Had an appointment for a consultation about my Hearing Loss.
Would have expected more explanation on what was going to happen during the hearing test of my child as a parent. Also during booking, the communication was about a hearing test but no advice or question if consultation was needed as well. The interaction during the test with the little was very nice and lots of patience.
