I had a really positive experience during my consultation with Dr Challand. He was friendly, approachable and reassuring, and I immediately felt comfortable discussing what can be quite an embarrassing issue. He explained the haemorrhoidectomy and haemorrhoid banding procedures clearly, and I felt listened to and well informed throughout the appointment. I left the consultation feeling reassured and confident about the next steps. I’m very grateful for his kindness and professionalism and would definitely recommend him.

Mr Challand put me at ease from my very first visit. He explained my planned procedure thoroughly and even drew diagrams to make the information clearer. I never felt rushed at any of my appointments. I found Mr Challand very easy to talk to. His bedside manner is excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Making contact was simple and straightforward with the Doctor. A quick and early appointment was made at which thorough explanations were given pleasantly and very professionally. A date was arranged for a procedure surprisingly quickly and without delay. The follow up was efficient and reassuring. I would recommend most strongly this process as the doctor removed any anxiety throughout the consultation and made it a pleasant experience in the circumstances.

Christopher Challand recently removed a small lipoma growth in my groin area. Within a week of my initial consultation, I was booked in to have the lump removed, so it all happened very quickly. I was under the care of Mr Challand for my recent bowel cancer surgery and was very pleased with the treatment I received. He performed my laparoscopic anterior resection and I found him professional, straightforward and easy to communicate with throughout.
