He graduated from the University of Glasgow in 1998 with an MB ChB and also holds a First Class Honours BSc in Pharmacology. In addition to his clinical work, Dr McGrane is actively involved in medical education, delivering lectures to students at both the University of Glasgow and Glasgow Caledonian University.
