Dr Pandora Wright is an experienced consultant in geriatric and general medicine with a strong focus on holistic, person-centred care for older adults with complex health needs. Her clinical expertise includes the management of frailty, cognitive impairment, dementia, multimorbidity, falls, and functional decline, with an emphasis on improving quality of life and supporting independence wherever possible.
She practises at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, primarily at Charing Cross Hospital, and has developed particular expertise in community geriatrics. Dr Wright regularly visits patients in their own homes and undertakes specialist care-home reviews, enabling her to gain a detailed understanding of each patient’s living environment, daily challenges, and personal priorities. This approach allows her to create highly individualised care plans tailored to the needs and goals of both patients and their families.
Her work includes comprehensive geriatric assessments, advanced care planning, and capacity assessments relating to care needs and place of care decisions. She is known for her calm, compassionate, and professional approach, and works closely with GPs, therapists, specialist nurses, social care teams, and hospital specialists to deliver coordinated and integrated care across both hospital and community settings.
Dr Wright graduated MBBS with Merit in Clinical Pharmacology from the Royal Free Hospital School of Medicine and also holds a First-Class Honours degree in the History of Medicine from University College London. She completed her specialist training across several major London teaching hospitals and has served as a Consultant Geriatrician at Charing Cross Hospital since 2016.

Dr Wright is the most delightful person. I was greeted with her beautiful smile, and I felt completely at ease with her. Her knowledge is phenomenal and she has truly helped me in every way. I feel so much better already having done all that she told me to do. Coming to see Dr Wright is the best thing I have done in years to help myself be well.
Doctor Wright came at short notice to visit my elderly mum, who was feeling unwell. She checked all key aspects of her health, checked her mediation. She was super helpful in giving advice and reassuring. She smiled and my mum felt very reassured after her visit.
A single one hour visit to Dr.Wright has provided so much clarity and reassurance to my mother and our family in handling our father's complex conditions. Up until now, medical care has been dispersed amongst many different specialties. We now feel we have everything we need to manage dad's health going forward. Sincere thanks.Mary
