The staff on reception were extremely friendly and helpful. I was seen by Alistair and he was very thorough.
I rang Duality and I was offered a telephone appointment the next morning. It was a telephone rather than a FaceTime call as I was unable to access FaceTime on my iPad. The Dr rang on time and was both friendly and professional, listening to and hearing what my symptoms and concerns were. I already had an urgent GP referral for an OGD to Antrim Area Hospital and was told this could take some time so shared my desire to have the procedure carried out at Kingsbridge Private Hospital and asked for a private referral. In taking my case history the Dr easily identified that an OGD was necessary and reflected back in a manner which showed she understood the difficulties I was experiencing. GP 10/10. The receptionist subsequently rang (and texted) the same afternoon to inform me that she had been unable to book me in for this procedure through the normal system and a referral had been made. So far so good. Administration 10/10. 8 days after this referral I have yet to hear from Kingsbridge. I did ring (unsuccessfully) on Monday past three times to chase up the appointment and gave up after the failed attempts. Fortunately I have been able to access another provider but thought this failing on the part of Kingsbridge administration should be shared with you.
Got my blood results yesterday from my mot last week and made an appointment to discuss with Dr today. Excellent service, quick and very friendly. Premises very clean and well presented.
The Sonographer Guy was excellent very professional informative and took time to check and explain all. As a HCP myself I was impressed and won’t hesitate to recommend the service I had to others.

Excellent reception and excellent doctor who helped relax me and explain matters in a manner I could understand. Slight wait (10 mins)at surgery but that is better than previous patient not having all concerns addressed. All in all couldn’t have been any better. Thanks to dr Kerri McDonald for her understanding manner
