About Mr Stephen Davies
Stephen Davies is the lead Physiotherapist and Founder of Real Health London with over 20 years of experience. He earned his Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Physiotherapy in Yorkshire 2008, followed by his Master's degree (MSc) in Sports and Exercise Medicine at Queen Mary University of London in 2019.
Stephen's professional interests are diverse, with a focus on running injuries, shoulder rehabilitation, sports injuries, low back pain, neck conditions, strength and conditioning, research and dry needling. His expertise allows him to address a wide range of musculoskeletal issues effectively. He has sporting interests in golf, rugby, triathlons, marathons, and squash.
Stephen brings a wealth of experience to his practice, having worked at Pure Sports Medicine, Canary Wharf for 7 years and various NHS Trusts up and down the country. He has also been involved with organisations such as City Golf and Yorkshire Physio Network, as well as sports teams like Featherstone Rovers RFL and providing RFU pitchside support for private schools in Barnes, Richmond, and Twickenham.
