This is my first consultation at Rookery Healthcare and I cannot thank Doctor Balerdi enough. Having been 6 months feeling extremely unwell and getting nowhere with the NHS, I contacted Rookery Health and with just one consultation I feel safe that I will be receiving the service which will hopefully put me back to good health. The office is in a good location plenty of parking and the venue is a modern business centre. The office is comfortable and Dr Balerdi and his secretary were very welcoming and put me at ease. I feel the information that was given to me was constructive and I am confident that this will be the way forward. I have since sent communication to Doctor Bederdi and it was answered immediately no long wait for Drs appointments such as our local surgery. The service is excellent and I can highly recommend Rookery Health Care.

I was intrigued by the services offered, as they seemed too good to be true. I'm a mid-life woman, starting to worry more about my overall health and wellbeing but didn't want to burden the NHS with curiosity! I really just wanted to have an MOT, to spot any underlying issues or potential health concerns. I was really impressed with the whole set up - state of the art machines, beautiful and clean building - with the most relatable, down-to-earth and professional team of experts. I felt in safe hands, and I had all the advice, tests and support I needed to give me a 12 month clean bill of health but with some advice on how to improve and maintain my health and wellbeing. I had an excellent experience at Nuffield Hospital Guildford. The hospital was very easy to find, and the reception team were welcoming and efficient. Check-in was quick, and within a few minutes I was seen by the doctor, which was impressive. The facilities were modern and spotless, with a comfortable waiting area and both hot and cold drinks available. The building itself feels contemporary and well maintained, creating a calm and professional environment. The staff were courteous, organised, and clearly experienced, which gave me confidence throughout my visit. Overall, a very smooth and professional experience from start to finish. I had micro-TESE surgery with Mr Alnajjar and the entire experience was exceptional. He successfully retrieved sperm for us, which has now given us the chance to move forward with IVF next year. What stood out most was how personal and reassuring his approach was. We had met him a few times before the procedure and he always made both me and my wife feel calm, confident, and fully informed. The follow-up care has been outstanding — nothing felt rushed, and every question was answered clearly. His PA and the communication throughout have also been first-class. The whole experience of phoning first thing in the morning to make an appointment to have my earwax removel - through to later in morning when it was carried out felt like a “model” experience in care. My audiologist was patient, explained the process and worked efficiently to remove all the wax bringing much needed relief. She also gave me advice on oiling my ear to help the wax dispersal in future.
