Explained the procedure steps and options very well helped in accessing the surgery options and followed up throughout to a successful outcome.
As previously mentioned Luke Stroman was very friendly and listened to what I had to say and answered all my questions. He understood my problems and I was very pleased with the outcome of my consultation.
Every thing was very professional and I was treated with great courtesy.
My expectation was to start a process to get to the source of my issue and that did happen.
Despite fitting in a short notice appointment to see me Mr Stroman was very attentive and thorough and nothing was rushed. He gave me a clear and concise explanation for my condition and outline of ongoing treatment.
Mr Stroman's surgical work was excellent. I suggested that in his note for post operation recovery he could be more descriptive in the exercises that should be done that simply - mobilise. As an active fit person i was unsure how much mobilising i should do
I’ve had excellent feedback from patients referred to Luke. He’s thorough, approachable, and clear.
