arshad

Mr Ilyas Arshad is a Consultant Gynaecologist. They are highly regarded for their expertise in minimal access surgery, including procedures for endometriosis, adenomyosis, and pelvic pain. Their practice encompasses a comprehensive range of gynaecological services, with a particular focus on fibroids and menstrual disorders. Furthermore, they are a recognised expert in robotic surgery, serving as a proctor for the Intuitive Da Vinci system, guiding and mentoring other surgeons in this advanced surgical approach.

Mr Arshad qualified in medicine from the University of Liverpool in 2000. Following this, they undertook specialist training in renowned institutions across the United Kingdom, including Oxford, London, Surrey, Wales, and Nottingham. In 2005, they became a member of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, later achieving membership of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. Their commitment to professional development is evident in their advanced laparoscopic gynaecological surgical training at the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford, a leading centre for endometriosis treatment.
