I had an appointment with Beverley. She made me feel very heard and took in everything I had to say. She went above and beyond for me, gave me good advice on what my next steps should be and done everything possible for me. I’m quite new to duality and every appointment i’ve had I could not fault, the service has been amazing and has really helped with my confidence in raising concerns.

Highly recommend Duality Healthcare in Derry! I went in today for a blood test and Donna, the nurse who treated me, was outstanding. She explained everything clearly, took a genuine personal interest in how I was feeling, and was an amazing listener. Donna is easily the nicest healthcare professional I have dealt with in a long time. Excellent service!
