I have been a patient of Marc Laniado for more than 10 years now with a considerable number of sizable bladder and prostate related issues and can hand on heart say that Marc is undoubtedly the best doctor and surgeon I have ever met in my life. And due to a number of other health issues over the years I have met quite a few. His knowledge, skills and surgical expertise are second to none and he is always at the forefront of all of the latest proven new advanced in procedures and is an absolute expert in his entire field in my opinion. Additionally I can tell you that Marc is the most dedicated and committed man to his work and also more unbelievably supportive and committed to his patients that you could possibly imagine. He is unquestionably an extremely kind , patient, understanding and tolerant man and without him over the years I would have struggled very very much indeed, both physically and phychologically. He is so totally supportive at all times and puts his patients at the top of his priority list to an extent I have never ever witnessed before nor I believe am likely to ever see in anyone else again. Marc is also supported superbly by his P.A. Zoe who once again is very kind, patient helpful and understanding, quite apart from being absolutely superbly efficient . Which really compliments the entire superiority of a completely faultless service that Marc Laniado provides to his patients. My advice to anybody would be if you have any problems at all relative to Marc's wide range of expertise, Marc should be your one and only point of call. I promise you you will find none better and again in my opinion you will find none better... because there just isn't anyone better. An all-round wonderful doctor and surgeon and also a wonderfully kind and truly supportive man. I consider myself extremely lucky to have been recommended to Marc all those years ago and truly feel that Marc's many other patients would feel exactly the same way as I do. Speaking from a man's perspective ,urinary, bladder and prostate issues I feel can be very worrying indeed and also quite embarrassing and very stressful as they can bring considerable concern and disruption to normal life. So in summary I would say to anybody suffering with problems, Marc Laniado is your man ! You will need no other and I would stake my life you would never regret it. His undying support and understanding for his patients along with his superior knowledge, tremendous surgical expertise, and complete all round skill set is truly amazing I can honestly assure everyone who may read this. This was my first visit to this lovely private GP practice. Lots of parking and ground floor facility was the first tick. Lovely big bright windows another tick creating brightness in what is usually not available in most other medical establishments. No sooner on the door I was greeted with smiles and courtesy from the lovely, friendly receptionists who welcomed me and offered me refreshments. Plenty of books and magazines if I wanted but didn't need them as I was taken at my exact appointment time, another big tick. My GP, Dr Fiona Moore came out to greet me and as I'd completed an online form with my reason for attending she was on the ball with what was required. She was so relaxed and friendly I felt like I'd known her for a long time and I felt at ease answering any questions. Having examined me she knew what the issue was and reassured me. Overall a brilliant experience.

Due to my individual circumstances there was some confusion in relation to payment and that spilled over onto me personally as well as causing stress across the whole procedure at the outset. This was resolved but exposes the fact that some attention needs to be paid to the way things are looked at and handles when the circumstances fall outside of the general conventions of the service provided. In the end it was all sorted out but the initial confusion and stress could have been avoided. I have no complaints but was a bit surprised at the apparent chaos at the outset. I have no idea if any one aspect was to blame, I think it was probably general confusion in relation to gaps in communication between the parties involved in payment etc.

Mr Yamoah has changed my life and I will forever be grateful. For almost ten years my GP told me I had IBS and wouldn’t take my pain seriously. This time last year I reached breaking point and didn’t think I would ever feel better. I’m so glad I decided to seek private care. Mr. Yamoah is the first medical professional that has taken me seriously and not made me feel like a nuisance or hypochondriac. Within the space of three months my endometriosis and dermoid cyst were diagnosed and successfully removed and I finally feel like myself again. The nature of the condition means that it will return but I feel so much more confident being in the excellent care of Mr Yamoah.

Wonderful care from good staff but the bed was uncomfortable and the room was too small and felt airless and too hot. But the main thing is that hopefully this surgery will enable me to have a better quality of life. I already feel that my powers of concentration have improved and my brain is working better. It seems to me that once the soreness and itchy neck skin heals I will be back at the gym in January feeling thirty years younger. The hospital has done a good job and staff team are excellent. My only recommendation is that you knock the building down and build some more comfortable bedrooms with good ventilation with some comfortable beds for tall people.

