Mr Chris Blick

Mr Chris Blick is a consultant urological surgeon at The Forbury Clinic, which has clinics in both London and Berkshire. He specialises in urological cancers, with particular expertise in laparoscopic and robotic renal and bladder surgery. He is also an expert in general and diagnostic urology.

After graduating from the University of Sheffield, Mr Blick gained a fellowship grant from the Royal College of Surgeons, The Urology Foundation, and UCare to carry out a three-year research project investigating kidney and bladder cancer. His work has been widely published in clinical and scientific journals, and he was awarded a DPhil (PhD) by Christ Church, University of Oxford, upon completion of his thesis.

He went on to complete specialist urology training before undertaking a British Association of Urological Surgeons Fellowship at the Keck Institute of Medicine, University of Southern California. During this time, he trained under the renowned Professor Inderbir Gill, a pioneer of robotic renal and bladder surgery. He was also elected by his peers to serve as Chairman of the Specialist Urology Registrars Group (SURG).
