I booked a consultation for my daughter, Olivia Price, with Mr Robert Sutcliffe on Monday 24th November 2025 at 2.00pm. With Olivia’s full consent, I handled all communication on her behalf due to her work commitments. Before the appointment, Mr Sutcliffe’s secretary contacted me to ask whether the consultation could be moved to the following week. I explained that we were due to travel abroad for three weeks to celebrate my husband’s milestone birthday. She advised she would discuss this with Mr Sutcliffe. She later called back to confirm that, in light of our circumstances, Mr Sutcliffe was happy to keep the original appointment — which he honoured. I accompanied Olivia to her consultation. Mr Sutcliffe was exceptionally thorough. He examined her carefully, explained his diagnosis with clarity and compassion, and put both of us completely at ease as he outlined the next steps. He requested a further liver function blood test, which Olivia had done at Nuffield Health Wolverhampton. I asked Nuffield Health to send the results to both Mr Sutcliffe and Olivia’s GP, which was done. Mr Sutcliffe’s secretary informed me as soon as the results were received and assured me they would be reviewed promptly. True to her word, Mr Sutcliffe reviewed the results quickly. His secretary then advised that he had no concerns and that our planned follow-up in the New Year could go ahead as arranged. I would also like to note that, as we were leaving Harborne Hospital, we happened to see Mr Sutcliffe leaving at the same time. It was clear he had come in specifically to see Olivia that day, knowing we were travelling abroad — something he was under no obligation to do. As a family, we found this gesture incredibly thoughtful and deeply appreciated it. Throughout the entire process, Mr Sutcliffe could not have been more helpful, supportive or empathetic. I am truly grateful that we can now go away on our family celebration holiday with complete peace of mind, knowing my daughter is under the care of such a capable, caring and dedicated professional. Arrived early Saturday morning for a small knee operation. Taken to my room by a lovely friendly porter. Was invited immediately by catering to make a choice of food from an excellent menu. Then seen by nurses, anaesthetist, surgeon, who all explained exactly what was going to happen, in a relaxing manner, giving me complete confidence in their care. I was soon taken to theatre by the lovely chatty nurse & porter, that had been with me from my arrival. They obviously had a happy working relationship, including me in their chat to make me feel more relaxed. The anaesthetist was lovely, chatting about Christmas whilst calmly letting me drift into sleep. I woke up feeling well & refreshed, taken back to my room for a cuppa & delicious sandwich. The nurses continued their careful monitoring of me & I was soon seen by the physiotherapist who explained about the importance of my post-exercise sheet & use of crutches. Then a visit by Mr Slack, my amazing surgeon that had previously done my hip replacement, who explained what he’d done, that all had gone well, discharging me to go home & it’s only early afternoon. My painkillers arrive, my home instruction booklet is completed, I can go home. What fantastic care from all the staff & medical team, many thanks to you all.

Professor Melvin Lobo

I've only seen Dr Lobo once, so my experience is still limited, but he seemed very knowledgeable about my obscure problems. Time will tell whether his hypotheses are correct, but so far he seemed to have a very practical approach and a concrete plan moving forward. When it came to my appointment, he was timely and polite. The wait time for his appointment was very reasonable (2-3 weeks), and he produced the letter for my appointment very quickly (<24h). My only criticism is that the default pharmacy used by London Bridge Hospital clinicians is Pharmacierge, and it seems to be very expensive. The Low Dose Naltrexone I was prescribed was £239, but only £66 when shopping around. Dr Lobo kindly rerouted the prescription to another pharmacy, but I would suggest to at least inform the patients about certain costs and letting them know about more sensible options.

Dr. Hill completed a thorough assessment following the NICE guidelines for my ADHD assessment. I appreciated that he reviewed my forms and documents ahead of time and communicated what to expect at the start of the appointment. He made sure to explain all of my options at the end of the appointment and made me feel like the choice was in my hands of what I would like to do moving forward, from medication to coaching and explained the possibility of the NHS shared care set up. I would recommend Berkeley Psychiatrists and Dr. Simon Hill to anyone looking to understand if they might have ADHD. The patience, care, and explanation of next steps made the process easier to follow and understand (helpful for those of us who struggle with organisation and follow-through!)

