The staff were friendly and professional, and the consultant was very approachable and easy to talk to. She carried out a thorough examination, listened carefully and explained the next steps clearly. I am currently waiting for the MRI results, but I left the appointment feeling reassured and well supported.

This was a phone appointment. I was walking home at the time, and Dr. Nuttall was very patient and unfazed by the background traffic noise, for which I apologize. She explained everything to me very clearly, including treatment options both presently and going forward. She asked a lot of relevant questions so that other aspects of my health history were taken into account. She gave me a clear and flexible plan of action. Overall, I felt listened to and understood, and I felt that she was knowledgeable and caring.
