I went to see Monica as I was struggling with irregular periods, low energy, bloating, irregular bowel movements, and generally not feeling at my best. Monica took a thorough medical and symptom history and organised functional testing for me, including a stool test and a hormone test. She quickly identified that my thyroid needed support and focused on improving my gut health. I followed a nutritional and supplementation plan for three months, which was practical and, I must say, also delicious. Now my energy is great, my bowel movements are regular, I no longer have a bloated belly, and my period is only a couple of days off a 28-day cycle. I have visited Daniela at Sonoworld on many occasions since 2020 for various reasons / body areas to be scanned. Sometimes for routine checking and at other times, via doctor recommendation. Daniela is always very thorough, kind and her room is spotlessly clean. She has always made me feel at ease when explaining her findings. She clearly has many many years of experience and knowledge. She always goes above and beyond and has followed up with me via email and phone call, especially when she could tell that I was anxious. I have been to other Ultrasound clinics in Central London and I have always found that they are more expensive (for no better service) and more importantly, they always try to upsell more of their services, not something that I believe is appropriate when it comes to health. Daniela has seen myself and friends of mine at short notice, and I will always continue to recommend Daniela and Sonoworld to anyone who requires an ultrasound.

Been feeling very unwell, anxious for a few days and by the Friday I realised it may be a UTI or kidney infection. I then panicked realising it would be difficult to get a GP appointment before the weekend. I then remembered I had heard about this new service, went on line, booked a same day appointment, easy, The centre was a little tricky to find but very clean and Professional. Dr Ben was engaging, listened carefully, did a urine dip and basic obs and prescribed antibiotics. For £80 an excellent service, this also took some pressure off the NHS. It has been 2 weeks now, feeling much better and probably avoided a hospital stay.. money well spent. I am myself an NHS worker so was able to get back to work fairly quickly to continue the battle !

My experience of the hospital was very good. The staff were amazing especially Jayne on Day surgery and David at the ward at night. The only downside that came to my attention is being told that there was no lactose free milk for my tea. The lady, I did catch her name, told me that she wasn’t aware of my overnight stay. She asked me if I was aware that I was staying overnight and I replied ‘yes’. She then went on to ask if I had put it in my forms prior to attending and I said yes. She kept on going on it wasn’t her fault she had been told. A bit of advice would be that she overshared. She clearly sorted the problem as the following morning someone had picked up the milk and I had it with my tea.

I highly recommend Miss Mez Aref-Adib. I’m 39 years old and had a 6 cm fibroid that caused heavy bleeding and severe pain. Dr. Aref-Adib performed my laparoscopic surgery and successfully removed all of the fibroids. She was extremely attentive to my condition after the surgery, followed up closely to make sure everything was going well, and was always available to answer any questions I had during recovery. Three months later, I feel so much better, and there is only a very faint mark left from the stitches on my abdomen. I highly recommend Dr. Aref-Adib—not only because she is highly skilled and professional, but also because she is genuinely kind, caring, and responsive.

I would not hesitate in recommending Prof. Frampton to others. He recently carried out a successful inguinal hernia repair on me at the Nuffield hospital in Guildford. I had consulted him a few weeks beforehand. He explained the procedure to me and was friendly, professional and reassuring throughout. I saw him again a couple of weeks post-op. when he examined me to check that I was healing as expected, and answered my questions. The staff and facilities at the Nuffield in Guildford also merit a mention. Each and every one of them was first class in their care of me.

I had tests and trials with walking aids to determine best option for me explaining both pros and cons I opted for long leg osteotomy which gave me option to have knee replacement later in life. I am 12 weeks post operation and i’m walking unaided and I am using no pain killers. I do realise I do have lot of recovery to get 100%. I cannot thank Mr Nita enough, his professional and skills have changed my mobility, without the pain that I used to endure

Visited morning of 26.01, had to wait a few minutes before being let into the building as arrived just before 9am. Although i was fully aware and ready to wait, everyone passing by including reception staff were kind and apologetic. Getting in, staff (reception, radiographer, doctor) were prompt, thorough, straightforward and quick. No time to scroll through phone as i moved from one stage to the next with ease.
