I went to Jordan with a torn rotator cuff triggered by having performed dips with bad and an accumulation of previous injuries. I was barely able to lift my right arm overhead and had massive imbalances. Jordan and I worked on rehabilitating my right shoulder through mobility and strength exercises through a few months. Today, I am able to incline dumbbell press 40kgs per hand and load an additional 20kgs to my dips. I could have never hoped for a better recovery, which brought my shoulder to a level it had never been before, even pre injury. Jordan is very perceptive and articulate, as well as extremely knowledgeable and accurate in his assessment and advice, which went beyond the matter at hands towards more generalized advice on how to maintain and take care of your body.
Jordan was excellent with me. Patient with my not doing the exercises as much as I should. The shoulder recovered very quickly, it would have been even quicker if I had done as instructed. Very happy and would definitely use Jordan again. Thank you.
Jordan Smitham: Exceptional Shoulder Physiotherapy Expertise Following Professor Noorani's surgical intervention, Jordan Smitham's physiotherapy expertise has been instrumental in my recovery journey. His comprehensive knowledge of shoulder rehabilitation stands unrivalled in a field where quality care can be difficult to find. What sets Jordan apart is his ability to properly assess complex injuries and create targeted rehabilitation programs that deliver measurable results. When I initially struggled to lift my right arm, Jordan's methodical approach and deep understanding of shoulder mechanics provided a clear path forward. Each session with him built upon previous progress, with every exercise purposefully selected to address specific aspects of my recovery. Jordan's attentiveness to patient progress is remarkable. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach, he continuously evaluates and adjusts treatment protocols based on real-time feedback and progress. This dynamic approach to physiotherapy has accelerated my recovery beyond what I thought possible. His ability to modify programs as my condition evolved ensured that my rehabilitation remained optimally effective at each stage of recovery. The practical impact of Jordan's expertise cannot be overstated. From being unable to lift my arm, I now have dramatically improved mobility and strength, with a clear pathway to full restoration of function. Each physiotherapy program he designed has significantly improved my physical well-being, with tangible progress after every intervention. After consulting multipl...
Read moreJordan helped me through my rehab required following a shoulder operation. From the beginning, the sessions were very structured and he was great in pacing these in terms of my recovery. Jordan made use of many devices to test the strength of my shoulder, and this was really useful in seeing data & metrics as part of my recover. I have since fully recovered and been able to return to all my pervious activities as well as being able to start new one's.
Jordan was totally fantastic, very clear at every stage, I was aware of my progress through out and extremely personable. I felt very looked after.
