We decided to visit them after reading their positive reviews and wanted to give it a try. After reviewing my test results, they recommended a three-month course of treatment. The instructions and cooking process were clear and easy to follow. After completing the three months of treatment, I went for another test and was delighted to learn that my FSH levels had gone down, which felt unbelievable and made us extremely happy. That said, I would have liked to learn more about my TCM diagnosis and what it meant, as this was not really explained to me. This was a bit disappointing, as I was genuinely interested—especially considering the cost of the consultations. Communication and transparency could have been better in this regard. However, Professor Au did call us to reassure us whenever he felt it was needed, which we appreciated. I would recommend them to anyone who is struggling with fertility and looking for support.

Was all very good. Mr Kirkland has an excellent bedside manner, is professional and efficient and you feel confident in his skills. He has been my only ENT consultant over the years who has recommended giving hearing aids a try in the ear where I have a mastoid cavity. The others have always said I would have more infection problems. Although I was sceptical at first I am so glad I have tried, without any issues after 6 months and they have made such a difference. So at 74 years old I now have amazing hearing since I had the operation 61 years ago which reduced my hearing. I have had issues in the past with balance problems with microsuction, but with patience he gave it a try, rather that using instruments, which previous consultants have done and successfully microsuctioned the mastoid cavity, without disturbing my balance. So all in all a great outcome.

Dr George has been excellent - if I could give more than 5 stars I would. I needed help with suspected rosacea (which wasn't a typical type and wasn't straightforward) and my treatment has been really successful and improved my life so much. Main reception lovely and consultant was great. Imaging receptionist was blunt and frankly dismissive. Now paying invoice for consultation the original price was quoted on phone I found it’s £20 more which isn’t much but when you are self funding every £20 counts! When I complained I was directed to the fees as outlined on my original appointment letter which state it would not exceed £150 which it obviously doesn't but it wasn’t explained that the figure quoted on phone was only an estimate. Pricing should be communicated more clearly for those who don’t have insurance. So far, apart from consultant, a disappointment.

I had the Aquablation surgery under Mr Brewin at New Hall. I spent a long time researching surgeons who perform this procedure and I am very pleased I chose Mr Brewin. I live a very long way from Salisbury but it was worth the journey. I am extremely pleased with the outcome. My only regret is that I wish I'd had the treatment earlier. Mr Brewin is down to earth charming and Knowledgeable and I would highly recommend.

My GP sent referral for RTN in January 2025. According to their announcement on the ADHD website, the waiting time was 8-9 weeks. Unfortunately, I was waiting couple of months. My assessment was done in October and on my outcome appointment, which was a year after, the 3rd doctor was involved a d decided to do one more assessment. Without prior arrangement or agreement. Poor customer service, dishonest administration.

I have everything to be grateful for under the care of Mr David Lawrence over the last 5 years. I presented with multiple primary tumours in different areas. The case was complex with competing priorities and several consultants from different disciplines involved. Thoracotomy is significant surgery for all involved. The care Mr Lawerence took pre and post op stood out. His surgery was without complications.

On my recent visit to Prive Clinics, I had a really lovely experience. The receptionist was so welcoming and offered tea or coffee as usual, which was a nice touch.
