I visited the doctor for my child, who was experiencing muscle pain in his chest whenever he got tired during physical training. From the very beginning, the doctor was polite, friendly, and extremely professional. He explained each part of the diagnosis step by step and clearly outlined what he planned to do throughout the treatment. He carefully drilled down into every test to identify the root cause, which gave me a lot of confidence. He was very patient and thorough, making sure everything was clearly understood before moving forward. He also created a safe and comfortable space for parents to ask questions and answered every single question with great patience and clarity. Overall, he is a complete professional who provides confidence and hope. I am extremely satisfied with the exceptional care and support he provided for my child

I had an excellent experience at Nuffield Hospital Guildford. The hospital was very easy to find, and the reception team were welcoming and efficient. Check-in was quick, and within a few minutes I was seen by the doctor, which was impressive. The facilities were modern and spotless, with a comfortable waiting area and both hot and cold drinks available. The building itself feels contemporary and well maintained, creating a calm and professional environment. The staff were courteous, organised, and clearly experienced, which gave me confidence throughout my visit. Overall, a very smooth and professional experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend Nuffield Hospital Guildford.

Dr. Nicholas was amazing- he came in prior to surgery and walked me through each step. Not only was he a comforting presence, his communication throughout surgery made it so that I knew everything that was going on through my entire c-section. I was able to tell him how I felt during surgery and after and he adjusted care as such. Dr. Nichols took the time to listen to my concerns from previous c-sections and our plans for pain management and reassured us every step of the way. He even took some wonderful photos of delivery on our phone! Dr. Nichols is not only wonderful at his job, but such a kind person who genuinely cares about his patients and their comfort both physical and mental.

We started with Dr. Shalini late in my pregnancy, around 36 weeks, and we’re so glad we did. The last few weeks of the pregnancy and our baby’s birth were incredible. Shalini walked us through everything with warmth and professionalism, explaining our options with data and science but also with a warmth that felt like family! As a result, I didn’t feel afraid and we were able to greet our baby with joy and calm. She’s been such a wonderful guide as well, sharing stories and helping us over text when needed. She always advocated for us and made sure we were comfortable and happy. We would love to have our second with her, if it’s in the cards!!

Our first initial consultation with Dr Cerra was good, but we felt as though the length of the appointment could have been longer. We had so many questions and we were limited on time, which meant a few things had not been covered that we subsequently read on our consent forms etc so had to clarify this with our NHS coordinator prior to signing the forms. Longer appointment times would remedy this. During the collection, we didn’t speak to Dr Cerra much but we felt we were in good hands. He didn’t get our hopes up nor was negative which I think is hard to get that balance right during such an uncertain procedure.

I'm sure it was being decorated when I visited 6 months ago. Still is. Before appointment they send forms to be completed online. No problem with that except one is for COVID asking if anybody on the family has been to a country on the government red list or been told to isolate by NHS. Neither of those things happen now. I raise it every time and nothing changes. Almost as if nobody reads the reviews. So much for "quality"

His friendly demeanour immediately put me at ease and he was patient and understanding. The audiologist was very helpful and gave me a referral letter to see the Doctor and once the infection has cleared I could return to complete the wax removal . Would highly recommend Mr Sahu. He was thorough and took the time to explain my situation to me. It was reassuring to know that the treatment I had already been receiving for my AMD was appropriate but he also highlighted the need for cataract surgery in both eyes.
