Andrew Goodall is a specialised Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist and the Clinical Manager at Pure Sports Medicine Canary Wharf with over 10 years of experience. He has expertise in a wide range of musculoskeletal issues, ranging from hip and knee replacements to complex polytrauma resulting from road traffic accidents, as well as more common injuries like strains and sprains.
Andrew completed his Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Sport and Exercise Medicine at the University of Essex in 2008, followed by his Master’s degree (MSc) in Physiotherapy at the same university in 2010.
Drawing from his previous roles in Rugby and Football, a significant portion of Andrew's caseload involves hip, knee, and ankle pathology. He finds joy in assisting individuals with everyday injuries as well as supporting athletes in their journey back to their respective sports.
In collaboration with Strength & Conditioning Coach James Phillips, Andrew has a role in delivering an international course designed to educate physiotherapists and healthcare professionals on optimising the management of anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injuries.
Furthermore, he co-authored a scientific research study conducted at Pure Sports Medicine, which predicts outcomes in ACL injuries. Andrew's expertise has led to frequent invitations to speak at events and conferences such as Therapy Expo and the Surrey Knee Meeting. Additionally, he has hosted numerous live and recorded training sessions for healthcare professionals.
