Engagement with Debbie was great always very timely about providing appointment, arranging surgery, sending out letters etc (I see Debbie as being a key extension of the medical service that you provide) I found all of your consultations to be really thorough and well explained and not rushed. I always felt I had sufficient time for questions to be answered in a thorough way. Your letters also explained things in a thorough way that I could easily understand - thank you for that. A few small builds which hopefully will help you build on an excellent service that you currently provide: 1) at my first (and very thorough consultation) you did not have access to my MRI scan you only had access to the report. I question if you had viewed the scan, ahead of the surgery, would you then have had a better view of the issue - would the surgery have been necessary. Although I do appreciate sometimes the saying is treat the patient and not the scan. So I do accept I may be wrong? 2) a minor point your clinics ALWAYS run extremely late. I wonder if appointments should either be extended (as you provide a very thorugh service). Although I suspect the hospitals only allow you so many mins per patient? If that is the case could you consider seeing less patients. I (and I suspect others too) have a really busy job and I found this a little fustrating.

This was a positive experience. Srijune was so very kind and helpful in my pre- treatment discussion, administration of anti biotic medication and questionnaire. She offered to hold my hand during the injection, made sure I was okay, ensured I had some tea and biscuits whilst waiting before I could leave and came to let me know that it was safe for me to leave. She also answered my call when I got home as I’d felt a cramp-like pain in my calf . Thanks Srijano Mr Jones was kind, genial, professional and as gentle as he could be with the procedure. He chatted to me during the procedure , telling me about the scan that was showing the fluid on/ around my knee and was happy to answer my question about what the fluid was that he was removing etc. He told me that I’d get a call from him in a few months time to check how I’m getting on rather than a face to face follow up. I was given assorted leaflets with exercises, ICRS registry , free online rehab programme and physiotherapists Charlie and Nick at the Better team . I was thrilled when I went to walk out of the hospital, to find that I was able to walk normally without any limping. Yes the anaesthetic was probably helping but it made me feel positive about the treatment . I expect it’ll be a little tender once that has worn off but fingers crossed all will be well .

We decided to visit them after reading their positive reviews and wanted to give it a try. After reviewing my test results, they recommended a three-month course of treatment. The instructions and cooking process were clear and easy to follow. After completing the three months of treatment, I went for another test and was delighted to learn that my FSH levels had gone down, which felt unbelievable and made us extremely happy. That said, I would have liked to learn more about my TCM diagnosis and what it meant, as this was not really explained to me. This was a bit disappointing, as I was genuinely interested—especially considering the cost of the consultations. Communication and transparency could have been better in this regard. However, Professor Au did call us to reassure us whenever he felt it was needed, which we appreciated. I would recommend them to anyone who is struggling with fertility and looking for support.

My care at this clinic has been outstanding and I would recommend it to anyone needing expert psychiatric support for complex trauma. The service is psychiatry-led, with the consultant coordinating treatment plans and supervising input from psychology, occupational therapy, group therapy and trauma modalities including EMDR, DBT, CBT and embodied psychotherapy. This ensured that care was coherent rather than fragmented. I initially attended four in-person sessions per week and have now safely transitioned to monthly. The team have specialist expertise in workplace bullying, institutional power dynamics and identity-related trauma, which is unusual to find. The level of understanding and clinical leadership has made a meaningful difference to my recovery, and I could not recommend the service more highly.

Having waited for an appointment for approximately two years, I felt nervous and apprehensive the morning of my appointment. Despite this, after a few moments speaking with Doctor Pirjamali, I felt more calm. Although we discussed some difficult topics such as grief and an eating disorder, he maintained an easy-going, nonjudgemental, professional and informative manner. Our chat was thorough and after the appointment had come to a natural end, I felt relieved knowing that no stone had been left unturned. Doctor Pirjamali came across as kind and extremely knowledgeable in the areas of ADHD and ( although he referred me to speak further to the titration team regarding this) ADHD medication. I I highly recommend him as a Doctor, especially if you are nervous.

Firstly we would like to thank Dr Loh for the amazing procedure he completed on our 2 year old son. We are sure the positive outcome and result is down to Mr Lohs skill and expertise. Particularly in micro surgery. We appreciated that Mr Loh was following the recovery progress through updates from the nurses and the took the time to contact us directly to check in, answer queries and offer us to opportunity to meet. We were delighted to meet him in person. He was very compassionate towards us as a family, especially our 2 year old son. He didn’t mind taking the time to explain the procedure to us and answer our questions. We couldn’t recommend Mr Loh highly enough. Thank you for giving our son and family an easier time going forward.

I was taken into a room that was obviously not cleaned after the last patient as their clothes were still there. My postop instructions were to stay warm. I was absolutely freezing after surgery because the nurses turned the heat down to suit another patient. I was on the end bed and no one came to check on me for ages so I couldn’t get another blanket. I told the nurses at least three times that I don’t eat dairy. I then had cow’s milk and dairy butter placed in front of me which is offensive. The nurses paid a lot of attention to the person next to me, but rarely checked on me. I felt overlooked. By this point, I just wanted to go home but again they prioritised other patients so I was late to leave.

Mr Dwivedi treated me for a large thyroid lump - I didn't know whether it was benign or malignant and as someone who suffers from anxiety, I was a bit of an anxious wreck in the lead up to surgery. I could not have been treated better by Mr Dwivedi. His bedside manner is excellent, he explained everything very clearly and with empathy, and he put me at ease from the start. I had to have a hemithyroidectomy in order to ascertain whether the lump was cancerous or not (thankfully it wasn't), but the operation was smooth, the recovery was manageable, and the scar is barely noticeable already. All round - I would highly recommend Mr Raghav Dwivedi.

After not getting an appointment with our GP I decided to book an appointment late on in the afternoon when I became concerned with my child. I was able to book online with ease and had the appointment for 35 minutes later. The staff were welcoming and it wasn’t long in the waiting room before we were seen. Fiona made my child and myself feel at ease and did a thorough check. She even offered a follow up MOT check the next day which left me very reassured. This is the third time I’ve used the clinic and would recommend to anyone needing piece of mind when they can’t access their own GP unfortunately..

I would highly recommend Mr Johns for anyone with breast concerns. He has a lovely manner and very clear communication, taking time to explain things to me and manage any questions and concerns that I had which gave me confidence that I was in good hands. I have had two operations conducted by him, both of which went well, and medical professionals who have subsequently examined me have proactively commented on how neat my scars are. I feel lucky that I was referred to his clinic and would highly recommend him to others.

I had been referred by Bupa and the Dundee location wasn’t the nearest but it was possible to get an appointment sooner. So it proved awkward to drive to but I knew that when booking. For my discharge appointment it wasn’t great driving for three hours round trip for a five min chat that could have been done over the phone. Otherwise I had a really great experience with the team and Dr Mowat. He was speedy, knowledgeable, understanding, patient, professional, friendly and very approachable. I would highly recommend

I recently had a colonoscopy and gastroscopy under the care of Prof East. Clear advice and guidance were provided in preparation for the procedures. I opted for sedation, and the procedures were quick and pain free. I received prompt feedback and (initial) reports following the two procedures. Prof East is very professional and reassuring when dealing with patients. Overall, I feel I am under excellent clinical care. Prof East is supported by an efficient admin team.
