Dr. Mendall is an exceptionally thorough and professional doctor. Even when my worsening condition repeatedly led to dead ends, he never gave up. Instead, he persevered, exploring every possible medical option until we finally found one that worked—something that has fundamentally changed my life. Before his care, I was so unwell that I could barely function day to day, living in constant, debilitating pain. Thanks to Dr. Mendall’s dedication and persistence, my quality of life has improved dramatically—I can now live and function like a human being again. Having spent many years under the care of doctors who were unwilling to go the extra mile, I can confidently say that Dr. Mendall is entirely different. His commitment to his patients and his determination to find solutions set him apart, and I am profoundly grateful for the care and support I received from him.

Dr Cary is supportive, caring and genuinely interested in my health & wellbeing; it’s truly refreshing and I am so pleased I took the decision to see her. She has listened to my concerns and provided tailored advice and guidance, which has been invaluable in my progress and improvement of my health. Having never heard of FLOW prior to my involvement with Dr Cary, I cannot emphasise how much this treatment has aided my recovery. A few weeks ago I was struggling to exist, let alone live life; everything was a huge struggle and I had no sense of joy anymore. However, I now feel as though I have a purpose & things to look forward to. The change has been truly immense and I am hopeful I can continue to progress and return to the fun loving and more confident person I used to be.

The staff at the front desk didn’t come across as very engaging or friendly. I was asked for my details, told I’d be checked in, and then asked to take a seat. The interaction felt rushed and impersonal. I ended up waiting almost 30 minutes to be seen and wasn’t informed that the consultant was running late. That said, the front desk was very busy, with a steady stream of patients arriving. Having an additional staff member at reception might have helped manage the workload and improved communication with patients.

I've first went to see Stephen 10 years ago, over the years I've seen him for various osteo misalignment issues, plantar fasciitis and more recently kinesiology which I found fascinating and spot on! Stephen really quickly pinpoints the underlying cause and provides you with a solution to it that I know would've taken months had I gone to a doctor. I'm soo impressed I've recently taken my mum to see him and she's now walking straight after only a couple of sessions. Couldn't recommend him highly enough.

The staff on Oncology are angels and they are professional, calm, approachable, caring, positive, pragmatic and extremely attentive, supportive and I could not have wished for any other team and individuals to look after me. Every visit is consistently seamless and feels like I am the priority when they are with me, despite having other patients and priorities. I can see and hear they make everyone feel this way! Nothing is too much trouble for them!

If a doctor promises a result and is on leave he/she will arrange another doctor to fulfill the call They are fairly dear especially for same day appointments but quality of medicine is good They probably saved my life because of of the GPs had a hunch I h ad aortic stenosis. He was right. The private cardiologist then referred me to his NHS practice

I did some research online about using an emsella chair as a preventative method to strengthen my pelvic floor muscles. I have no current incontinence, type issue but it seems sensible to me to be proactive and maintain and improve my pelvic floor strength for long term benefits. I’m very pleased with the results and rate highly the service from the clinic, both prior and during the sessions.

My initial waiting for the operation was or seemed to be extremely long from Sept 24.t0Sept 25. I do fully understand the problems and pressure our NHS are under but I was suffering greatly at the end.
