He not only accurately diagnosed anemia of chronic disease — a condition that had previously been overlooked and even denied — but also manages my primary cardiological condition with great competence, prescribing appropriate investigations and the correct treatment. His overall clinical approach fully aligns with the most up-to-date international guidelines. Thanks to the treatment he prescribed, I feel well and my health condition has significantly improved. The clinic staff were all friendly and very helpful. I was asked if I remembered the procedure for my first op and as it was only 6 weeks previously I was able to remember what happened, This time the eye drops drops were administered in a different way, ie several quite close together and I was very surprised that the op procedure was very different than before, so I wish I had known that in advance. I once can assume that each surgeon has their own way of operating . I had no idea that water was going to be used or that fact that it was going to be painful rather than uncomfortable. Disappointing after such a good visit the first time.

I was impressed at how quickly I was treated. Getting an X-ray of my injured shoulder immediately on my first visit and MRI a week later. Mr Adam explained everything very clearly, and sent a written summary. At my third consultation. He administered an injection which helped me have greater mobility of my arm and reduced the pain. This was followed up by a visit to the physiotherapist who gave exercises to strengthen my upper arm muscles. I was impressed with the friendly, efficient and professional service received from all the staff involved in my treatment, as well as by the clear explanations given.

We had a very positive experience with Dr Awadalla. She was extremely polite and helpful throughout the appointment. She took the time to ask detailed questions to fully understand the background of my daughter’s headaches. We really appreciated that she laid out a clear plan going forward, including how to continue the current medication and what the next steps would be if things don’t improve. Overall, it was a very helpful and reassuring consultation, and we felt that our daughter was in excellent hands.

Dr Shergil is a highly skilled Dermatology Consultant/Surgeon who was recommended to me by a friend. I found him to be gentle, kind and very sensitive to my profound hearing disability. His diagnosis of a basal cell carcinoma on the rim of my right ear was clear and straightforward. I opted for him to remove the lesion at McIndoe Centre and the procedure was carried out by him without causing me any pain. He has since advised that the histology showed that the operation was successful.

Prompt, on time. Comfortable waiting area, convenient parking. Filling out the details on paper seemed a bit inefficient, couldn’t this be done online before the appointment and have paper as a back up? The on site pharmacy did not stock the prescribed medication, which was a little disappointing.
