Slight delay between scheduled time and being called forward, but the staff were all very nice and professional, apologising for the delay. Once in the whole process went very smoothly. Thankfully there were no complications and the procedure was completed as planned. Aftercare and discharge was excellent, full explanation of the regime required to assist with a full recovery.

The surgical team, led by Dr. Mandal, explained every step of the procedure clearly and took the time to answer all of my questions, giving me complete confidence throughout. It is reassuring to know that the operation was performed by a world-leading surgeon, and I was incredibly impressed by both Dr. Mandal's expertise and the care shown by the entire team. The outstanding experience continued after the surgery. The discharge team explained everything in plain English, ensuring I fully understood the aftercare instructions and what to expect during my recovery.
