The staff at Princess Grace Hospital were outstanding from start to finish. From pre-op to the pre-surgery waiting area, everything was explained clearly, including how patients are triaged, which really put me at ease. The level of support was exceptional; physio, dietitian input, and timely pain management were all seamlessly provided. I was also impressed by the technology, such as the pump to prevent blood clots, which gave me extra reassurance since I have predisposition to Deep Vein thrombosis. I would like to give special thanks to my anesthesiologist, Dr. Chan, who was excellent, and to every single nurse who cared for me; there were too many to name, but they were all amazing, including the night assistant who was always available the moment you ranged. Even the food exceeded expectations. It felt like 5-star dining, with healthy, abundant options that made recovery more comfortable. After many surgeries elsewhere, I can honestly say I’ve never had such a positive hospital experience. Princess Grace sets a remarkable standard of care.

I am deeply concerned with Dr Murray’s assessment of my medical history and his reluctance to understand the fact that mast cell activation syndrome has particular effect of lungs and bronchial functions. Dr Murray advice yesterday was that I have to fo to physio therapy to learn how to breath. I will obviously follow this advice and then in times of crisis when I will not be able to breath properly, have urticaria and swelling I will have to follow Dr Murrray advice and breath in and out. Dr Murray said that I am wheezing from larynx. You can ask Dr Pattle when I came to see her in spring I was covered all over in urticaria and I was wheezing. I do not think that Dr Murray is working won a regular basis with patients like myself and maybe its best if he cont help to say that he can’t help instead of saying that I do not have a problem with breathing when I have. I sent him several letters from various specialists yesterday. Maybe he shud read them before jumping into incorrect conclusions

5 stars are not really enough. My husband has been under the care of Mr Gulati for a few years.He has always been so kind ,his knowledge and skills are so impressive. My husbands operations were so successful and the aftercare he gave simply fantastic.So when I was referred for myself I was elated, so pleased I would be under the care of Mr Gulati. From the very first appointment you are at ease in his presence, he works with you to care for your health issues. He advises you of the best course of treatment and he is ready to answer any concerns or questions you may have. I felt so very comfortable knowing I am under his care. Treatment has been extremely effective for me for which I am so thankful. I highly recommend Mr Gulati and quite honestly would not feel so calm in anyone else's care.

After suffering with menopausal symptoms for sometime I finally took the plunge and visited Dr Barton and I’m so glad I did. From the very start she made me feel welcome and it was a relief that someone was finally listening and taking me seriously. Dr Barton was very informative and made quite a few suggestions on how I could make some improvements from changes to my current HRT, diet and supplements, all of which made perfect sense. I left feeling so much better with a plan to implement. Whilst I think our GP’s do a fantastic job they just don’t have the time and available prescription resources to fully deal with menopause. I spent an hour with Dr Barton and would highly recommend her.

The speed of my recovery is testament to his skill as a surgeon, for which I’m incredibly grateful. Dr Farrah's team were amazing from start to finish with helping me to schedule my appointments and with helping me with my insurance company queries. Dr Farrah is wonderful, she listened to me and all the issues and pain I was having due to my osteoarthritis in my hip, made me feel like I wasn't being silly and over reacting with the pain I was in. Both procedures were done in no time at all and I am finally pain free after being pain for 3 years and on numerous painkillers and physio appointments ! Thank you Dr Farrah and your amazing team.

The nurse who did the pre visit assessment was amazing. She was very friendly & put me at ease and explained exactly what was happening. I was sent an easy to read comprehensive report of my results prior to seeing the doctor which was great as I could go prepared with my questions. Again, he was very friendly & put me at ease, also carried out further tests, explained my results and advised accordingly. I really really recommend anyone thinking of seeking medical advise to use them.
