This was a positive experience. Srijune was so very kind and helpful in my pre- treatment discussion, administration of anti biotic medication and questionnaire. She offered to hold my hand during the injection, made sure I was okay, ensured I had some tea and biscuits whilst waiting before I could leave and came to let me know that it was safe for me to leave. She also answered my call when I got home as I’d felt a cramp-like pain in my calf . Thanks Srijano Mr Jones was kind, genial, professional and as gentle as he could be with the procedure. He chatted to me during the procedure , telling me about the scan that was showing the fluid on/ around my knee and was happy to answer my question about what the fluid was that he was removing etc. He told me that I’d get a call from him in a few months time to check how I’m getting on rather than a face to face follow up. I was given assorted leaflets with exercises, ICRS registry , free online rehab programme and physiotherapists Charlie and Nick at the Better team . I was thrilled when I went to walk out of the hospital, to find that I was able to walk normally without any limping. Yes the anaesthetic was probably helping but it made me feel positive about the treatment . I expect it’ll be a little tender once that has worn off but fingers crossed all will be well .

Jag kom till Castle Craig från Sverige efter att ha blivit hänvisad av Beroendekliniken i Stockholm, och jag var nervös inför att resa utomlands för behandling. Behandlingen kändes personlig och aldrig stressad, och för första gången kände jag mig verkligen lyssnad på och förstådd. Den lugna miljön gjorde det lättare att fokusera på mig själv och mitt tillfrisknande. Jag åker härifrån med mer självförtroende, klarhet och praktiska verktyg för vardagen. Jag skulle absolut rekommendera Castle Craig till alla som söker stöd, även om det innebär att resa från ett annat land.

I contacted Dr Kavita Verma to discuss my concerns over my prescription for perimenopause. I booked an appointment online at a time suitable for me after work and although I had my reservations, I was put at ease straight away. I talked through my symptoms and what I had been prescribed and I was advised the best way forward and also advised on some other options to help with other symptoms. I am being given a letter to give to my GP regarding what we have discussed and we are having a follow up call in 3 months. Switching to HRT feels like a big step to take, but I feel much about my decision now that I have talked it through. I felt like I was truly listened to and my concerns were heard.

He has been very clear about all issues and risks so that, when I underwent surgery, I was clear about what outcome I might experience. Miss Sascha Dua is a great professional—respectful, knowledgeable, and caring. I was very scared to be in a breast cancer unit for the very first time, but she was wonderful at breaking the ice and making me feel comfortable. She was attentive and taught me how to properly perform self-examinations, which made me realise I had always been doing them incorrectly. Her team is also amazing and very caring. They sent me letters in advance introducing the team and explaining in detail how the process works, which was incredibly helpful. My husband and I were very happy with the whole process. I truly wish all doctors’ appointments were this supportive.

Ania was kind and welcoming as always. She always asks me how things are and I tell her at length! She picks up a key issue to focus on, this time it was the window of tolerance and strategies to help me be curious, open and flexible. She is kind and supportive and helps me to see what I do well and how I can live more in accordance with my values rather than being angered repeatedly by small things or anxious about them. We both thought we were at a stage where I did not need to come to the sessions any more and I think this shows what a great practitioner Ania is and how well she understands me. I am both sorry and happy to leave!

My partner and I came to the Agora for a fertility assessment as we've been trying to conceive for a couple of years. The doctor was kind in explaining our results and gave a clear plan of what they recommend moving forwards. I chose the clinic based on the good reviews and we are so happy that we did. All the staff we have come across have been very nice and answered any questions that we had. We feel comfortable choosing the Agora for IVF even though this is an unknown road ahead, i feel supported.

Absolutely Outstanding” Mr Verma and his amazing secretary, went above and beyond to care for my son. Having been to A&E on a few occasions with multiple knee injuries due to football and consultants not being able to identify the underlining reasons we sought private help. Mr Verma was really thorough diagnosing the problem, explaining the treatment and he was available to talk too throughout the whole process. We would highly recommend him. He is extremely knowledgeable, and he cares.

I had an excellent experience at the hospital from start to finish. The facility was exceptionally clean and well maintained, which immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring, taking the time to explain things clearly and answer any questions I had. Their kindness and attentiveness made a stressful situation much easier, and I felt well looked after throughout my visit.

All staff, including the receptionist, were very nice and helpful. The hospital waiting areas and the consulting room were very clean and well maintained. There were unlimited free hot drinks and water available for waiting patients. Whilst the hospital does not have a car park, there was plenty of on-street parking available (charges varying up to £6.50 for 4 hours - enforced until 8pm), even on a busy Friday traffic wise after 4pm, when I arrived.

Dr. Agathou was extremely thorough during my visit. She managed to sift through my long, rather complex medical history in conversation and deliver a very detailed, accurate clinical summary. Dr. Agathou was warm, understanding, and very knowledgeable. Since my appointment, she and her Secretary, Abdulaziz, also worked hard to ensure that I have critical medication, despite supply constraints. I look forward to continuing to work with Dr. Agathou.

I went to Dr. Renata Karoliin because of infertility, I was treated with my husband for 5 years in other countries and by different doctors, there was no result. I turned to her, after the examination, she prescribed treatment, one visit to her, and I saw two long-awaited strips in the pregnancy test. Today I'm already holding my daughter in my arms. Many thanks to her for her professional approach and treatment.

After failing to get an appointment with my GP, my Daughter made an appointment for me at WLC , within a couple of hours of phoning I was seen by the lovely Dr. York. She identified me having a chest infection, and reduced power in my lungs . Collected prescription from chemist. At 82 , I think I would have ended up in hospital had it not seen this Doctor. Amazing service Now a day later feeling much better. 😎

Mr Amgad Nakhla

It was very easy to arrange an appointment with Mr Nakhla, to obtain an MRI scan and treatment all within a few weeks. I had a tear in my shoulder's rotator cuff that prevented me lifting up my arm. Mr Nakhla walked me through the MRI diagnosis and explained the treatment. A steroid injection remedied the shoulder, restoring full, pain free motion. A very positive experience that cured a year old injury.
