She took the time to truly listen, asked thoughtful questions, and provided clear explanations throughout the assessment process. I never felt rushed, and for the first time, I felt genuinely understood. The diagnostic clarity and tailored treatment plan have made a significant positive impact on my life. The clinic’s approach goes far beyond a standard appointment, it is holistic, evidence-based, and deeply respectful of individual needs. Communication was excellent, appointments were well organised, and follow-up care was consistent and reliable.

Since moving to Bath in 2021 I have had a variety of treatments for sporting injuries with Sonja Bass, (Director and Lead Physio). Sonja is highly professional with a wealth of experience behind her. I have always received effective treatments and seen quick and positive results. She takes time to listen to concerns, and discuss treatment options and provides additional exercises that can be done easily at home. The clinic environment and staff all contribute to a welcoming and positive atmosphere. Booking appointments online is very simple by by phone or via the Pure Practice website. I had appointments for a CTScan and an MRI. One after the other. For the CV Scan I was taken in early. For the MRI I was taken in some 30+ minutes late due to earlier overruns in the unit. That was no particular problem. What was a problem was the changing room in the CT Scan area. For a person who relied on balancing and walking with a stick, grab handles in the changing room would have been a godsend. There was nothing to hold on to to get down or up except the gown waste bin, which was very insecure. The bench seating was far to low and standing up was a real problem. It was rather dangerous.

My stay at Abbeycare Gloucester was exactly what I needed to aid my recovery. I arrived feeling hopeless and desperate. I felt safe and calm during my time here. The staff are so caring and understanding, while challenging the thinking and behaviors that got me here in the first place. This is my first time at Abbeycare but my 2nd time in rehab. Abbeycare is streets ahead of my previous experience. In that I left feeling more equipped to deal with life sober and supported. They have a strong aftercare program and community which I will use as part of my recovery journey. 10/10 from me. Rich W

Dr Oliver was absolutely wonderful. From the moment he arrived, he was friendly, calm and incredibly reassuring. He took the time to listen properly, explained everything clearly, and made what could have been a stressful situation feel very manageable. Unfortunately, my condition did require surgery which was conducted by Mr Ibrahim and his highly professional support team. Throughout this period of diagnosis, interventions and rehabilitation, Mr Ibrahim provided me with explanations of the pro's and con's of alternative treatment paths, was realistic about the risks and outcomes, and was always personable and professional in his manner.

I have had 2 appointments to date with Mr El-Daly. He listened to my concerns and very quickly organised the required diagnostics. Once the results were received, he explained everything in a very clear way, showing me the relevant images so that I could understand exactly what had happened to my knee. He then explained in detail my various options for treatment. I felt very relaxed and reassured during both visits and immediately had confidence in his experience and expertise in this area and would highly recommend Mr El-Daly.

Prof Quraishi is a fantastic doctor and technically gifted surgeon . I had a sacro-iliac joint injury many years ago which was fixed in Bristol . Suffered with pain for over 10 years and saw a vast number of specialists . It was only when I saw Prof Quraishi that I knew he could fix me . He did - placed bolts across my SIJ bypassing the previous metalwork. I have had an excellent outcome and he has changed my life !

Waiting over 60 minutes for an appointment that you schedule and pay for is quite poor. The excuse I got is gynaecologist appointments take longer. Okay, then play’ 30-60 mins between slots to allow for adequate timing. I had to get out of work and work the extra time that had I been offered the actual appointment time I wouldn’t have had to do that. Change your gynaecologist appointments calendar please
