I have had life long poor vision and finally plucked up the courage to explore the options of corrective surgery. After being referred to Mr Goel by my optician I was pleased to hear that he could offer me the corrective surgery to hopefully enable me to have less dependence on glasses. Mr Goel spent a lot of time and effort discussing the pros and cons of the procedure which enabled me to make a fully informed decision regarding the procedures. He was patient and kind in his manner whilst answering all my questions. I had the lens replacement surgery which was successful and resulted in the most achievable outcome for my particular visual problems. The unexpected final result of having not to wear glasses at all has been life changing and I am immensely grateful everyday

I had a dental hygienist appointment. When it came to booking a further six monthly appointment I was asked to pay £35 in advance! This would be deducted from my bill in six months time. I declined to do this and cancelled my next appointment. I presume that at the next appointment I'd be asked yet again to pay £35 in advance, which basically means that this is just a way of charging a one off payment over and above the actual cost! I have never been asked to pay in advance for any private care, dental or otherwise. I think this is very sharp practice. By all means have a cancellation policy and charge the customer for not attending, but don't just take £35 well in advance! I may have to change my dental practice if this continues.

Daleswood Health is like a breath of fresh air in the midst of health services in the UK. My GP tries to the best they can but frankly they just cannot be flexible and I'd spend visits trying to to fit in their calendar, leaving me waiting for a rushed 10 minute appointment only to then refer me somewhere else. Something had to change. I'm lucky enough that I can spend a little to get a great service and Daleswood Health really deliver exceptional service. My recent visit was for a mole removal. In and out within 50 minutes and the mole had been removed, fantastic service from Dr Oliver Denton and also not forgetting Mary on reception. So glad I've found them. Definitely my go to for health services and fully recommended from me.

Having been under the care of Rebecca for 4 months now, I can honestly say the care, kindness, professionalism, advice, information she has provided has been second to none and invaluable throughout my journey, Rebecca is always reassuring happy to answer any questions and go over anything which I’m unsure of, explaining things in depth, and whilst I appreciate Rebecca has a long line of patients to see, I’ve never felt rushed and I’m given as much time as needed at each appointment, Rebecca has also performed 2 surgeries on me, and on surgery days continues to make you feel at ease, walking you through the process of what’s going to happen. I have not experienced anything negative at all whilst under Rebecca’s care.

After our first meeting back in September 2024 I knew I could fully trust Mr.Chin with being thorough with my issues and making sure all areas were covered before taking any actions. On the day of my investigation surgery Mr.Chin went through everything he had planned to do during the surgery and what he intended to do if coming across any issues when investigating. We spoke a little previously about personal issues and one thing I’d like to consider in the future and he made sure the right course of actions were to be discussed and to be taken in the right time frame. I honestly can't recommend Lisa highly enough. I started going to see her last year when I was going through IVF treatment. I can genuinely say it's been the best decision I made. I come away from the treatments feeling like a different person, more balanced, in control and able to keep going. It's helped me in all aspects of my life, even managing work stress better. For anyone considering it but unsure, and especially those going through fertility my advice would be to give it a go, its really helped me much more than i thought it would. Lisa is so knowledgeable and kind in her approach, you are in safe and very capable hands.

My most recent visit was for an MRI scan which occurred in in the mobile unit. My oncologist requested a full spinal scan as well as a head and neck scan. The radiographer told me that this wasn’t possible then proceeded to ask me to choose one or the other. I wasn’t qualified to make this decision as both were equally important. There was insufficient information given as to the reason for not being able to have the scans I was booked in for, which really wasn’t good enough. Having waited quite a few weeks for this appointment I am annoyed that I will have to return next week to have the spinal scan. I expect better.

Dr Charlotte Frise is an excellent doctor. Despite the multiple complications I had, she had time for me even when she was off duty. She saw me through until I sailed through. I was never afraid at any point even when I couldn’t breathe and had oxygen of 80% on room air, I was motivated. Her smile was always soothing and reassuring, it felt like family. She treats patients like family and it’s heartwarming in difficult times. I begin to tear up when I express how I feel about the care she gave me. Am very impressed and grateful for her services. The NHS is blessed to have doctors like her.

I contacted Dr Nikki after being told a n NHS gynaecologist appointment wait was 64 weeks. It was super easy to make an appointment, find out costs and provide information prior to being seen. It was so nice to be able to spend time with Dr Nikki explaining my issues and actually being listened to. Options were discussed fully, blood tests taken immediately, prescriptions issued and delivered the next day. My follow up was arranged promptly, test results discussed and options openly discussed again. Dr Nikki and the services she offers are so needed for women today.

Incredibly long wait times, and very poor communication. Repeated requests for infiormation I've already given them and they kept changing which "portal" they wanted to use. The diagnoses for one condition came as an email, with no human touch, no next steps, no follow-up. Was just left to fend for myself. The diagnoses for the other condition was by video call, with a very disenterested practitioner who clearler didn't take on board the severity of my struggles.

Lovely and friendly staff. Only exception is that the printed prescription did not had a wet stamp as was about to collect medication, the pharmacy did not accept it and there was back and fro with this which eventually resolved. Overall good experience
