Excellent reception and excellent doctor who helped relax me and explain matters in a manner I could understand. Slight wait (10 mins)at surgery but that is better than previous patient not having all concerns addressed. All in all couldn’t have been any better. Thanks to dr Kerri McDonald for her understanding manner

My appointment was virtual. I was able to chose same day time to suit. Doctor understood problem and prescribed medication. Prescription arrived by email within 10 minutes. Excellent service

I got an appointment within 24 hours. The Doctor listened to my symptoms, examined me thoroughly and prescribed an antibiotic which hopefully will clear the symptoms. She was very pleasant and professional as was the receptionist. Overall a very positive experience with minimal waiting time.

I arrived early by 30 mins, I was seen immediately, no waiting around, the receptionist was a very friendly lady, the GP I seen was absolutely brilliant, took her time, listened, explained her thoughts and provided excellent re-assurance, was happy to talk about other conditions while I was there, can’t do that anywhere else, very highly recommended, that’s the second time I used duality and am now considering membership, plenty of availability, no waiting and doctors who aren’t rushing me out the door. Overall excellent experience.
