Mr. Sunil Kumar is a Consultant Urological Surgeon based in Reading, UK. He completed his Specialist Registrar training in the South West of England and was awarded the South West Urologists Best Registrar Prize in 1999 for his contributions to the field.
He has a particular interest in stone disease and laser prostate surgery. Mr. Kumar is highly skilled in performing Holmium Laser Enucleation of the Prostate (HoLEP), a technique that offers superior results with faster recovery and fewer complications compared to the traditional TURP procedure.
Mr. Kumar was appointed as a Consultant Urological Surgeon at the Royal Berkshire Hospital in 2006 and joined the Reading Urology Partnership in the same year.
