I went to GP to check on my pelvic floor health after birth, unfortunately, they would not give you a full assessment about potential prolapse problems, they advised me to do pelvic floor exercises religiously right after few weeks of birth- which was the worse advice as it has caused tension around my pelvic floor area. then I went to Miriam, she provided me with 360 check up and told me the reason behind my issues and has given me clear advice on what to do next until our next appointment. The experience was good. I felt very well informed about what was going to happen with regard to the surgery and everything was very efficient. My only area for suggestion is the post operation recovery once I had left the hospital. I find myself wondering whether what I am experiencing is normal or not. Something written down clearly suggesting what is likely to happen and how to treat the wound would have been helpful.