We recently saw Mr Uddin for our son’s ongoing ear problems, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care he provided. He placed grommets in both of my son’s ears, and the whole process was incredibly smooth from start to finish. Mr Uddin explained everything clearly, made us feel at ease, and handled the procedure with great professionalism. There were no complications at all, and the recovery was quick and trouble-free. Most importantly, our son has finally recovered from the continuous ear infections he had been suffering with for so long. The improvement has been amazing. Highly recommend Mr Uddin—excellent doctor, reassuring manner, and outstanding results.

Mr Abou-Chedid is a phenomenal surgeon and invokes nothing but comfort and confidence. I had a robot-assisted radical prostatectomy, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Recovery was quick, and even the first week after surgery I was fully functional in every way. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Mr. Abou-Chedid or the robot-assisted radical prostatectomy procedure he performs. I haven't experienced any loss of function, but instead have experienced several improvements post-surgery (not to mention being (hopefully) free of cancer). I feel very lucky to have been connected with Mr. Abou-Chedid based on my Internet searching.

I had a wonderful experience at my most recent visit with Dr. Salvia at Dr Benn’s surgery. My baby had been unwell, and the clinic was able to see us quickly, which was such a relief. Dr. Salvia was calm, reassuring, and incredibly thorough. She took the time to check everything carefully and explain what was going on in a way that eased all my worries. Her kindness and gentle approach made my baby feel comfortable, and I left feeling confident and supported. I’m so grateful for her prompt attention and the genuine care she always shows. I couldn’t ask for a better GP service.

Mr Decadt was fantastic, answered all my questions about weight loss surgery, was thorough in consultations and explained everything very realistically so I knew exactly what to expect. He and his team made me feel really comfortable and confident in what we could achieve through surgery and follow up together. Despite paying through the nose for a blood test, I'm still waiting weeks later for results (est. results timeline 3-5 days). Also received additional bills for tests that weren't pre-defined as separate costs - some costs are clearly noted upfront, some others arent and this is deceptive and unprofessional. Whilst staff are friendly, waiting times are awful (40mins for a private blood test? Will be recommending all people to avoid until these issues are addressed

Dr Margarita was very knowledgeable and kind. I would definitely recommend coming to the Lantern Clinic. I felt listened too and she emphasised as a woman with my issues. I had plenty of time to chat and didn’t feel rushed,. Dr Margarita devised a plan for me to follow and recommended a gold standard brand of supplements I should start. I am booked in for a follow up appointment in several weeks time, to discuss how my treatment plan went and if I saw improvements.

Dr Spyrou took a very careful and thorough history, and made logical recommendations for investigation. Once the results were available he contacted me immediately and saw me the next day to discuss them. He gave me options for further investigation and treatment and took note of my views. I could not have asked for more careful and understanding treatment. His practical skill at interventional cardiology is obviously the best.

DR. Sabharwal took endless time and trouble to make me fully aware of the current status of my heart problem . I particularly appreciated his doing so without patronising which when you reach a certain age many professionals have a tendency to do. He also e mailed his comprehensive report the same day as my visit which must have involved lengthening his already busy working day and for which again I was very grateful.

Dr Pooja Gulati

Dr Gulati was thorough and extremely clear in her plan for looking into my recent issues with painful joints. A full set of blood tests were taken just after my initial visit and an ultrasound scan booked for just a week later. My follow-up appointment was very conveniently online and she was concise, understanding and extremely professional to deal with. I would highly recommend her and her team’s services.

Dr Tamer Mikhail

General (Internal) Medicine

Dr Mikhail prescribed a dose of levothyroxine for my subclinical hypothyroidism which resulted in my subsequent repeated blood tests demonstrating hyperthirodism. I have also developed severe muscle pain. When I contacted Dr.Mikhail he told me to continue with the higher dose of levothyroxine in spite of the blood tests results saying that my muscle pain had nothing to do with the levothyroxine overdose.

I am very satisfied with the clinic. The staff is extremely friendly, considerate, always available for any questions. My personal assistant Karin is incredible. She was able to explain everything to me and give me advice. I am very happy that I chose Reproclinic. Now I am keeping my fingers crossed that the pregnancy test will be positive.
