My experience was very good overall. I was a little surprised at the cost of the MRI scan @ £900, as before my initial consultation I called three providers (within 1 hour journey time) of self funded prostate MRI scans and was quoted £350, £450 and £650, so as you can see £900 does appear to be expensive. Saying that, my experience at Windsor was excellent and I don't know whether the scan I had was a much higher quality than the others offered.
My experience at The Urology Partnership was excellent. I was seen by Mr Bob Yang who was able to assist with the concerns I was having regarding my UTI. He carried out the necessary tests and listened to all my symptoms/concerns. After being back and fourth with my gp, I really felt reassurance after my appointment and that my Health had been taken seriously. I want to thank Mr Yang and all staff at Forbury for their hard work and dedication to their patients. Antonette was great with arranging my appointment via email, and lovely in person as well.
Slightly more challenging than usual
It is deeply reassuring to be under the care of such a thoughtful and compassionate team. Thank you.
