During my recent experience at Cleveland Clinic London, I was under the care of Professor James Teo and Dr. Dipesh Patel for my diagnosis of myelitis. I’d like to share a review of the care, diagnosis, and treatment I received during my short inpatient stay and subsequent outpatient follow-up. Diagnosis: The professionalism and expertise of both Professor Teo and Dr. Patel were evident. They took the time to thoroughly review my medical history, listen attentively to my symptoms, and conduct a series of comprehensive tests. The diagnostic process was meticulous, involving advanced imaging and laboratory analyses, all explained clearly, which left me feeling confident about my care. I was admitted as an inpatient for a couple of days, and my stay was exceptionally comfortable and reassuring. The modern hospital environment and top-notch facilities contributed to a positive experience. The nursing staff was attentive and highly trained, providing outstanding care around the clock. I appreciated their responsiveness to my needs, ensuring I felt comfortable during my brief stay. Daily visits from Professor Teo and Dr. Patel allowed me to discuss my progress and any concerns I had, reinforcing my sense of being valued and cared for. Following my inpatient stay I transitioned smoothly into outpatient care. My follow-up appointments have been invaluable, with thorough evaluations of my ongoing recovery. The clinic’s proactive communication, including test results, appointment reminders and prompt responses to my queries, has greatly supported my journey. They also provided me with educational resources to help manage my condition effectively. In conclusion, my experience at Cleveland Clinic London, particularly under the care of Professor Teo and Dr. Patel, has been exemplary. Their dedication to providing personalized and compassionate care, paired with their expertise, has made a significant difference in my ongoing recovery journey. I had a very good experience with Visio Health when I had recent laser treatment following cataract surgery on both eyes with Ms Sandhu. The cataract surgery, which took place in hospital in July and October, has been very successful. I no longer need glasses after having vision corrective lenses. And I hadn’t realised quite how blurred and sepia my sight had become. My vision is now very clear and bright. It really has positively impacted my life. Everything looks like it did back when I was young. It’s so much more cheerful than that blurry, yellow sight that I had grown so used to. And I am so much more confident when driving. No more night glare. I was really apprehensive and anxious about cataract surgery. So much so that it was decided that I would have the procedure under general anaesthetic. But I can honestly say that despite all the worry the end result is better than I could have imagined. The laser treatment at Visio to improve my sight further with one session of laser treatment was totally painless, very straightforward and uncomplicated. The clinic was very well organised and the staff were all lovely. A very good experience.

My experience throughout foe both eyes and post care has been excellent. Dr Allam was excellent, very professional, knowledgeable about cataracts . My initial surgery was deferred from 2nd Dec until 16th December 2025. This was due to my right being unfected. Dr Allam reassured me that my surgery would happen before christmas. The surgery did happen on 16th December. From preparation to surgery Dr Allam and team excelkent in communicating to me the process Typea of Lenses and cost. Lynne (nurse) was excellent exolaining post-Surgery and demonstrating how to apply the anti-biotic eye drops .Excellwnt support was privided in terms of eye protectors,tape and drops. Follow up by Dr Allam was excellent abd made me feel valued as a person, not just as a customer. The surgery was a major success. On 6th January 2026 I had a last follow up post surgery assessment. Resukting in Dr Allam confirming through eyes assessments, tge surgery was a success. I want to say thank to DR Allam and team for an excellent support abd for the first time since I was 7 years old I can see amazingly well !

After not getting an appointment with our GP I decided to book an appointment late on in the afternoon when I became concerned with my child. I was able to book online with ease and had the appointment for 35 minutes later. The staff were welcoming and it wasn’t long in the waiting room before we were seen. Fiona made my child and myself feel at ease and did a thorough check. She even offered a follow up MOT check the next day which left me very reassured. This is the third time I’ve used the clinic and would recommend to anyone needing piece of mind when they can’t access their own GP unfortunately..

Mr Ahmed Oliemy completed a lobectomy recently because of an early stage tumour in my left lung. Mr Oliemy explained what he would do and what to expect post surgery. The surgery he undertook was a complete success. I found Mr Oliemy very sensitive and yet positive in all his dealings with me. I wish him well for all his future endeavours. I would also like to thank Lead Cancer Nurse Debbie Morris....she has a great attitude and has made me feel like someone going through something rather than a patient that needs to be dealt with.

It comes down to MSK CIRCLE NOT KNOWNING THE FACTS, if you have ever had a DENERVEATION, once in your life in this Borough, you can't have it again, BUT YOU CAN IN OTHER BOROUGHS, So my condtion is now down to, myself raising the funds of approx £4000 what a disgrace, and all I need is one op to carry on working, so publish if you want?? But I doubt it coz your end don't like the truth
