Very welcoming explained everything in detail. Very happy.
Professor Pearce was extremely professional, friendly and kind. The only reason I have given 4 stars for overall experience is that the procedure was somewhat unpleasant but the Professor and his staff did a great job in ensuring that the discomfort was reduced as much as possible.
Excellent experience, he really helped to put my mind at ease & explained everything thoroughly & compassionately. Superb service.
Extremely professional and succinct appointment. I felt assured and confident that what was being explained to me would be the best possible solution. I am not wanting to have the procedure. But it has been explained the pros and cons and I felt that I have made the correct decision based on the information given to me during the consultation.
Ian is superb, knowledgeable and understanding high recommended.
