Dear Team, I would like to provide feedback, as my experience at Harley Street Specialist Hospital has genuinely changed my life. I want to say how incredibly grateful and eternally indebted I am to my surgeon, Mr Luke Cascarini. He has given me a completely new lease of life. He is not only an outstanding surgeon but an exceptional human being, and I cannot thank him enough for the care, precision, and compassion he showed throughout my entire journey. I would also like to express my heartfelt thanks to Janet, Dr Bosh, and all the nursing staff, as well as every member of the team right down to the wonderful ladies on reception, including Marianne. There are too many to name individually, but every single person played a role in making this experience extraordinary. The hospital itself does not feel like a hospital at all — it feels more like a health retreat where you leave as a better version of yourself. The environment, the warmth, and the standard of care are truly exceptional. For anyone suffering from sleep apnea, as I was, or dealing with any of the conditions treated by your specialists, I could not recommend HSSH and Mr Luke Cascarini more highly. From the very first consultation, it was clear this was different. The team at Haptic doesn't just look at your spine; they look at you. The initial assessment was incredibly thorough, involving posture analysis, gait assessment, and a long conversation about my lifestyle, stress levels, and overall wellness goals. I see Dr. Lil, who is absolutely amazing. She spent 30 minutes just listening to my history and my frustrations before ever laying a hand on me. I was so impressed with my results and Dr. Lil's gentle, knowledgeable approach that I even brought my 12-year-old son in for some sessions. She was fantastic with him—explaining everything in a way he could understand and making him feel comfortable and involved in his own health. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing we are both building a foundation for better posture and long-term wellness.

I received warm, well informed professional attention throughout my care at St Anthony's Hospital; from outpatients through to discharge. The room was clean, well heated and ventilated, equipment checked and the armchairs comfortable. The unit was quiet. Nursing staff answered call bells promptly and with kindness and a smile. No request was considered a problem. Their level of knowledge and professionalism was excellent along with the standard of care. Physiotherapy care was also excellent and given with respect to my individual needs. Recovery staff were informative and reassuring. Excellent care there too. I include catering staff who also took care in their work. A few glitches with the electronics on the bed and the new bathroom which received prompt attention - the unit has been recently renovated.

I recently had a laparoscopic cholecystectomy with Dr. Wilson and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care I received. Before the procedure, he took the time to clearly explain everything — how the surgery works, the risks involved, and what to expect during recovery. Even though I was very nervous, he reassured me every step of the way and made me feel safe and confident going into the operation. My surgery went perfectly, and Dr. Wilson checked up on me straight away afterwards, then again in the weeks following to make sure my recovery was going well. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out. I had a great experience with Dr. Wilson and would highly recommend him to anyone needing similar treatment.

I was intrigued by the services offered, as they seemed too good to be true. I'm a mid-life woman, starting to worry more about my overall health and wellbeing but didn't want to burden the NHS with curiosity! I really just wanted to have an MOT, to spot any underlying issues or potential health concerns. I was really impressed with the whole set up - state of the art machines, beautiful and clean building - with the most relatable, down-to-earth and professional team of experts. I felt in safe hands, and I had all the advice, tests and support I needed to give me a 12 month clean bill of health but with some advice on how to improve and maintain my health and wellbeing. Truly Exceptional After experiencing pain from my new hospital contact lenses I was able to book an appointment with Drew far sooner than my Hospital would see me. Drew very quickly determined that ill-fitting lenses were causing Conjunctival Prolapse and advised how best to proceed. Essentially the lenses used by my Hospital were not appropriate for my eyes and, since the Hospital will not use alternative lenses, Drew was able to fit and supply better lenses. These new contact lenses give excellent vision and comfort, even though I have a particular eye condition which makes it very difficult to fit contacts, despite lenses being the only solution for me. Thank you Drew and Team!

Arrived at diagnostics centre and was just expecting a consultation with a further appointment for procedure was feel anxious but was made to feel welcomed and reassured by all receptionist was really pleasant as was my nurse Eileen I believe her name to be. I then met Mr Muen who was very polite, reassuring and empathetic. To my surprise my procedure was carried out within this appointment saving me further anxieties, travel and time. I was absolutely taken back by the complete professionalism of all at Kingsbridge Thank you from an extremely happy patient.

Mr Debashis Ghosh

I was diagnosed with breast cancer in September 2025. Mr Ghosh is looking after my treatment. He performed a mastectomy with axiliary clearance in early October. The surgery went very well. Mr Ghosh has vast amount of experience and as a result I have had no side effects from the procedure. My recovery was quick. Mr Ghosh also took into consideration the areas that I was particularly worried about and made sure that I feel confident and supported. I am very grateful to have Mr Ghosh as the specialist looking after me.

I am totally in awe of how I was managed under the expertise of Mr Gould. I came to him with a gut problem not actually understanding my problem and by the time he has explained things to me I knew what the problem was. My issue somehow manifested to be even worse and he took care of all matters relating to it including the surgery and after surgery care. Always had a listening ear. I can't thank Mr Gould enough for everything. My experience was more than a 5 star one and I am grateful to God that I met Mr Gould.

Mr Tudor Jones was very clear and concise, he made the whole process easy for me. I have had a long, drawn out history of Achilles pain and he reassured me that the procedure would go to plan and I would be on the road to recovery soon despite the long history. So far so good, starting into a rehab block now and I have had a 6 week follow up with Mr Jones who was very accomodating to have this for me on zoom as I live in Ireland which saved me a trip! Would highly recommend.
