Not sure where to start, but I honestly can’t recommend Dr Tan highly enough. As a boxer, he immediately understood the type of issue I was dealing with and knew exactly what to look for. I’d previously had nine months of physio and was constantly reassured that things were improving, but deep down I knew they weren’t. After an MRI, it became clear there were loose bodies in the joint. I was then referred to Dr Tan, who was confident they could be removed and that recovery would be quick and he was absolutely right. He was incredibly accommodating and even rearranged things to fit me in for surgery as I was due to go away, which I really appreciated. The surgery itself was a breeze, and I had no major pain afterwards, which was a huge relief. Everything moved quickly and smoothly, start to finish was all done within a month, which was amazing. Dr Tan was thorough, helpful, and flexible throughout, with a genuine focus on getting me back to sport as safely and quickly as possible. You can even Google or AI-search him and he comes up as one of the recommended elbow surgeons in the UK, so I’m very glad I was in his care. Brilliant doctor and a genuinely nice guy. I also want to mention his secretary, Julie, who was fantastic, always helpful, easy to reach, and happy to answer questions, even if it meant going back and forth. That level of support makes such a difference. This is exactly the kind of team you want looking after you. Thank you, Dr Tan and Julie. I’m very grateful, and I hope this review reassures others and gives them confidence that they’d be in great hands.

Dr John Philip O'Dwyer

I have had two appointments with Dr John O'Dwyer to date. On each occasion his compassionate, reassuring and attentive manner made me feel relaxed and heard - by listening carefully, asking perceptive questions to fully understand my situation, and by giving me ample time to think before I replied. In turn he responded to my questions with appropriate detail and language for me to fully appreciate the underlying causes of my symptoms. He had remembered me from my initial appointment so I could go straight into the second appointment without the need to recap previous information. Dr O’Dwyer sent his follow up letters in a timely manner which reflected an accurate, complete and articulate summary of our appointments; during the first visit I had asked him to document one of his specific statements, and he had remembered to do so. I have had many interactions with medically trained professionals through both my work as an auditor in clinical trials and of course as a patient, and it was refreshing to have been treated so well and provided with such high quality documentation.

I honestly can’t recommend the fertility suite enough. Rebecca has been an absolute god send. I have been battling with pcos for years and the nhs refusing to help as my partner has a child from a previous relationship. I’ve been trying to help heal my body with information online but there are so many different opinions and advice and it became very overwhelming. From the start Rebecca has been friendly, empathetic and a great listener. I come out of my appointments feeling so relaxed and feel like I’ve just had a therapy session. She really understands what I’m going through. As well as Rebecca being amazing with the emotional side, she has helped me reduce my cycles from 77 and 79 days to 30/32 day cycles and now I am showing signs of ovulation, which I had only experienced once before. I know with her support the pregnancy will follow soon! She is great and always at the end of the phone/email for guidance and advice on what supplements to take and what to work on! Niall came in every single day whilst I was in hospital to check on me, even on Sunday, which meant so much and was incredibly reassuring. He always took the time to explain things clearly, answer questions, and make sure I was comfortable and confident in my recovery. I felt truly looked after at every stage, and the standard of care was exceptional. I would highly recommend Mr. Sullivan to anyone considering hip replacement surgery. Tony performed a very complex robotic myomectomy and endometriosis excision. There were 10 fibroids present the largest of which was 14 x 14 cm. Before I was referred to Tony I was really worried about what all of this would mean for my fertility but I left the surgery with great outcomes with my fertility preserved and am now feeling better than I have in a very long time. Tony took the time to explain everything in great detail and goes above and beyond to ensure his patients are doing well. I had a great experience at Cyprus ivf hospital. Aman was our coordinator and she was immediately responding to all our worries and questions. It is a clean and well equipped clinic. The prices were fixed and no extra expenses were placed. They let you now about the price from the beginning and you now as the procedure goes on, when and how much you have to pay. Transfer of the embryos took place only when the doctor was sure everything was ready. No rushing. They followed the correct protocol for my case and were always there for us any day any time! I saw Dr Alicia Ng for an incredibly itchy rash around my eyes and neck that just wouldn't clear up, even after trying over-the-counter creams. She was very thorough during the examination, identifying the issue as allergic contact dermatitis and noticing patches I hadn't even seen behind my ears. She provided a clear management plan, including a Protopic prescription and helpful advice on avoiding fragrances. I’m really relieved to have a proper diagnosis—highly recommend her.

Dr Noori cared for us (me, baby, husband!) during all three pregnancies to such a high standard that we have recommended her to our dearest friends. She was approachable and attentive whenever we had questions or concerns, and assertive when we needed her to take action for both the health of mum and baby. My procedure was a day case and regardless of that I was given a private room which was very spacious and clean. All nurses and staff I came across and who took care of me were really kind and friendly.
