I am so pleased with my results. I can honestly say from my first consultation, surgery then through to my final follow up appointment that the treatment i have received has been amazing. Mr Bramhall’s PA Avril is wonderful, helped with any questions I had and made booking consultations and surgery easy. Mr Bramhall is fantastic. He explained everything in detail from the very start and through every step of my consultations, my surgery and my follow up appointments. He made me feel comfortable and confident about what was going to happen and what outcome to expect. I am extremely happy with the results of my surgery, and the cliché “it has changed my life” is honestly the only way I can describe what having this surgery has done for me. I would recommend anyone thinking about having breast reduction surgery to visit mr Bramhall. It was the best decision I ever made
I went to dr Russell in November 2025 for an upper bleph procedure; something I hadn’t taken lightly. I’m now 6 months post op and very pleased with my results. Dr Russell and the whole team were excellent from start to finish, especially on the actual day, putting me at ease and making me feel in very safe hands. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for helping my eyes sparkle again 😊
I've recently had upper blethoplasty by Russell Bramhall, I was quite nervous to be having this procedure..on the day, it was very professional and made to feel safe during..I'm so glad I decided to have this done as it's given me a much fresher and less tired look..
I was well informed on the day of my appointment was very efficient and took good care to answer all my questions The procedure was straightforward and a very calm environment staff giving reassurance was a very positive experience Now at my follow up appointment I am very pleased with the outcome To my surgeon and staff who assisted in the process I’m so grateful and very happy with the result
From start to finish my experience at the McKeown clinic has been excellent … it’s hard to believe you’re stepping inside a medical establishment when you first arrive, it feels more like a 5* hotel situated on Glasgow’s Bath Street. For me initial impressions count however, straight away there was warmth and friendliness from the lady on reception. I was nervous, this was a long awaited first consultation however, nerves evaporated when I met Lorraine, smiley and friendly. My surgeon was Dr Russell who greeted me with a warm smile before going into his consulting room; I felt in safe hands. He asked about my expectations, I explained about my loss of confidence as I aged and that I was very keen to address the issue of my sagging neck and how I avoided photographs and I never looked at myself in the mirror anymore. I had also stopped applying makeup, thinking to myself, why bother, you can’t disguise that face/neck. How would I rate Dr Russell? Maybe I should let my before and after shots speak for themselves! Dr Russell actively listened to my concerns about my awful turkey neck and my jowls as well as my fears of, at the age of 60, have I left it too late to try to fix things. Dr Russell didn’t over- promise, he didn’t build my hopes up; he gave an honest appraisal of my problem areas and explained how he felt he could improve my look and, in doing so, he restored a confidence in me that had long since disappeared. I am absolutely delighted with the difference that Dr Russell has made to my face and my confidence is soaring. If, like me, you shy away from family...
Read moreClear and informative advice given. Russell listened to all my questions and gave me useful explanations and answers. I felt at ease at every appointment. Russell checked that the procedure was necessary and that I understood any possible outcomes. I was delighted with the results and the procedure took place as described. Excellent aftercare given too. Would not hesitate in recommending Russell to anyone else.
Mr Bramhall was professional, supportive and didn’t rush decision making. The full service from start to finish was excellent. I’m so pleased with the end results, feeling more confident and happy. Thanks Mr Bramhall and his wider team including Avril. Highly recommend to others when considering a surgeon.
I believe my experience has been very calm and professional. I have had an excellent experience with Dr Bramhall and his team. I was listened to and the result is fantastic
I absolutely loved my experience with Mr Bramhall. He was so professional and immediately put me at ease. His knowledge and expertise are amazing, and I felt completely comfortable and confident throughout. I’m so excited to move forward and finally feel comfortable in my own skin in every way. I honestly love everything about the experience and already feel so much more confident. Highly recommend, changed my life!
I cannot rate Mr Bramhall higher! He took time to explain everything and ensured I was happy each time I visited. I beyond happy with the outcome of my surgery
