I was recommend by a local GP where I work to use Enhanced care, reason being is that for over two weeks I could not get into my own Totton GP surgery, calling and being way down the queuing order, I even went in to book an appointment and they said I have to call first thing, both local Pharmacies could do no more other than OTC meds and said you have to see your GP, I very quickly lost faith in my own doctor surgery. Thanks to Enhanced care from the initial online email to phone call, seeing the doctor all on the same day was well worth it, not only did the doctor ask about my current symptoms but also about my general heath and past issues ETC, medication same day and was feeling better within 4 days, highly recommend If your own GP surgery cant help sooner. Dr Chawla was with us during most of my pregnancy through delivery. We are so pleased with how much care, expertise and calm Dr Chawla helped us through every step. She spent time getting to know us, teaching us about the pregnancy and birth experience and also was key to navigate the hospital system we are not so familiar with, not being from the UK. Our experience was very positive and we felt surrounded with care and expertise at all times from her, which gave us confidence and trust that everything will go well. It did and we are so happy an lucky to have chosen Dr Chawla for the birth of our first daughter.

1)I found the signage to the main lifts and to Lyndhurst rooms confusing. There should be signage in the ground floor lift lobby saying which departments are on which floor. I have been complaining about this since 1971. 2)The excellent group portrait of the Royal Free consultants in about 1970 which used to be on the ground floor but has now been removed to the 12th Floor no longer has the key saying who they are. This is a digrace and an insult to the memory of a fine group of men (and about ten women), The key should be found and reinstated immediately.

Mr Rajaratnam performed my left knee replacement surgery 2 weeks ago. This was a follow up consultation having had staples removed from the incision made. All was well, he was pleased with my progress. I cannot praise Mr Rajaratnam and his team highly enough. He replaced my right knee very successfully in 2022. The procedure and recovery path on my left knee is going just as positively. I am extremely pleased with my progress. A totally professional experience. I visited the clinic today with my elderly mother who is experiencing a number of health concerns. Dr Oates was kind professional and extremely thorough during the consultation. He made my mum feel very comfortable and explained everything very well. We now have a plan in place to move forward and feel more positive. . It’s not clear where the private department is (or any other) as no reception desk at hospital entrance (only a security man on other duties). When in 2nd floor private area do not expect trappings of luxury or flashy equipment. You do get kindness, attentiveness and skill and efficiency. Came out with problem fixed. No cafe.

Dr Kaier gave calm and clear explanations of previous actions of the Papworth team with reasons, whilst showing us the physiology of the problem on screen. The only advice would be to give potential customers advice before having the procedure as I live alone and the instructions were difficult for me to read and I had to buy in sterile swabs . Otherwise perfectly preformed but painful and difficult the first night even though my daughter stayed one night .

Very pleasant experience, all staff I encountered were helpful There was a mix up with my surgery date and break in communication about needing pre assessment , I had difficulty getting a reply day before my planned surgery, to be told at 5pm I hadn't been booked in Luckily another date was available

Reception staff are always welcoming and calm. Izzy always talks me through what he’s going to do and will stop if I need him to. Both he and his dental nurse make me feel relaxed, something I’ve never really felt with dentists in the past. Would definitely recommend this dental practice.
