It is reassuring to know that the operation was performed by a world-leading surgeon, and I was incredibly impressed by both Dr. Mandal's expertise and the care shown by the entire team. The outstanding experience continued after the surgery. The discharge team explained everything in plain English, ensuring I fully understood the aftercare instructions and what to expect during my recovery. I arrived a bit early ,sat down in no time a tall l was met by an assistant. HE went through all that was going to take place, he was very thorough and explained all that was going to take place. It was a pleasant time and easier than l thought

I arrived at 9 o’clock and was taken about 2 minutes later the girl who. Took me for eye tests was very informative and told me that it would only take a few minutes I then returned to the waiting room and had another wait of about 2 minutes before see the doctor he done a few test then escorted me to the lift to go up to the next floor where the laser was situated the doctor was very calm and confident it took about five minutes Everyone was professional and very helpful I would recommend this clinic to anyone
