I've been seeing Erin at PSM since March 2025 - she is by far the best physio I’ve ever worked with. When first starting treatment, I had no idea of what was wrong – just a feeling of being ‘uneven’. By November, I’m pain-free and have a far better understanding of my body and how to look after myself for years to come. I was referred to Erin by another member of staff at PSM clinic who said she was one of the best – and they were absolutely right. From the start, she took the time to understand how I was feeling, carried out detailed tests, and quickly identified the root of the issue. Over the past six months, we’ve worked together to strengthen my shoulders and back through a tailored mix of gym and mobility exercises. Erin has gone above and beyond to adapt my programme as I’ve progressed, and I genuinely feel the difference. Whilst Erin was on holiday, she arranged cover with Cam, who was brilliant at answering my questions and fine-tuning my programme – his knowledge was greatly appreciated. The wider PSM team, including Morgan and Ellie, have also been fantastic – always welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful, especially with my medical insurance.

I am a medical doctor myself and so have an idea of what good quality care looks like and Dr Jose is excellent. He is caring, detail-oriented and highly evidence-based in his assessment and individualized treatment planning. My case was a bit of an outlier in that I had a lung infection that is very rarely seen for my age and baseline level of fitness and so I was essentially passed over by the NHS and another physician because I seemed not sick enough for more definitive treatment and investigations despite my complaints that I was not getting better and expressing that something was not right within myself. Dr Jose listened and gave me the inpatient treatment, thorough investigations and outpatient follow-ups that I needed for curative treatment and I am now back to my healthy normal self. I’m very grateful for his care and would highly recommend him.

Nuffield Health Cheltenham Hospital

I had a number of appointments to see Mr Warr at the Nuffield, and it was always administered well and on time. On the day of the surgery there was initially some confusion on which hospital room I was assigned to but that was cleared up fairly quickly - it was 7am so perhaps a beginning of shift handover issue. The nurses were caring, professional, attentive and very friendly before and after the operation. The anaesthetist visited and was very clear explaining the process, friendly and reassuring. A very good experience. I also appreciated that my parents could be with me before the operation as I'm quite young and not used to being in hospital. Overall a very good experience. Thank you.

I was struggling to get a face to face appoinment with my NHS GP. Filling out their triage forms where tick boxes didn’t cover half my symptoms and not enough room in the comments to describe my issues and concerns was getting me nowhere. So I decided to go private. Daleswood was recommended to me by a friend. I was happy to pay for a 30min consultation where I could go through the history and symptoms I was experiencing. It was well worth it, blood tests were recommended and a diagnosis made that explained all the symptoms not just one or two. I was so relieved to finally have been listened to and believed. Not just told ‘we only deal with one thing at a time’

The reception was not particularly efficient. I’d paid for the consultation in advance but asked for payment. I did have to pay for blood tests & waited 25 minutes because the receptionist was unable to transfer the amount from the laptop to the card machine. The dryer in the first floor toilet was broken but no hand towels were provided to dry my hands. It was the same exactly a week earlier. I also received numerous text messages & emails most were repetitive & caused confusion as several arrived the same day. The saving grace was thankfully the clinical staff were friendly & efficient.

Mr Culpan was recommended to me by a relative, who had a very positive experience under his care. I’m so pleased I took their advice and went to Mr Culpan for my knee surgery. He and the team were highly professional but reassuring & friendly throughout. No part of the process was rushed, full and detailed explanations were forthcoming, admin was efficient and Mr Culpan’s manner was caring and thorough. I attended MWH Clinic and had consultations with Ms Latthe & an ultrasound scan performed by Dr Balogun. Ms Latthe was fantastic and thoroughly addressed my health concerns - I felt very reassured. I would definitely return to Ms Latthe if I required any surgical treatment in the future. Dr Balogun was so lovely and very kind. I was made to feel very comfortable throughout & her assistant made my feel totally at ease. I cannot fault the service I have received. Sam Wilde did an amazing job on my hip. I had a steroid injection and an extremely gloomy prognosis from the consultant with regard to osteoarthritis. Without Sam I would have gone into a deep depression! Sam talked me through a programme of rest post the steroid injection followed by a slow return to exercise with various adaptations. A year and a half later I am back to exercising 6 times a week with (so far) no issues other than the odd twinge from my hip. I am incredibly grateful and can't rate the treatment I got highly enough.

I would advise any menopausal women who may need help to come to the Cora menopausal clinic. Emily was absolutely amazing from the moment I walked into her room and till when I left. The knowledge was out of this world. Emily reassured me and listened and understood. I took away so much from this one visit and am very thankful. It would be helpful for those suffering with Osteoarthritis, as I did for twelve years prior to surgery, to know how to manage their pain and daily life through the exercises; I wish I had known the specific exercises earlier than I did.
