I wanted to take a moment to share what this journey has meant to me and to sincerely thank you and your team for being part of one of the biggest decisions of my life. I’ve battled with my weight for as long as I can remember. In July 2022, I hit my breaking point after seeing a photo of myself at my heaviest. I was ashamed, overwhelmed, and completely defeated. I avoided mirrors and felt exhausted and unhappy. Over the years, I had tried everything—diets, medications, fitness programs—but nothing gave me lasting change. I felt stuck. Choosing bariatric surgery was not an easy decision. It came with tears, fear, doubt, and a lot of soul-searching. I know not everyone understands or agrees with this choice, but for me it was never about appearance. It was about choosing a healthier, happier, longer life. It was about being here for my family and the people I love. It was about choosing myself. From my very first appointment, the care, compassion, and reassurance I received from you, the consultant, and the entire team made such a difference. Every question was answered, every worry was taken seriously, and I always felt supported rather than judged. The kindness, professionalism, and encouragement shown to me before and after surgery helped me feel confident in my decision and safe throughout the process. The fear of not being present for my family someday scared me far more than surgery ever could. Thank you for the exceptional care, guidance, and support you have all shown me. You haven’t just helped me through a procedure—you’ve helped give me a real chance at a new beginning, and for that I will always be grateful.

I had ALT phallo with Mr Nim Christopher and was admitted for 5 days post-op, and I cannot thank the nursing staff enough for the care I received. Every nurse I encountered was professional, compassionate, and genuinely attentive. They consistently checked on me, explained things clearly, responded quickly whenever I needed help, and treated me with kindness and respect at all times. Their reassurance and calm presence made a difficult hospital stay much more comfortable and less stressful. It’s clear they take great pride in their work and truly care about their patients. The morning Nurses Kate and Erisa were extremely wonderful even though at one point there were so many patients and only 2 of them to take care of all of us, they were encouraging and they set a positive tone for each day. The night shift nurses Mo and Aliesha were reassuring and kind and always present when things felt hardest. Of course ai cannot leave out Alina who was always caring and compassionate throughout my stay. Last but certainly not least I would like the thank Mr Nim for his excellent care and support and Dr Patil for the amazing anesthesia he delivered. They were all like family to me. I’m deeply grateful for everything they did for me. Your professionalism, kindness and dedication did not go unnoticed.

I can’t thank Dr Khan enough for the care and support I received. From start to finish, the whole process was incredibly smooth and reassuring. After months of struggling and feeling like I was running out of options, I finally feel like things have been properly sorted. (Highly recommended) Recently I had a laparoscopic procedure. I'm getting better each day, as I'm still recovering from the surgery. Tom has been supportive at guiding me when I'm feeling unsure with my decision. Tom is kind, humble and honest. After years of suffering with all kind of symptoms. Having a laparoscopic procedure is the best decision we both agree, as I was diagnosed with endometriosis. On top of that, I also had adenomyosis, fibroid and experiencing heavy bleeding during my period. After the procedure Tom was clear which put me at ease at explaining all the details about my condition and answering all my questions. It's still at early stage of recovery but I felt like I'm at the right path. I am grateful to finally find the right provider (specialist), who could help and assist me with my conditions.

From the very beginning, he has taken the time and shown great patience and professionalism in explaining my diagnosis, medications, and my overall care plan. I’ve always felt listened to, supported, and fully informed. At my recent appointment following the S‑ICD implantation, Dr Sidhu went through the procedure with me again and explained the aftercare in detail. He made sure I understood what to expect during recovery and answered all of my questions clearly, which I truly appreciated. I also know that, if I ever need further assistance, I can contact him by email, which gives me great reassurance. I visited for an US abdominal and internal after NHS scan could not find my ovaries due and I was very anxious to find out if theses were causing my pain. I was fortunately referred by my GP quickly and seen the following day. The experience was totally different to the NHS one. My questions were answered rather than the NHS “you will need to speak with your doctor “ response to every question. The consultant Christina spent time to get the necessary images and did advise further scans to eliminate any issues with bowel/colon. The whole experience was very comfortable and I did not feel like I was being a nuisance by asking questions about my body!! Thank you so much. It was ++ reassuring and did also identify a condition which I may have causing the pain.

This is the third time I have visited Dr.Halfhide, as I completely trust him with my skin. Not only does he help to resolve my issues but I leave understanding more about my condition. I’ve had eczema since I was a young child, I’m now 33. I thought I had exhausted all options until I met Dr. Halfhide, I can safely say he has given me the best care and guidance I have received throughout my many years of this condition. I have a long way to go, due to many years of mistreatment but finding Dr.Halfhide has given me hope and I always leave his consultations feeling positive.

Mr Paniker was excellent! Prior to my operation he explained the process to me, so I fully understood what to expect. My operation was successful, Mr Paniker did an amazing job and has given me back full use of my hand. Post op, he has told me exactly what to do to keep my fingers fully functional. From my first appointment, I have been put at ease and had everything explained to me. I was very nervous about my operation, but felt reassured by my surgeon's kindness and understanding. I feel very grateful and lucky to have been allocated Mr Paniker to take care of me.

I had a total knee replacement on 11 December and 7 weeks on, I have been discharged. Mr David was amazing, giving clear and easy to understand details of my operation. The first night was painful until my meds were sorted and Mr David visited me after the operation to reassure me of my recovery. I have followed all my physio exercises and I am so pleased with the results. But overall, I am no longer in any pain. I will need my other knee done at some point and will definitely be contacting Mr David for my next operation. Thank you.

Dr Yeo saw my daughter who is 10 and had been having severe headaches. I’d read that pressure in the brain could cause changes to your eyes and headaches so we sought his expert advice. He used the latest technology available to check that the pressure in her eyes was ok and this really put our minds at ease. Dr Yeo was very thorough and his manner put me and my daughter at ease. Would highly recommend seeing Dr Yeo and cannot thank him enough for the care my daughter received.

Very easy to book an appointment, we could have had one the following week but due to not being available we were able to get an appointment the following week on a date and time of our choice. Upon arrival, check in was easy and we were directed to where we needed to be. Staff were friendly and the clinic was very clean. Overall a great experience as it should be for a paid service.

9/10 My Sonographer Rima Shah was fantastic, professional and informative. To improve the service i think it would be nice if a cardiologists could quickly glance/look over results and give a brief written note/summary of results/heart health. It is a shame that in order to get a cardiologists insight/reassurance I then have to rebook and pay for an additional appointment.

Dr K was very informed and explained results and how to move forward very well. The staff are empathetic and very helpful and you definitely don't feel as if you are wasting their time and need to get off the phone because you are holding up a queue.
