I visited the Well Life Clinic as I had been diagnosed with ADHD three years ago and since then I have not received any treatment. This was not through any lack of trying with the NHS, and the good efforts of my local GP. The waiting list for ADHD diagnosis and treatment is getting longer and longer, with a minimum three years or more, which is a national situation for ADHD diagnosed patients, as was shown on Television recently, with Well Life and Dr Kahn featuring. I then I decided that I would try the private route, and visited the Well Life Clinic in Cobham, which is a path I would recommend to any ADHD patient in my situation. Your charming receptionists were most welcoming, polite, informative and efficient. They listened to my ADHD situation, and that I had already been diagnosed three years previously and that i had all the comprehensive documentation of my diagnosis, which they asked me to forward to them. Once my details had been taken, they said they would forward everything to the appropriate person, who would contact me. Communication at Well Life is swift and I received follow up emails and phone calls as the process advanced. If I popped into the Cobham Clinic any questions I had were answered efficiently. Excellent. Things advanced quickly, my diagnosis documentation was read and accepted by the Well Life Consultantsmand a consultation with Dr Kahn set up in Oxted. I have had two consultations with Dr Kahn, one in person in Oxted, and one on line. My first one was 40 minutes at the Well Life Oxted Clinic. It was an in-depth discussion, I had to have a blood test next day in Cobham, and within a week I was prescribed the necessary medication for my blood pressure, then after monitoring that for a week, the ADHD medication was prescribed. Dr Kahn is excellent, informative, experienced and explains everything so clearly and well. One feels that one is in the best of hands. The Clinics are excellent, clean and smart. All the staff, most welcoming and efficient, in person as well as on the phone. Emails are always sent promptly, as are reminders of appointments, or electronic sending of prescriptions. I attended for spinal MRI. Unfortunately the technician was running late for which I was happy to wait but because of timing his communication to me was very poor. I was shown a room to change and left there without any guidance, I was then taken to the MRI machine and not spoken to really to ask if I was okay or to provide any reassurance. I don’t like MRI scans because can feel anxious within the machine. All it takes is a little bit of reassurance and acknowledgement for which I had none. Throughout the test the technician did not speak to me at all to ask if I was okay. I am not sure if this is normal but I found during the MRI it became quite hot which I have not experienced before. When the test was over he hurried me away from the machine without acknowledging my back could be hurting when getting up, which it was a little. He didn’t show me to the door so I had to ask if I was allowed to go and then left the room to change and go home. My review would be it is the smallest common curtesies that makes all the difference to a patient and this time I did not experience this at all. So much so I won’t be choosing to go to this venue for another investigation

Our experience with Dr Hanci was really positive. We felt, both my husband and I, that he tailored the consultations to both us as parents, but also communicated with our daughter brilliantly, putting her at ease, and ensured she was involved with the process on her terms. Dr Hanci was professional, thorough, empathetic and patient. The nurses were also very caring and diligent with their manner. My only slight feedback would be that there was a bit of confusion by the reception team/s, who advised us that Dr Hanci wasn't working on the day of our appointment, but other than that, a positive experience, given it is/can be a concerning time for families.

Our first initial consultation with Dr Cerra was good, but we felt as though the length of the appointment could have been longer. We had so many questions and we were limited on time, which meant a few things had not been covered that we subsequently read on our consent forms etc so had to clarify this with our NHS coordinator prior to signing the forms. Longer appointment times would remedy this. During the collection, we didn’t speak to Dr Cerra much but we felt we were in good hands. He didn’t get our hopes up nor was negative which I think is hard to get that balance right during such an uncertain procedure.

Visit was in Luton and Dunstable hospital. I have arrived early for appointment and seen straight away by nurse on duty for first checks.( hight/weight). Then Doctors Gyampoh has seen me for a verbal consultation explained process regarding my concern regarding the condition and scan on the day. After that scan took place with another Doctor. After that Dr. Gyampoh thoroughly have explained my scan,outcome, options and process going forward. Great experience thank you very much. Keep up the good work and experience with patience.

Mr Debashis Ghosh

I was diagnosed with breast cancer in September 2025. Mr Ghosh is looking after my treatment. He performed a mastectomy with axiliary clearance in early October. The surgery went very well. Mr Ghosh has vast amount of experience and as a result I have had no side effects from the procedure. My recovery was quick. Mr Ghosh also took into consideration the areas that I was particularly worried about and made sure that I feel confident and supported. I am very grateful to have Mr Ghosh as the specialist looking after me.

I visited Dr Dexter for acupuncture sessions for my chronic migraine. Dr Dexter is a very helpful and kind physician, who takes time to really understand the patient’s history. He has managed migraine sufferers like me and he has helped my symptoms through acupuncture and general advice such as exercise, sleeping position, hydrotherapy, mindfulness and further advice around medication use. I would highly recommend Dr Dexter and will go back to see him again for further advice and treatment.

Thoroughly impressed with The Harborne Hospital. The moment you walk in you know you’ve entered a place that really cares. Ultra clean, comfortable and welcoming. Every member of staff had a smile on their faces. As a designer I pay attention to detail and hats off to the person who decided to place Temple Spa scents in the waiting area. Made feel like I was in a 5 star hotel. Such a lovely and pleasant atmosphere. Totally forgot I was in a hospital.

I have always had a phobia about dentist s having had bad experiences as a child. Although my phobia has not gone away I found the whole experience very calm. The receptionist with her friendly manner relaxed me straight away. The dentist has a calming manner also and did not push me from my comfort zone. Overall a good experience.
