I had a very positive experience under the care of Dr Lam throughout my pregnancy and delivery. She was consistently professional, attentive, and reassuring, which made a big difference when comparing to my first delivery. I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes during my pregnancy, and I really appreciated her approach when managing it. She provided personalised advice and explored options with me rather than immediately defaulting to medication. I felt she was always acting in my best interest. I had a nature delivery, and the delivery went pretty much according to plan and I didn’t felt traumatised after the delivery. What stood out most to me was her dedication after the delivery of my baby. A few hours later, in the middle of the night, my blood pressure dropped unexpectedly. Although she didn’t need to come back to the hospital from home but she chose to came back and check on me personally. That level of care and commitment meant a lot—it made me feel looked after during a vulnerable moment. I’m very grateful for her compassion and professionalism, and I would highly recommend Dr Lam to anyone looking for an obstetrician who truly goes above and beyond for their patients.

Dr Mandal extremely pleasant and efficient, helpful However the technical arrangements necessary to the 'sleep testing' was chaotic, vague, un-informative, equipment with bits missing and poor instructions. The ability of staff to actually change our appointment time , after our 'check-in' while we were in the waiting room in order to explain there was not a delay but we had a made a mistake with he appointment was unforgivably insulting and I question the use of 'my check-in APP' which can do this. Have found it very difficult to understand the billing system, or even get a clear invoice without multiple sign-ins , and codes, on your apps. We will only pay bills when we receive an easy to read bill now, by email or mail now, and cannot bear the 'APP' any longer, This would make us go to a different private hospital in the future, although we had been very pleased with my husband's in-patient experience at the Cleveland.

Mr Sayal provided an exceptional, patient-centred, and thorough service during the patient's short visit to the UK. It is rare to find a doctor who is willing to be as comprehensive as Mr Sayal is, without using jargon or confusing the patient. Mr Sayal and his team were also responsive and happy to help before, during and after the referral.

My time at Delamere has been a million times better than I expected, I expected to walk through the door and hibernate from everyone for my stay and just do the work but it’s been the opposite. The staff have been wonderful, made my stay brilliant and helped in every way possible to achieve the goal of recovery. The food has been brilliant, and any adjustments needed always happy to cater for, even though I never had to ask. They are always looking to improve and very open to any feedback, but I don’t have any that that comes to mind to Improve as I’ve said to the management, except a weighted cable machine in the gym😉 Anybody thinking of it - choose Delamere, it’s changed my life around. Thank you all!

Mr Ferris conducted cataract surgery on both eyes. From inital contact with Mr Ferris and his team I was impressed by their care, experience, expertise and transparency about the procedure and post procedure steps. I was well informed of all options available to me and felt well supported throughout. I had been reassured by Mr Ferris and his team about the procedure itsrlf from the outset and any worries were quickly eased on the day. Both eyes were treated quickly and without any discomfort. Post procedure my eyesite improved from day 1 and has continued to settle down quickly. I would highly recommend Mr Ferris and team, this has been an first class experience of medical care.

Dr Cockbain has been amazing from start to finish. He put me at ease with his communication throughout, made the whole experience an easy process, he was available for all questions about the surgery, recovery and what to expect after the surgery. It was evident that Dr Cockbain was very experienced with the surgery he was knowledgeable about how I would feel, what I would experience, this made me confident I had made the right decision to go ahead with the surgery. I have felt so much better since the surgery and am positive for a better quality of life in the future. I would highly recommend Dr Cockbain he has been amazing.

I was so impressed with Practice Plus Group and all of the staff at Shepton Mallet hospital. From start to finish i felt so well looked after. The pre-op nurses were amazing at keeping me calm when I almost passed out and spent time talking to me to take my mind off things. Mark Tomlinson, the surgeon was superb and the whole theatre team including the anesthatist and the nurses who made me feel very safe and comfortable. Also everything was triple checked so no mistakes could be made and strict pre-op rules so no risks taken. Would highly recommend.

Calm me as I was extremely worried 2. Gave me clear instructions of medication.3. The time frame for the medication. 4. What steps to follow should I need further treatment. I felt immediately reassured that my situation was being dealt with by a highly professional and caring GP. The service Duality provide, is exceptional.

I saw Dr Karen Egan and she was amazing i instantly felt reassured and comfortable in her presence which for me is paramount. I felt she really listened and explained everything throughly. The reception staff were very friendly and made the booking and payment process very easy. This was the first time I had used this clinic and will almost certainly use them again if I need to for any other health concerns. I would highly recommend well life clinic Cobham and Dr Karen Egan.

I am really disappointed in all aspects of my procedure, I have been left with bad floaters in both eyes constantly wartery feeling especially in brightly lit ares such as shops and driving at night is a real issue . When I asked for help I was told my eyes are good and the floaters if persists you will need an operation that Optegra don’t carry out and could be left in a worse condition, if I’d known this I would never have spent £8000 that I couldn’t really afford .

Annual check up with Nelani. She was excellent, very knowledgeable and friendly. Nelani has always given me excellent advice and I always schedule my appointments so I see her. My only observation with Harley Street Hearing is that the buildings are quite decrepit. I understand Harley Street has lots of old properties.
