He was understanding and sympathetic, and I felt that he genuinely understood the difficulties I have been experiencing. He promptly arranged an appointment for a cystoscopy, provided me with a prescription and discussed other treatment options that may help. I am very grateful to Professor Yang and his team for their kindness, professionalism and prompt approach to my care. I came away feeling reassured that my concerns had been taken seriously and that there were further avenues to explore.
Very inspiring advice given and I am looking forward future appointments. Extremely helpful and accommodating. Overall very happy and feeling very positive going forward with the treatment prescribed.
The overall experience was most pleasant from arrival and meeting with reception staff, nursing staff and Professor Yang who exceeded my expectations. His warmth and professionalism instilled much confidence in me especially explaining the rationale and options concerning my treatment pathway.
I had a follow up appointment with Professor Yang. I needed to clarify what the next steps in my care plan would be following some unexpected urine results. He talked me through everything and also sent a follow up letter detailing everything we discussed - some of which I’d forgotten, so it was really helpful.
This was a review of my condition. As always Mr. Yang puts me at ease and explains everything clearly. Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you
