Dear Team, I would like to provide feedback, as my experience at Harley Street Specialist Hospital has genuinely changed my life. I want to say how incredibly grateful and eternally indebted I am to my surgeon, Mr Luke Cascarini. He has given me a completely new lease of life. He is not only an outstanding surgeon but an exceptional human being, and I cannot thank him enough for the care, precision, and compassion he showed throughout my entire journey. I would also like to express my heartfelt thanks to Janet, Dr Bosh, and all the nursing staff, as well as every member of the team right down to the wonderful ladies on reception, including Marianne. There are too many to name individually, but every single person played a role in making this experience extraordinary. The hospital itself does not feel like a hospital at all — it feels more like a health retreat where you leave as a better version of yourself. The environment, the warmth, and the standard of care are truly exceptional. For anyone suffering from sleep apnea, as I was, or dealing with any of the conditions treated by your specialists, I could not recommend HSSH and Mr Luke Cascarini more highly. I recently underwent an ankle operation with Mr Pavier, and my experience throughout the entire process was fast, smooth, and reassuring. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, and provided clear explanations at every stage. I couldn’t be more pleased with how efficiently my case was managed. I was treated as a day-case patient and recovered quickly. It has now been just over two months since my operation, and I was already walking comfortably well before that. The procedure was modern and minimally invasive, resulting in a small wound, a shorter healing time, and the ability to walk without crutches in less than a month. Although I am a patient at Lincoln Hospital, I was given the option to attend a nearby hospital in Nottingham to speed up the operation, which was extremely helpful. The facilities were clean and modern, and the staffs were very welcoming. Thanks to the excellent care I received, my ankle is healing very well, and I am excited to return to my normal daily activities and resume sports without discomfort.

This was my 2nd visit to the Women’s Hormone Health Clinic at the One Hospital Ashford. I thought that at 67 I was too old to take HRT having been fobbed off 25yrs ago & so just battled on but I bravely made an appointment with Lexi Minter. My well being has changed in so many ways in only three months from starting an HRT course tailored for my age and concerns. My skin has improved so much & doesn’t feel it’s going to fall off. I have my energy back in spades & im advised my bones will also benefit. It goes to show it’s never too late to start HRT & I know I’m getting the best guidance.

Overall, I was very happy with the hospital, especially with our stay in the PICU. The nurses were exceptionally friendly, professional, and compassionate. The doctor was really rude and unprofessional about other members of staff to me. He also didn't check that I'd received appropriate amount of anaesthetic before doing the procedure leaving me in an unacceptable amount of pain for which he didn't apologise or check to see if I was ok. He also tried to do the procedure on the wrong eye and after checking the eye he could see where I'd had a previous procedure and said, "At least I can see you're not lying". I do not want this awful man near me ever again.

I'm sure it was being decorated when I visited 6 months ago. Still is. Before appointment they send forms to be completed online. No problem with that except one is for COVID asking if anybody on the family has been to a country on the government red list or been told to isolate by NHS. Neither of those things happen now. I raise it every time and nothing changes. Almost as if nobody reads the reviews. So much for "quality"