I had a total knee replacement and from start to present, I have been treated amazingly. All staff are amazing and simply brilliant at their job and in particular care of patients. Special mention to Salmon (Sal) who looked after me on the day post operation. he was superb, so helpful and patient. The team that looked after me immediately post op, were terrific, so kind and understanding. Mr Gillespie's pre-operating team were so reassuring especially when I was so nervous regarding the spinal block. Thank you to everyone for such superb care and attention. Although I was in tremendous pain post op, I can now reflect and appreciate who well I was looked after and especially the individual care and attention displayed by the team - very simply 'thank you'

Dr Shalini is an excellent doctor. She accompanied us through this process in a very humane and professional way, with deep knowledge of a pregnancy that had particularities, such as a unicornuate uterus, which she explained to us clearly and managed with a very high level of professionalism, as well as other medical conditions such as gestational diabetes and having only one kidney. Thanks to her expertise and her warm, approachable manner, we felt very calm and reassured throughout the whole process. I would also like to highlight her medical knowledge and support during the prenatal stage, the caesarean and the postnatal period. We wholeheartedly recommend Dr Shalini to all future parents going through this pregnancy journey.

RTN Mental Health - Private

The most stressful and frustrating part of using RTN services is the lack of communication and poor response times. I have used RTN both via the right to choose path and for a private assessment. You would expect the private service to be quicker and have better communication but this has not been my experience. It is impossible to get hold of anybody. I have sent multiple emails and left voicemail but there is no sense of urgency in responding and waiting times are long. You don't even receive an acknowledgement or holding email to manage expectations. Some very basic and easy changes could be made to make the customer experience so much better.

I cannot recommend Mr Ahmed highly enough. His management of my arthritic hip was exceptional. My health issues go well beyond my hip and Mr Ahmed took the time to listen and understand - ensuring my overall care was tailored to my needs. My recovery has been challenging, mainly due to my long-term back pain, but despite this I’ve been delighted by the relief gained from my new hip. This being my second hip replacement, I had an idea of what to expect, but I was still pleasantly surprised by the speed of progress of my hip rehab. Thank you kindly sir, much appreciated.

We visited Dr Kabunga with an urgent requirement for a cardiac review to enable a scheduled surgery to go ahead the following week. Dr Kabunga and his team were excellent in assisting us with this request, providing an initial consultation the day after our contact, scans the day after that, and follow up consultation and clinical letter during the morning of the day following that. We could not be more pleased with the care and professionalism we received during this very stressful time - and what an incredible turnaround time !

Ms. Mahwash Babar was highly professional and reassuring during a potentially difficult time. She knew exactly what was required and made sure the imaging and blood work was organised. The LondonClinic provided a comprehensive service where the customer’s interest prevailed throughout. The total time elapsed from my initial call to the hospital to having all examinations and diagnostic test conducted and the results back was less than 48 hours. A process that would have taken many weeks at best through the NHS. Thank you.

Marwan was superb. Even though he was fully booked, he went out of his way to find a slot for me. During the consultation he listened carefully to how I sustained my injury and, using his ultrasound scanner, explained the structural issues involved and likely healing time. He also provided my physio with the detailed information needed to create an effective rehab plan. Marwan is clearly an expert in his field, and I felt comfortable and well-informed throughout the entire process, which was incredibly reassuring.

I'm sure it was being decorated when I visited 6 months ago. Still is. Before appointment they send forms to be completed online. No problem with that except one is for COVID asking if anybody on the family has been to a country on the government red list or been told to isolate by NHS. Neither of those things happen now. I raise it every time and nothing changes. Almost as if nobody reads the reviews. So much for "quality"
